- Siddharth (10/5): - The property was clean and had all the facilities and ample space for the two of us. The only thing that could have been there was some milk powder for making tea or coffee.
- Cerys (10/5): A lovely clean property in good distance to the train station - Excellent location in relation to the city and also to the NEC as walking distance to the train station, the property was also extremely clean.
- Lynn (10/5): Perfect for NEC - Me and my 2 friends shared this property whilst we attended a venue at the NEC. We found everything great at the property. Everything needed was there. It was only 10 mins in a taxi to the NEC. There is a shop 6 mins walk from the property to buy any little shopping. Not much around the property as in pubs or restaurants within walking distance. But that wasn't really an issue as we were only there a short period

The property took a little while to find as the house is not the picture of the house shown! When making a booking which was disappointing, Also the shower has a problem with the temperature which needs addressing.

- Mike (10/5): A lovely clean home ideal for the NEC or Airport. - What a fabulous beautiful home from home. I was attending a weekend event at the NEC and foregoing the overpriced hotels within the NEC/Airport, always look to get a small apartment nearby. My usual place was not available so I landed on Berwickshire House. It was just perfect. Clean, comfortable and with decent Wi-Fi it was perfect for my needs and just a stones throw from the NEC. Chelmsley Wood shopping centre was nearby and there are some great local food places as well. I'll be looking to stop here in future for my annual November NEC visit.

The best stay we have had anywhere, clean, cosy, homely, quiet, beds and sheets super comfortable. Everything you could need for self catering from cookware to tea and coffee and also added touches that have been so well thought out, like fans in the rooms for summer, step stool for little ones to get into the bath, hanging rail, the list goes on. Close to Nec, airport and plenty of shops, easy parking outside. Chris and Vicky are fantastic hosts and provide you with everything you need to know. This was honestly better than any hotel, a real home from home and we will definitely be returning! Thank you so much 😊 Absolutely nothing everything was perfect!
