• Jasmina (10/5): Amazing experience and enjoyable spot in Venice. Close to restaurants, the library, bakeries and all tourist attractions - Spacious, clean and great location. The building door was bit hard to open, but when you learn the trick it’s manageable.

• Patryk (9/5): Bardzo polecam - Bardzo duży i przestronny apartament. Lokalizacja super. W niedalekiej odległości przystanek tramwaju wodnego. Apartament dobrze wyposażony i bardzo czysty.
• Darko (5/5): Unsatisfied - We were not allowed to check into the accommodation until we paid an additional tax, even though we had already paid in advance for 4 nights. We arrived with a 3.5-year-old child, exhausted and lacking sleep, which made the situation even more difficult. The condition of the kitchen was unacceptable: the pans were in such poor condition that they could not be used on the stove, and there were no basic supplies for cleaning or washing the dishes. On top of that, the host has not been responding to our messages when we had questions or needed assistance, which left us feeling unsupported during our stay.

• joao (10/5): A must. - Amazing place. The apartment is tastefully decorated, quiet, close to the main places, comfortable and huge. I will definetely try to book it again next time in Venice.

• Amir (9/5): Very spacious, pretty, and centric appartment - The place is extremely spacious, located close enough to the touristic parts so that everything is walkable but not too close so it was relatively quiet. The hosts were realtively responsive and helped with problems that arrised. After performing online check-in we got a link to open the building door, but it didn't work when we arrived. The owner corrected it quickly, but we still got a few scary moments where we were unsure if we'll be able to get in. The kitchen is very well furbished, but the stove is induction and most of the cookware are not suitable for induction stoves.

• Kevin (9/5): Quiet location with lots of space - This apartment is located in a quiet area that is still not far from the major tourist areas like the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. It is also easy to access from the airport and other areas via the Ospedale stop. The place is huge. The bedrooms are large, the foyer has lots of room, bathroom is big, and the dining/living area can easily hold 6+ people. Bathroom is well equipped and clean. The kitchen seemed fine although we didn't try to prepare food there. Plenty of dishes and cups, though. These were minor things for us. The mattress in one of the bedrooms was quite hard. The Wifi worked, but the router appears to be placed in a corner of the apartment near the door, so there is no signal in about 20% of the space--unfortunately including parts of the living room and bedrooms.

• Kim (10/5): Excellent apartment - Such a nice comfortable apartment! Very spacious and clean. Towels were provided. Communication clear. Close to St. Mark’s Square. Very happy to stay in this place. Would recommend it for sure! Thank to the Madoneta staff!

• Aleksandra (6/5): Pleasant - Great apartment, big and spacious, good location. 1) WiFi wasn't working most of the time 2) When we arrive, we couldn't figure out how to open the building door. Asked the host, they were like - follow the instructions, which were not clear at all. We were lucky that somebody opened this door, so we could get in. 3) We booked an apartment for 2 people, we were 2 friends traveling together. So each of of was suppose to have her own room. But the bedsheets were only on one bed. When we asked the host about it, it was said that second bed is prepared only in case there are 4 people staying in, which is insane. We booked the whole apartment so we should be able to use it as we please.

• Nadezda (9/5): Very good big apartment in the center. - All good, very big apartment for Venice old town, good location. Very good that apartment includes two separate sleeping rooms. I could not connect to the wi-fi.
• Neha (2/5): Extremely illmanned & abusive host - Go at your own risk - The apartment was huge which was only good point The location- It took us around three hours to find the property (there are dozen bridges to climb) & roads with same name .. most of locals/ vendors couldn’t help either..we managed to find property around 2am in morning. We were given a video of bridge with directions from bridge but we’re told which bridge how to get from airport etc.. unfortunately there are 500 bridges almost similar so how do you find property based on it ? We were celebrating my special day so got delayed by an hour at check out which we profusely apologized for.. we were threatened, abused, shouted at to pay €50 when I offered to pay online and not to random maid & someone on phone I was shouted at more.. I even said I don’t have cash was asked to go to ATM & give money - To cover the bad behavior the host would have intentionally complained against me & build a case - complete procedure of a fraud.. the host was in touch over whatsapp so could have mentioned please arrange for €50 for late check out etc its all about communication & politeness & we would be happy to pay extra but shouting & abuses is not acceptable… Also where is the receipt ? I raised a complaint at booking & host weren’t responsive to them either. They ruined my special day & were aware that it was a special occasion - This is not hospitality we get in Italy I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
