The room was spacious and clean and we had our own bathroom, the view on the lake from the terrace was great, the location is very central, close to the dock and the breakfast was included! There is some noise from Mr mullets party hostel which is closeby, but it didn't bother me that much and it stopped at 23h.

Localização excelente: proximo a bares, restaurantes, farmácias, cafés e, principalmente, proximo ao dock pra saída de lancha. Além disso é uma hospedagem familiar então hospedando se nela você auxilia diretamente uma família local. O barulho proximo a hospedagem que vem de um hostel próximo é ensurdecedor, a música começa as 15h e vai até umas 22h......23h.....Se quiser algo calmo, silencioso e tranquilo infelizmente o hostel vai tirar isso de você. O chuveiro é elétrico: se liga demais sai água fria, se liga de menos sai pouca água.

• Valentina (8/5): Essential but comfortable and good value for money - Hospedaje Gonzalez is located in a strategic area of San Pedro La Laguna. I had read previous reviews mentioning that the hospedaje was difficult to find, but I’m happy to say that this has improved, as there is now a large sign at the entrance of the street. My room was on the top floor (there is no elevator), and while it was simple, it was comfortable. One thing to be aware of is that there was no hot water available. This is a basic hospedaje, so it’s important not to expect a five-star luxury hotel. However, it offers excellent value for money considering its central location (just five minutes from the port) and the fact that a small breakfast is included. When I arrived, no one was available to check me in, and I had another commitment in San Marcos La Laguna. I managed to get the attention of an elderly woman who seemed to live or work there, and she kindly allowed me to leave my luggage in a room and return later to complete the check-in. That said, it was a bit frustrating because I had emailed in advance to let them know that I needed to drop off my luggage quickly before heading to the other village.

As janales do banehro não eram proprieamente janelas, e sim aberturas no alto, que não dava arra fechar. A noite a temperatura cai bastente e entra um vento frio, tornando o momento do banho meio ruim.

• Carina (8/5): Zentrale Unterkunft mit traumhafter Aussicht - Tolle Lage mit wunderschöner Sicht auf den See. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Es gab auf allen Etagen kostenloses Wasser und die Küche war zur Mitbenutzung. Unterkunft war sauber. Leckeres Frühstück Das Bad war etwas feucht vom Klima und ungünstig aufgebaut, die Toilette war hinter der Dusche gelegen, sodass wir immer durch dir nasse Dusche gehen mussten. Die Party von Mr. Mullet ist bis 23 Uhr sehr gut zu hören, uns hat es aber zum Schlafen nicht gestört. Wir hatten ein Zimmer ganz unten. Dort hat man nicht viel mit bekommen

Rooms are awful and ha - The close location to the dock is the only good thing about the property. Staff/owners are scammers. Uncomfortable beds and bed bugs! Unprofessional staff. La cama és cómoda, hay wifi y desayuno rico de panqueques y plátanos. Ubicación muy buena cerca de la muelle. Puede haber un poco de ruidode otros hostales pero nada malo.
• Rafał (7/5): Nice and rough - The main advantage of this property is its location - the higher floors have a really good view of the lake. The hosting family is also very friendly. Breakfast is good, though repetitive (each day the same). It is also reasonably priced for Atitlan, though the rooms are pretty basic. Good for a stay during which you want to actively explore the towns and mountains around the Atitlan lake. I generally think that San Pedro is probably the best dormitory during a trip to the region. There was an issue with one of the rooms - a previous guest damaged something in the bathroom and the first night I had to spend in another building nearby - despite the host's declaration, its standard was much worse than the booked room (dirty room floor and bathroom, a building and room in the construction stage). At night it turned out the door to the bathroom somehow locked itself and I had to go to the other building to one of my friends' room - a terrible experience and the host didn't even consider a partial refund of the cost. If it hadn't been for this incident, I would be really happy with this accommodation and the hosts, but unfortunately it left a rather sour taste in my mouth.

Free breakfast included daily was good, nice terrace with view of the lake. Friendly family run hotel. There’s some windows in bathroom that don’t close found some ants/spiders/bugs in the room which in that case is expected with the window.

Bed and pillows were hard, and it wasn't easy to get comfortable. The place was very hard to find. It's close to the dock and right off the main strips, but down an alleyway, and the signage name differs from the listing name.

Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans la douche. Il y a un hostel à côté qui met de la musique toute l’après midi et le soir donc il faut quand même être au courant !
• Julia (10/5): - The accommodation has a stunning view of the lake. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a Smart TV. Breakfast was delicious, and the shared kitchen was clean and equipped. I came for one night and ended up staying here for a week. It's very close to everything, from restaurants and cheap food to, of course, a two-minute walk from the pier. It's also close to Mister Mullest, but the music stops at 10:30, which didn't bother me at all. We're in Guatemala, and that's normal. The hotel is run by a very friendly couple who clean every day. Of course, if you want them to come into your room to clean it, just let them know, and they'll be happy to do so. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and am very grateful. I left my keys in the room several times, and Rocael was always happy to help. I will recommend them for the rest of my trip.

Extremely noisy with zero sound isolation We stayed in a family room connected to another room with a broken lock, unfortunately, that made the experience even worse. Our neighbor came home drunk and started having a loud speakerfone conversation in the middle of the night. The walls were so thin we could hear everything — his entire life story, which frankly, became more disturbing by the minute. We barely slept. The lack of soundproofing is unacceptable, especially for families or anyone hoping to rest.

• Jan (9/5): Gute und günstige Unterkunft nicht weit vom See. - Sympathische Unterkunft in guter Lage, ganz in der Nähe des Fähr-Anlegers am See, freundlich und gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück mit Blick über den See auf der Dachterrasse. Natürlich kein Luxushotel bei dem Preis, aber alles notwendige ist da. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Nach dem Duschen muss der feuchte Boden zur Toilette überquert werden, da das Wasser nicht sehr gut abfließt. Aber nicht dramatisch. Bei längeren Aufenthalten wäre ein bisschen Abwechslung beim Frühstück vielleicht ganz nett. Das Hotel wird durch einen schmalen Gang erreicht, ein Hinweisschild wäre hilfreich.

• Ofek (10/5): מיקום נהדר וצוות אדיב מאוד - המקום במרחק 2 דקות הליכה מהמרכז, עם חדרים פרטיים נוחים ונקיים ונוף מאוד יפה לאגם. השירות ברמה גבוהה ונחמדים מאוד. אפשרו לי להקדים את הצ׳ק אין בכמה שעות ביום שהגעתי לאחר שכתבתי להם. ארוחת הבוקר טובה.

• Mehdi (10/5): Bien dans l'ensemble - Excellent emplacement. Personnel attentionné. Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse en rooftop très agréable. Matelas ferme et environnement légèrement bruyant (musiques a proximité)

• Simone Anna (9/5): - Kleines aber feines Zimmer mit geteiltem Bad. Bad war sauber, Dusche warm, guter Wasserdruck. Küche gut ausgestattet. Liebevoller Garten. Wunderschöne Aussicht von der Dachterrasse. Gratis gefiltertes Wasser. Super Preis-Leistung. Nur Kleinigkeiten: im Zimmer wären Haken für Handtücher und Jacken super. Manchmal war im Gemeinschaftsbad kein Toilettenpapier mehr.
