Comfy bed, shower, toilet, water boiler, TV, WiFi, etc. Instructions for your stay can be found in your room, just keep in mind : Be respectful of the culture, of the people and of the rules. Do not pay attention to the negative comments, I've been travelling for 19 years now and trust me on this, you're delusional expecting a 5* luxury resort for this price and you won't find anything better in that area for this price. This place is golden and I was hesitating to publish this as I don't want Karens ending up here. The host was amazing, the help provided along my trip was priceless and they contributed to made my stay even more awesome that it should have been. Nothing, everything was perfect

• taemin (7/5): 가성비 있는 숙소 - 난카이 난바 역에서 도보로 10분 내에 있는 게 좋습니다. 난바 역까지 가는 길 중간에 덴덴타운이 껴있어서 숙소에서 덴덴타운까지 도보로 2분 정도 걸리는 것 같아요. 구로몬 시장도 바로 근처라서 좋고 도톤보리도 멀지 않은 곳에 있어서 좋은 것 같아요. 직원분들도 친절하세요. 와이파이 공유기가 안되서 문의 드렸더니 다음날 바로 교체해 주셔서 감사했습니다. 아파트먼트 숙소라서 우버이츠 배달도 문앞으로 가능한 것도 너무 좋았습니다. 티비, 인덕션, 전자레인지 등 필요한 게 다 있어서 좋았습니다. 방음이 좀 아쉽습니다. 바로 옆방에 애가 있었는데 우는 소리가 들리고 옆방에서 알람 맞춰둔 게 들릴 정도였던 것 같아요. 저는 숙소가 1층이라서 그런지 공동현관으로 투숙객들 왔다갔다 할 때 얘기하는 소리가 들려서 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 무엇보다 비데가 있는 숙소인 줄 알았는데 없어서 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 화장실이 좀 좁은 것도 아쉬웠습니다.

• Maya (3/5): Невозможно самостоятельное заселение - Местоположение, удобно от Намба. Были одеяла, подушки и футоны для детей. Стиральная машина, 1 капсула порошка. Квартиоа мрачная, дневного света нет, старая, не чисто. Хозяин дает неправильный код от входа. Забыл указать где нужна звёздочка и где решётка. Как будто мы сами должны об этом догадаться? Это был крест по вскрытию двух дверей: вначале в здание, потом в номер. У нас ушло на это 2 часа и помогали случайные соседи. В отзывах так часто написано, что у людей сложности с заселением. Почему это не исправить? Хозяин код от Вай фай не дал, потом дали, но он не работал, мы использовали вай фай соседей!!! Это было очень не удобно.

• Mario (7/5): - The location was very good. Very quiet, and just a very small walking distance from Dotonbori and the metro. And the metro lines nearby are very well connected to everywhere. Could have been a bit cleaner. very limited facilities provided.
• JIAN WEI (6/5): Location was okay. Wish 101 was clean as shown on the pictures and would have much more positive comments. - The location was okay. Other than that, I have nothing else good to say about it. We had the main floor at 101. It was old and dirty, wifi was horrible, can barely connect to the internet, our cellphone signal was also terrible (I believe it has to do with being on the main floor). The kitchen range was very nasty. The window was left unlocked, luckily I checked before heading out, otherwise who knows who might have gone in and might have stolen stuff from us. The bathroom was old and has nothing to hang the shower head to take a shower in the bathtub, also has nothing to separate the bathtub and the wash area. The sofa bed and the pillows has lots and lots of stains. Luckily I brought disposable towels. Simply had to brainwash myself to sleep on it. I don’t bother taking any photos, but hope whoever staying at 101 in the future wouldn’t have the same experience as mine.
• Christie (10/5): Great place, handy location, very comfortable. - Very comfortable apartment in a great location, close to markets and train lines. Accommodation was very clean and had everything we required, plus more. Highly recommended, would definitely stay again. We had a problem with the TV remote, which was then replaced immediately when I notified them, and with quick communication. Cannot fault Raffine Nihonbashi, after staying for 5 nights. Thankyou.. Nothing that we can think of.

Creepy place! 2.Not recommended especially to the family with child.. Sofa bed edges too hard and sharp it might hurt kids and might crush their head. 3. Lights in the bed side is not working! thats why our whole stay was so deem and dark that gives creepy ambiance to the place. 4. We can’t use the television because the remote is broken. We try to move and fix the batteries but still not working! especially the volume is not working that’s why the television is mute! All the remote keys are too hard to press. This is why the television is useless. The place is not comfy and it gives creepy vibes! no bidet on the toilet! No room sleepers! We request to repair the lights and remote but they did not fix it at all even it was properly reported via email as they instructed It’s not worth the price!

• Miron (1/5): If you value yourself and your comfort, don't consider this. - Convenient and fast location next to Namba station. That's all, I'll write about the cons below Our worst stay in all our travels. Let's start with the fact that the room and the hotel in general are incredibly dirty and unkempt. The furniture in the room, although it looks new, is constantly creaking, the bathroom door closed with such a bang that our neighbor complained about us and the hotel wanted to charge us a noise fine. I have attached some photos that are worth seeing before you decide to stay here. The first floor constantly smelled of garbage and dampness, it was taken out once a day or two, but it did not help. The walls of the hotel are so thin that at night I could literally hear my neighbor breathing and coughing, flushing the toilet and talking. For 2 weeks of our stay, we were given two sets of towels (two large and two for the face), and were told to wash them ourselves, so keep that in mind. The sink in the kitchen looks like it urgently needs cosmetic repairs, we literally did not like to go near it. All the pillows on the sofa next to the bed were dirty with white, ingrained stains
• Gerry (8/5): Very good - The setup was small but practical. Aircon was good. Kitchen was as expected. Internet was fast. No iron and board. No clothes tumble dryer. The toilet wasn't electronic.

• Janet (6/5): Pleasant - I liked the kitchen, the balcony and enjoyed new pots. No enough bowls/plates/cups, it had a terrible smell in the hallways and entrance, didn’t like the steps in the main entrance and the big steps to the washroom and shower room.
• Diamond (7/5): Self-serviced, Cosy Apartment next to Kuromarkets and City centre. - I liked how it was cosy as a full-service home. It had all the amenities of the kitchen and towels for the stay. The apartment building was quiet for a good sleep. Additionally, the location was close to Kuromon Market (>5minute walk) and also to the main Osaka area (15-20minutes). There is a Lawson nearby (>2minutes). Very good location and value. The kitchen and bathroom are in the older style with stained tiles. On the first day, there were small cockroaches in the corner where the TV was, but this didn't impact the stay much. It didn't match the amenities given by other Japanese hotels. The room bin is small.
• Ming (10/5): Accommodation that perfectly suited our needs and that made our stay in Osaka a memorable one. - Location was great as it is within walking distance to multiple public transport options, Kuromon Market, discount supermarket, various restaurants and konbini as well as Yamato Transport (kuroneko). The facilities (e.g. wifi, washing machine, hot water shower, hairdryer, towels, clothes hangers, microwave, fridge, umbrellas, TV with streaming facilities, lift etc.) were in good working conditions. Staff was pleasant and very responsive to our queries when checking in. While it was not a big issue for us, do bear in mind that the toilet can be cramped due to limited space.

• Sulit (8/5): Clean and comfortable japan emersive room - I like the location( near dotonbori, koromon market, namba station metro osaka, a lot good shops with gacha near and family mart ) the space and price. I like also the extra bed, the easiness of the washing machine, microwave, sink and electric stove. The instruction on going in the room was pretty fun for me :D . Space of the toilet, its pretty small for a big guy for me and the trash can inside is small also if you plan to stay for a long time is bad. The bathtub is pretty small.
