Ana (7/5): Good - We loved the apartment location, parking is outside the house on the street. We especially love brightness of the apartment, living room and balcony (even though it was so windy outside that we couldn't use it a lot). Jesus is great host, really responsive and gave us a lot of tips on where to go and what to see. Overall the apartment was very clean - except the dishes in the kitchen. Many of the kitchen accessories, glasses and cooking pots were not clean - it seemed like they were not cleaned properly the last and they smelled really weirdly. Sink's position is really unfortunate - maybe that's why the dishes were not nicely cleaned :)
Yves (5/5): It's decent but I wouldn't stay here again. - I love La Santa as a base to explore the island. The communication with the owner/manager was quick and good. It was easy to get the key. It's a calm street. There were only two towels for a whole week. There was a washing machine but no washing liquid. Only half a role of toiletpaper. If we mentioned this to the owner/manager, we did get additional towels, toiletpaper and washing liquid. Other reviews said the kitchenware could be updated and unfortunately it was true: No sharp knives, only a handful of bowls and plates,... Our main issue was the bed. It felt like we were sleeping on a hard bench and. The bed covers were too cold for the night. We needed to use additional blankets of the other beds we didn't use and still we had cold. The bedroom had mold all over the corners of the ceiling. On top of that, it was impossible to make the living room cosy in the evening because of the bad lighting. We had a very nice holiday on Lanzarote but the apartment was not one of the reasons and we won't be staying here again.
