• Vladimir (8/5): Picturesque and comfy - Amazing view. Very comfy beds. We loved the resting net outside. Fireplace works as a charm. Welcoming staff. Some appliances are damaged by time. Douche is leaking. Some panoramic windows are dirty. Jakuzzi works only as a bath, and be prepared to clean it before by yourself

• Uliana (9/5): - Отдыхаем второй раз, красивое место недалеко от Батуми. На территории и в номере есть все необходимое для проживания, кроме самих домиков есть куда пройтись погулять. Домик внутри немного потертый, но опрятный. Мы хорошо провели время, если возникали вопросы - сотрудники на них быстро реагировали. Дверки в душевой не было, из-за этого пол в санузле мокрый после душа - домашние тапочки не будут лишними)

• Batel (9/5): A magical place with a unique view. Highly recommended! - Perfect location - mountain and river view. Easily accessible with a car. Also, there are plenty of restaurants nearby if you're traveling with a car. The place itself is one of the most unique places I've ever been in, truly a magical place. We loved the view, fireplace, and of course the jacuzzi! The wifi is slow so we couldn't work from there. The jacuzzi is broken but still usable with hot water. There were some bugs at night but it wasn't that bad.
• Татьяна (7/5): Выходные удались - Живописные виды прямо из окон дома, вокруг тихо и спокойно, можно погулять. Дом очень уютный, впечатлили панорамные окна в комнатах. Есть все необходимые удобства, даже зубные щетки, тапочки и шампуни. Классная двойная терраса, жаль, что погода не позволила испробовать джакузи. Понравилась печка! Было очень уютно. Кстати, переживали, что ночью замерзнем, так как дом деревянный, но нет, под вечер включили мощное отопление в спальнях и стало очень тепло. Хочу отдельно отметить хозяйку, которая нас встречала. Несколько раз до нашего приезда писала сообщения, отправляла геолокацию, была на связи. Всё подробно рассказала при встрече, была ооочень милая и приятная. Также мы чуть задержались при выезде: ждали такси, — нам ни слова не сказали, позволили спокойно упаковаться и уехать. Оказалось, что зона барбекю одна для 3 домов. У нас не возникло проблем с очередностью, да и соседи были милыми, но приходилось держать в уме, что нужно поторапливаться, чтобы все успели пожарить шашлык. Еще в доме были муравьи: вечером только в ванной, а утром они сбежались на кухню, ползали по столешнице, посуде. Утром почему-то не было горячей воды. И лестница на второй этаж очень опасная, такая узкая и немного скользкая.
• Mikhail (9/5): - Хороший персонал, встретили все показали и рассказали как работает. Очень красивый вид. У домике есть дровяная печь, что придает еще больше атмосферы и уюта. Минусов замечено не было, было только одно небольшое неудобство - это жуки, но их было немного и в целом это домик в горах, за счет жучков еще больше единения с природой получилось:)

• Julia (10/5): Домик с потрясающими видами - Потрясающая вилла с видом на горы и реку. На территории находится три домика и общий бассейн. У каждого домика есть джакузи. Территория выглядит волшебно, особенно вечером, когда включается подсветка. В домиках спальные места находятся в стеклянном кубе, получается, что вид есть и на горы, и на небо. В домике есть все самое необходимое, в т.ч. кухня и кухонные принадлежности. Хозяйка очень дружелюбная, всегда была на связи и оперативно отвечала на вопросы.

• israel (8/5): למרות המגבלות בחדר הייתה חוויה לשהות במקום הנפלא הזה. - לא מוגשת ארוחת בוקר כך שזה לא רלוונטי. המקום מקסים נוף עוצר נשימה. הבריכה ופינות הישיבה מענגות את החושים. קירבת האתר לבאטומי מהווה יתרון: אפשר לשהות באתר ובתוך 20 _30 דקות להיות בעיר. לבלות בעיר ולחזור לאתר. חדר הרחצה בקומה התחתונה לא נוח לשימוש. המדרגות לקומה השנייה -- סכנת נפשות. המיטות בשתי הקומות לא נגישות לשני אנשים. לרדת מהמיטה יש צורך לטפס מעל הישן השני.

• Rana (8/5): All in all great experience except the food and water - The view is wonderful, the area is peaceful and the property is clean and organised The dogs need to go away, the pool must be cleaned more often, the jacuzzi is dirty and broken, the swing chair needs a pillow, the supermarket is far away you should bring your food and water with you I don’t recommend drinking tap water, the food in the restaurant nearby is bad.

• Kristin (10/5): Eine kleine Perle in den Bergen - Die Unterkunft liegt am Hang mitten im Wald mit traumhaften Blick. Die ganze Anlage ist liebevoll gestaltet, mit einem großen Pool und einer Grillhütte. Unsere Hütte eine kleine Küche mit allem was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Ruhe dort war außergewöhnlich und die Temperaturen sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Waking up to that scenery each day was simply unforgettable. Special thanks to the lovely host lady, who was kind and helpful during both check-in and check-out. We will definitely come back there can't use jakuzzi at all because of some problems with water and it looks not clean there was only 3 warm blankets for 5 people, we asked for more but didn't get But because it is such a magical place all these problems seem insignificant

• Nizam (9/5): Superb - The property is very clean and well established. 3 cottages where in each a jacuzzi. We booked the lake view cottage and can't describe the scenery. It's amazing. 5min walk there is a restaurant, but if you don't speak the local language, then good luck eating. We had to call Zai, woodpecker manager, who was very helpful. She helped us order food and asked to have them delivered. Zai was amazing and very helpful in everything we needed.. Nothing.
• Tala (10/5): Serene - Pro tip, there’s a shattaf 🥹 The cottage is beautiful, the location is perfect almost 40 minutes from Batumi. The roads were good, easy to drive. (I recommend you rent a car for the duration of the stay, there’s a restaurant nearby, there’s a supermarket just 10 minutes away, and they also serve meals at woodpecker. The staff, Zaira, were very welcoming, reassuring and responsive. The view was spectacular even more beautiful than the pictures. Fully equipped kitchen, everything was working perfectly, clean bathroom that smells amazing, clean towels and sheets. Absolutely recommended and would rebook eyes closed. I would just add a big mirror as the only one was in the bathroom, but honestly this is not a big deal.

• Hanna (8/5): Amazing views - The location is amazing, with good access and stunning views. House has all you need, beds are super comfortable and there is a glass ceiling on the second floor of the house for some star watching. There is terrace with chairs and a grill area downstairs, wood provided. Our host was great, answering all our questions and helping with pressing issues as much as possible. We were really looking forward to jacuzzi, but unfortunately it was broken. When reported we were told that it is what it is and we can just use it as a hot tub if we want, which was quite disappointing. Shower in our bathroom had a broken door so that floor was always covered with water. There were some issues with electricity as well, but those were fixed quite fast.

• Yan (10/5): Best cottage in the world - This is the most beautiful location for a cottage we've ever been at, the cottage was absolutly amazing, cozy, beautiful and welecoming, Luka took care for everything we needed, he made this whole vacation to be the best we ever had, he took us from the city, answered us at any time and even took us the a whole day to see the area and do different activities like riding horses, ziplining and more! The place was in a different level of awsome and we would definitely come back when we'll return to Georgia and would recommend to other people, thanks again for everything!

She went out of her way to get us some great handmade wine, gave us great recommendations for hiking in the area, and sent us a google location of anything we wanted to do. The hot tub is outside with hot water, it was a lot of fun to be in while it was cool outside, and the bed was very comfortable! In general, the place is very special and we really recommend it.
