Linen

By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Bathroom not particularly clean
Annoying not to provide sheets
- Todd (4/5): Linen and towel issue left a bad taste in the mouth for what was a pleasant property. - Pleasant home in a nice location. After I had paid the final payment and the date had passed for cancelation at no penalty, the property messaged me to say that there were no sheets, pillow slips or towels and that these could be supplied at a $30 PP cost. It is possible this ( no linen or towels ) was in the small print of the original booking however the fact that this message came through after payment was in full suggested to me that they were trying to hide this till it was too late in an attempt to generate extra revenue, other wise, why would they have not advised when I booked and paid the 50 % deposit months before. On principal I went and brought towels and sheets so as to not support this type of booking. In my eyes properties should not advertise with number of beds if you can not sleep on them unless it is crystal clear that this is an additional requirement and or cost. ( I have used booking.com for years and this has not been an issue before, I think this is the first bad review I have submitted )
- Catherine (8/5): Stay for the view - The view was spectacular. Everything was clean and tidy. The house was close enough to the cafes and pub to walk to We ran out of toilet paper on our 2nd morning. There were only 5 rolls for 6 adults for 3 days!
- Meghan (9/5): Great place for a getaway - House was located close to the beach and the local general store. There was plenty of space and lots of games to keep everyone busy.
- Walid (9/5): Will definitley book here again - Great location close to Phillip Island, great house with amazing ocean views from top living room, 6 minutes walking to 2 cafes, and 10min drive to San Remo for more food options and shopping, and within 30min drive to all Phillip Island towns and activities. Good appliances and lots of board games and toys for the little ones, as well as backyard space to play, a basketball ring and a trampoline. Thanks for having us :) Overall we had a great experience
