- Betts (10/5): Property was wonderful, however location is a little out of Trinity Beach - There was little to no food available at the property. Coffee and a few cakes. As it is located some way out of town, it would have been nice to have something available. I do realise it was low season though Some salt and pepper sachets in the room would be great and maybe a complimentary bottle of water

It is deep in sections Just a couple of things missing in the apartment. Like a clothes airer to hang clothes up after a swim or after washing them (ones that can't be put into the dryer) The bigger room out of the two didn't have extra hanging hooks in the bathroom to hang towels No area for hand towels to hang at vanity. We made do with using the plastic coat hangers

- Nea (10/5): Very satisfied - We stayed there for 5 nights and we really happy with the accommodation. It was really clean, had nice decor, clean swimming pool, and the beds were comfortable. We used the BBQ and the staff there was very helpful with setting us up and provided all utensils. It is a bonus that each room has its own washing machine and dryer. We love the location, as it is not far from Cairns and in a quiet area which we needed after a day out exploring. Our room balcony was facing the park where we could see Kangaroos and birds. We highly recommend this place and we stay there again if we ever come back to Cairns. Nothing.

- breckycereal (8/5): Great value new building - New building, clean and spacious, good to work from. Challenging location until the road is complete - there is a bus nearby but there is no footpath there and you are unable to walk around the area easily.
- Steven (10/5): Enjoyed every minute and wished we could have stayed longer. - My partner and I stayed here for two nights, the accommodation is lovely, the rooms are nicely styled with Hamptons Style Decor. The room was clean, tidy and fresh, we stayed in the Classic One Bedroom Apartment, the convenience of having a washing machine and clothes dryer was great! The rooms are so well kept you’d think everything was brand new and untouched. We checked in late as well and staff were more than accommodating to leave our room keys in a security box, and the next day when we formally checked in the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, and asked us some questions about where we are from and how we are enjoying our stay. Definitely a 10/10 review from both of us. We will most definitely come back, it was nice and quiet as well, away from main roads. Can’t fault the property, well kept and a pleasure to stay here.

Geen gebruik van gemaakt, maar je kunt een ontbijtpakketje en avondmaaltijden kopen voor op de kamer. De lekkernijen, zoals bananenbrood, kan je ook op het gemeenschappelijke terras bij het zwembad nuttigen. Uitgestorven omgeving, maar met auto overal dichtbij. Let op: wij hadden een mooi (groen) uitzicht, maar dat heeft niet elke kamer.

A restaurant would be great there. Cover over the pool would be good Plus as it’s a new location, directions are a little difficult when on maps as it’s take you to a different location

- Virginia (10/5): - First time staying here. The property is new but our room smelled funny whenever we came back after it being shut up for the day. The towels also really smelt after four days of being damp, wasn’t sure if we could ask for others. Bed was comfy but the pillows weren’t great (I’m quite fussy though). Pool area was lovely, it was a nice quiet location. You definitely need a car. They also need to mark out the car parks spaces better, nobody seemed to be able to park straight when we were there so ended up having to park in the staff car park one time.

- John (10/5): We’ve stayed in resorts all over the world but Trinity collective is the best. - The staff at the desk were extremely friendly, well organised, and so personable. The cleaning staff were the loveliest humans we have ever met. Friendly, professional, extremely helpful, we could not possibly say anything negative about the staff, just wonderful people. The lighting wasn’t able to be set to a less brighter impact, and the drier didn’t have the robustness of older more practically tougher models, it kept cutting out because it was over heating.

The room was lightly rearranged and I received an almost immediate phone call offering a high chair and cot. The room was baby friendly, had a kitchenette with everything for a short stay, great location, and best value for money in the area. The room key wrist strap was also incredibly 'handy'.

- Helen (10/5): We’ll be going back - This place is fantastic & reasonably priced. Not on a beach but so close to many as well as Cairns, Skyrail, Cattana Wetlands, etc. with Atherton Tablelands & the Daintree not too far away. The staff are delightful. Don’t be put off by the 2 story buildings as they have lifts. There are big plans to expand so hope it will retain it’s vibe.

Wish I had time to swim as the pool looked beautiful. Was so handy to grab one of the already made meals from reception. Satay chicken was delicious. The reception staff could not of been more helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Well done Trinity Collective. Also, the tote bag is fabulous and was a lovely surprise. - Judy (10/5): Outstanding apartment - Outstanding 1 Bedroom apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Presently in a dead-end street and very quiet, when road works is complete the road out the front will be very busy. Staff very helpful.

Fantastic staff who did everything to make us feel welcomed. Good outdoor facilities including pool, BBQ, on site cafe and parking. Location is not that close to the beach however it's in a nice quiet area and very central to everything if you have a car.

- Victor (8/5): Really good spot to stay with familiy or friends when discovering cairns. - The facilities were almost new and the apartment was spacious with all the appliances and furniture required for a enjoyable stay. The area where it is located, far away from everything and the views were to other developments or blocks of land.
- Jackie S.K. (10/5): Excellent place to stay for a holiday - We have stayed in a one bedroom apartment though out our stay in Cairns. The whole place was as good as new. All the staff were very helpful. If you are at the corridor at level 2, you will be able to see some kangaroos in the mornings and evenings. Linking Netflix to the TV is a breeze and it will automatically logout once the TV is turned off. Other than WiFi, there is also a land line that can be used to call local numbers only.

- Rowan (7/5): Overall good value for what I paid but I wouldn't pay more. - Spotless brand new building. Plenty of staff on hand. The couch is horribly uncomfortable. The advertising shows large comfortable couches, but the hard small couch made upgrading to a one bedroom apartment pointless, as the couch was too uncomfortable to sit on. Most of the rooms looked over the pool which made it noisy when children were playing.The outdated motel style layout borrowed from 1959 is perplexing. The photos advertising the room had views of trees but it seems very few rooms actually had that view. It wasn't quiet as most reviews said, the noise anyone else made on the balconies or pool/bbq area magnified due to the design of the building. The staff allowed children who were not even staying- they were visiting others staying there- to yell and scream for hours. There was roadworks and other construction nearby. The kitchen only had basic things with no oven dishes or foil so if you used the oven it would be very messy. It would be easier for your cleaners to provide oven trays. Also a door mat or a rug around the bed would be useful. The hard floors mean sand and dirt is spread around the floor so you can't go bare feet without risking sand in the bed.
