• Sonja (8/5): Gute Lage, modernes Appartement - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Mitten im Geschehen. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Für den Gastgeber: Der Ablauf in der Dusche funktionierte nicht richtig, das Wasser ist raus gelaufen. Der Seifenspender bei den Lavabos funktionierte ebenfalls nicht. Die Verdunkelung der Zimmer (Rollos) in der Nacht ist ungenügend. Viel zu hell. Das Ausfüllen des Check In davor, alles per Computer einscannen, fand ich sehr aufwendig. Speziell da wir mit einem befreundeten Paar gereist sind, die nicht in unserem Haushalt wohnen, und ich keine Dokumente hatte. Das dann zu beschaffen war wirklich mühsam.

• Ute (9/5): Tiptop saubere moderne Wohnung in erstklassiger Lage - Die Lage ist einfach super, sehr moderne Ausstattung und vor allem neu, die Betten sehr bequem und gross, das ganze Appartment war sehr großzügig. Das Parkhaus La Merced war wirklich ziemlich nahe, kostet 17 Euro pro Tag. Zum Frühstücken noch ein kleiner Tipp, das Tartasy ist super mit sehr leckeren Broten und Müsli Die Bilder entsprechen auch der Wirklichkeit. Es war ziemlich kalt in der Wohnung als wir ankamen und im Prinzip ist nur ein Schlafzimmer schön hell und der Rest der Wohnung ziemlich dunkel, uns hat das nicht gestört, sollte man aber vorher wissen.

• Valter (10/5): Excelente apartamento T2 para ficar no centro de Ronda - Gostei da limpeza, qualidade do espaço (mobiliáriao, decoração, equiapamentos, iluminação e amenities), dimensão dos compartimentos, onde o quarto de casal tem uma dimensão que daria para ser uma suite com casa de banho privativa. O sistema de AVAC é muito eficiente e silêncioso, garantido um muito bom conforto térmico. A localização é excelente, a 5min a pé da Ponte Nova de Ronda e a 2min da Praça de Touros, com vários parques de estacionamento nas proximidades. Uma referência para uma futura estadia, onde gostaria de voltar a ficar! Só tenho duas observações, as cortinas de rolo das janelas, são em tecido sreen, só bloqueiam ligeiramente a luz, mas não permitem a ocultação dos compartimentos a partir do exterior, caso a iluminação interior seja superior a do exterior, o que acontece durante a noite. Assim, nos quartos, devido à proximidade as janelas vizinhas, à noite não é garantida a privacidade necessária, caso haja luz acessa nestes. Este problema é facilmente resolúvel com a alteração dos tecido dos rolos, por um tipo blackout, ou colocar uma cortinado do mesmo género. Observo que para a nossa família não trouxe grande incómodo, pois não gostamos de compartimentos completamente obscurecidos, mas obriga a alguma atenção para garantir a privacidade/intimidade pessoal. A outra observação, é sobre o isolamento dos tubos de águas residuais que atravessam o apartamento, pois com o investimento que fizeram na remodelação deste apartamento, que ficou muito bonito, práctico e agradável de utilizar, é pena ouvir na sala/cozinha todas as descargas de águas dos vizinhos dos andares superiores, mesmo com a televisão ligada.

Ao lado do centro e tudo pensado nos mínimos detalhes para que a experiência seja excelente, parabéns! A única coisa é que o quarto fico claro cedo. Não tem black out, então se você tem problema com claridade leve um tapa olho para dormir e pronto! Tudo certo!

It is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay (e.g. kitchen and bathroom supplies). There is comfortable seating for eating and for relaxing. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. It is very quiet despite its location on a busy street. All the tourist sites are close by, and there is a beautiful park across the street. Shades let in some light. Room darkening shades would be helpful. Not a major issue .

Just perfectly placed in the middle of all the things there is to see. The apartment is clean and very big, it holds a good kitchen with all you need. The area around is very quiet even do it's central. We received a messages with all codes needed and that worked very well. When we started our Journey, we got a messages saying that we need to pre-register to get the code to the apartment. Everyone in the company (a family of 4) needed to scan our passports/ID's and take pictures of ourself. Even the one under 18 years of age even if it said it shouldn't be needed. This was a bit overcomplicated I think and since it came rather late, we didn't have all needed documents with us.

• Donna (10/5): Luxurious modern apartment and incredible value - We live and travel a lot throughout Spain and I can honestly say this apartment was one of the best we have stayed in. It was immaculate and so incredibly clean. It has been recently refurbished to an exceptionally high stand and the attention to detail to everything was fantastic. It was so modern and felt more like a 5 star hotel experience than an apartment. Both bedrooms were huge and just felt so luxurious. It was very close to all the bars and restaurants as well as all the sights of Ronda. It even had a balcony which you could sit and enjoy your morning coffee. The hosts were fabulous. Nothing too much trouble and always respond quickly to messages. This will always be our first choice next time we are in Ronda. Couldn’t fault anything.
