• Giulia Schettini Gherardini (8/5): Soggiorno comodo e pratico - Posizione ottima per il centro di Modena. Ho cercato questo alloggio per spostarmi a piedi il più comodamente possibile. Camera pulita, carina. Simona gentile, ha girato tutte le informazioni qualche giorno prima! Il condominio dove si trova l'appartamento non è dei migliori, un po' angusto.

• Nana (10/5): Great! - We had the most wonderful stay in Modena due to this beautiful appartment in the best location of the city! The flat is super clean, with all the needed facilities one could wish for and the host is absolutely charming and caring. Thank you very much!

• Aniello (8/5): - posizione ottima e vicina alla osteria francescana, che era la meta principale del viaggio. bagno molto carino, e profumatissimi i saponi presenti. letto abbastanza comodo. discreta la pulizia. proprietaria comunicativa. c'erano delle merendine, con delle marmellatine. c'era un bollitore ma non c'erano bustine per fare te o tisane. avrei messo anche una macchinetta per il caffè. la porta di legno di igresso all'appartamento - al quale poi si accede con una portafinestra con altra chiave europa - essendo d'epoca ga 2 serrature che rendono macchinoso ingresso - inezie comunque.
• Debora (8/5): Gute Lage … sehr freundlich - Gute Lage, Freundlicher Kontakt. Sehr sauber. Feuchtigkeit an den wänden zu bemerken mit schwarze flecken. Wenn man zu viert die Wohnung bucht ist das ausziehbare Bett unzumutbar.

E la bottiglia di acqua in frigo: era presa dal rubinetto...

• Agata (7/5): Nice appartement, the host not very hospitable and I guess not experienced in having guests. - The appartement is really nice - well furnished, clean and in the nice area. We had misunderstanding with the owner: I traveled with my teenage son, booked the appartement because it has 2 separate beds. When we arrived it turned out only one bed was prepared, with one duvet to share and the rest of the equipment was locked in the wardrobe and there was no key to it. The owner was not kind at first, but sent the housekeeper next day, and the second bed was arranged. We got a bottle of wine and a box of pastry as an apology. Apart from that, there were 2 coffee capsules and one toilet paper. Never seen sth like that on Booking before. Lack of hospitality.

• Ed (8/5): Overall, would stay here again, nice apartment. - Nice, modern and clean apartment. Good hot water. Breakfast was some croissants, rusks and spreads which was adequate. Good value for money. Nice stay. Quite a few steps to go up, especially with suitcase. Outside street of apartment looked dodgy, but was safe inside. No views from the window.

Leider liegt es in einer ZTL Zone, was wir zu spät bemerkten und jetzt eine Strafe bekommen werden (Kamera), aber da können die Gastgeber nichts dafür

L'host mi ha permesso di lasciare il bagaglio prima dell' orario dell check-in e oltre quello del checkout. Non ho apprezzato la totale gestione via whatsapp del check-in e del check-out. Al momento del check in, con trolley e zaino, ho dovuto girovagare alla ricerca della porta giusta e poi ho dovuto provare a casaccio le chiavi del mazzo per aprire le tre serrature. Al momento del check out è nato un qui pro quo con l'host. La colazione, decisamente povera e striminzita.

• Dóra (10/5): - It was very well-equipped and we were very satisfied with the comfort and the cleanliness of the apartment. The check-in and checkout went very smoothly and the host is also very helpful! It is very close to a parking area and to the city center as well.

La posizione dell'appartamento è abbastanza buona, vicina al centro. La proprietaria Simona, gentilissima e disponibilissima, ha risposto sempre alle nostre domande in maniera veloce ed esaustiva Scomodo il conferimento dei rifiuti nell'atrio del palazzo. • Erzsébet (9/5): - A szállásadó előre elküldött minden szükséges információt. Kedves volt a fogadtatás. Az apartman tiszta, szép, csendes, a nevezetességek könnyen megközelíthetőek. A reggeli finom volt. Nincs kilátás a lakásból a nevezetességekre, mint ahogy a leírásban szerepel.

Excelente apartamento nuevo e impecable de muy buena categoría, salvó los apartamentos vecinos, muy precarios y no muy atentos No sé puede ingresar con vehículo por ser zona céntrica. No está indicado en la reserva. Hay que arrastrar las valijas 2 cuadras y luego subirlas 2 pisos por escalera, que no estaba indicado en la reserva.. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el auto, por haber ingresado al centro, indicado que se podía ingresar con reserva de hospedaje y no recibí asistencia del anfitrión. No sé acercaron ni al ingresar ni al salir del apartamento.
