• Umberto (9/5): Capodanno con amici in una splendida casetta in campagna, a pochi passi dal tram per il centro - Un posto tranquillo in mezzo alla campagna, ma non così lontano dal centro urbano ( 5 min a piedi) per prendere un tram che ti porta dritto in centro. Casa modesta ma accogliente, ristrutturato recentemente. Bella la stanza e il secondo letto al mezzanino. Belli i bagni. Abbiamo passato qui il capodanno in due coppie di amici e il bnb è stato attrezzato di tutto per poterci permettere di cucinare e soggiornare 4 giorni (anche lavastoviglie e lavatrice).
• Jakob (6/5): - Die Unterkunft, ein Teil eines Hauses, liegt in einem großen weiträumigen Garten. Wer Ruhe sucht, findet sie hier, sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts. Das Ganze liegt etwa vier Kilometer vom Zentrum entfernt, die öffentliche Anbindung ist gut. Der Garten ist allerdings verwildert und geradezu vernachlässigt, was recht bedauerlich ist, weil die Anlage sehr imposant sein könnte. Noch bedauerlicher ist, dass der Vermieter wenig Sinn für Gastlichkeit zeigt, wenn die Tische und Stühle verschlissen und abgelebt sind und die Terrasse nicht gefegt oder in irgendeiner anderen Art wohnlicher gemacht wird; nicht einmal ein Tischtuch ist zu finden. Ärgerlich ist, dass der Vermieter in der Küche kaum Geschirr zur Verfügung stellt; überhaupt ist die Unterkunft schwach bestückt. Und wenn nicht einmal zwei Weingläser in der Küche zu finden sind, fällt dieser Mangel besonders auf. Auch die angegebene Kaffeemaschine war nicht vorhanden. Das Haus selbst ist sauber. Während des eigenen Aufenthalts funktionierte das Internet allerdings nicht; der Gastgeber, der darauf angesprochen wurde, drückte weder sein Bedauern aus, noch verfügte er eine Änderung des Zustands. Kurzum, die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und der Innenbereich sauber, der Garten und der äußere Aufenthaltsraum zugleich aber etwas verkommen.
