• Marga (9/5): Estupendo apartamento; gran propietaria. - Apartamento muy espacioso, cómodo, luminoso, con una bonita terraza. Es de destacar el aparcamiento, un lujo, en Dubrovnik, y, por supuesto, la amabilidad de la propietaria. Se echa en falta varias cosas: en la habitación principal, unas mesitas o unas baldas, que cumplan esta función, así como una cómoda o un pequeño armario; en la cocina, algo más de menaje, además de un cepillo, una fregona o un aspirador, para poder limpiar. Por otro lado, la terraza carece de total privacidad.

• Helen (10/5): - We had such a lovely stay at Jelena’s place in Dubrovnik. She was really helpful from the start, giving us clear directions to find the apartment easily and sharing some great local tips, including a few hidden gems we probably wouldn’t have discovered otherwise. The apartment itself was spotless, really spacious, and the views were honestly stunning something we never got tired of. It felt comfortable and well looked after, which made our stay even better. We’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

• cecile (8/5): - L appartement est neuf, moderne et bien équipé ( manque toutefois quelques assiettes supplémentaires et des verres simples pour tous les jours ) jolie terrasse parking privé L'accès n est pas facile même avec le GPS, il est un peu excentré du centre , il faut donc pas mal marcher. Les volets roulants étaient en panne pendant tout notre séjour la douche est belle mais pas pratique , sol vite innondé

• Daniela (10/5): - Svidjela nam se lokacija objekta. Potrebno je 15ak minuta pješice do starog dijela grada tako da nam auto nije bio ni potreban. Također nam se svidjelo što objekt ima parking. Apartman je lijepo uređen, uredan i ima prekrasan pogled.
• Katarzyna Mroczek (10/5): - Wspaniały widok z tarasu, na którym są leżaczki i stolik. Świetne miejsce na relaks. Mieszkanie jest śliczne, przestronne i czyste. Właścicielka, zaskoczyła pozytywnie swoją gościnnością i serdecznością. Już pierwszego dnia mogliśmy się poczuć jak u siebie:) przez cały pobyt kontakt z właścicielką był znakomity.polecamy z serca. Wsystsko było super!
• Wojciech (10/5): Wspaniały apartament z widokiem na morze - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, piękny widok zachodzącego słońca z tarasu. Pieszo kilkanaściem minut do centrum, kilka minut w dół schodami jest piekarnia, czynna bardzo długo.
• Lesoille (7/5): Appartement récent avec belle vue attention aux escaliers - L appartement est spacieux, en très bon état (l immeuble est recent) et joliment décoré. Les échanges avec la propriétaire sont tres faciles et ses conseils (restaurant) utiles. La vue de la terrasse est tres belle. Dubrovnik est situé sur une coline escarpee. L appartement est situé à 100m d altitude quand la vieille ville est au niveau de la mer. Il faut donc gravir de tres nombreuses marches plusieurs fois par jour. Les ruelles sont piétonnes et pittoresques mais il faut absolument être en bonne forme. Même en arrivant en taxi il faut porter son bagage sur 3 étages. Quelques petites réparations sont à prévoir : 2 volets bloqués qui limitaient la vue et la douche difficile à orienter sans transformer la salle de bain en piscine.
• HIROYOSHI (10/5): Wonderful moment - The hotel is within walking distance of everything. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The owner was very kind and supportive, who could reply very quickly whenever we have questions.

The apartment was spacious and impeccably clean, with a terrace that gave us a breathtaking view of the sea. We can't wait to return! Jelene is wonderful! She was always available and recommended the beach and places to visit. Jelene, we love you and your home!
• Jani (10/5): Viikko Dubovnikissa, 2 aikuista ja 1 nuori - Erittäin siisti ja hyvässä kunnossa pidetty asunto, joka sijaitsi rauhallisella alueella. Omistaja Jelena oli tosi ystävällinen ja avulias.
• Terifol (10/5): Bardzo fajny nowoczesny apartament z widokiem na morze - Nowoczesny i czysty apartament z wieloma udogodnieniami. Dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny oraz łazienka z przyborami toaletowymi. Sprzęt w kuchni i łazience sprawny. Niczego nie brakowało. Łóżko w sypialni wygodne, bardzo duża rozkładana sofa w salonie. Taras z widokiem na morze, z leżakami oraz kompletem wypoczynkowym i dużym rozkładanym parasolem. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu. Pobyt bardzo przyjemny. Dobry i bezproblemowy kontakt z bardzo miłą właścicielką. Apartament jest położony dosyc wysoko w mieście, więc trzeba bylo pokonywać trasę z wieloma schodami żeby dotrzeć chociażby do starego miasta i z powrotem. Był niezły trening codziennie więc raczej trzeba mieć dobrą kondycję. Byliśmy z dziecmi 7 i 11 lat, ale dawały radę.
• Alli (10/5): Overall, my stay was comfortable, convenient, and made even better by a kind and helpful host. - The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It’s about a 25 minute walk to the Old Town and just 15 minutes to the beach, which was really convenient. The host was also very kind and helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend and come back!
• Nataša (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. The location is perfect, the city centre within walking distance, and the supermarket is nearby. The apartment was spotless clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The terrace is perfect for relaxing in the sun. The surroundings are pleasant and quiet. The host was very helpful and friendly. We were with kids, and they loved it.
• Ella (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik - This apartment has everything you need and more. The view from terrace is stunning. Apartment itself is newly built and is very comfortable. Location is great-only 15 min walking distance from old town and all buses. Hostess shared great tips for local food places and attractions. we enjoyed our stay 10000% Heads up: if you are coming bigger group than two, keep in mind that entrance to only bathroom is through bedroom. We thought that bed is quite small for couple :D (140x200)
• Teresa (10/5): The friendliest host I have ever had. Very spacious and clean apartment. We enjoyed the 20 minutes walk to old town, man - Huge deck, that I wish I had more time to enjoy. Very comfortable apartment, with everything we needed. Lovely host that went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, even inviting us to her place for a coffee or a meal. I would have taken on her offer if we had more days, because Jelena appeared to be very friendly. It would have been great to get her insights as a local. Maybe next time! I would just recommend adding hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels, and perhaps some chest or drawers for the clothes in the bedroom, that’s it, the rest was great! And make sure the taxi or Uber driver follows the directions given by Jelena to get there. Ours didn’t and had to drop us off before getting there because the car didn’t fit through the narrow street, and then Google maps gave us a wrong indication of where the property was.
• Mark (10/5): Overall, Cortisia apartment is a remarkable and modern place to have a vacation . - I like the modern design and cleanliness of the one bedroom apartment . I like the big modern patio. I like the complimentary Croatian wine that was offered in our room. The location of the property is a walking distance to Old Town Dubrovnik. There is no need to call a taxi for the 3 night stay we did , because every night we would slowly walk to Old Town Dubrovnik to have dinner . For breakfast , we cook our own food , the convenient was just a 7 minutes walk away from the apartment. Also , the AC was excellently working so the apartment is always cold. Also the host “ Ellena” was very responsive and nice . Overall our stay, was remarkable and pleasant. I would recommend this remarkable apartment to anyone.
