- cristina (1/5): - Booking.com team, Please delete the previous comment. As this is more accurate. I had reservation and on the day I sent message saying I would be arriving between 18 and 19h. They replied saying the place was full and that I should cancel.I asked for explanation, they didn't bother replying. I am a woman travelling solo, if I hadn't contacted them, I would arrive there at night and realize I have no place to stay. As they didn't care checking how many reservations they had and that they should inform the guest. Not even an apology.

I checked in on 30th night at 9pm IST and Asked to Check out on 31st morning 10am IST. Which is not a good and not worth of what I paid. we were not even stayed 13 hrs in that room.

Location was extremely congested, crowded and full of traffic. The place was extremely dirty and there was food waste rite outside my door when we checked in and even after we have complained they didn’t clean till the next day and the entire place was stinking. Internet kept dropping off frequently. It was offline most of the time. The staffs were unresponsive. Access card didn’t work. The towel and the bed sheet linens were very dirty and the color even turned grey because of the dirt. The parking was congested. No room service or restaurant. Every cupboard door handles were broken.
