• MARIA ISABEL (7/5): Hotel bueno y bien comunicado aunque lejos del centro - Realmente nos dieron habitación en el hotel Mercurio, que está en el mismo edificio. El personal muy amable. La habitación amplia y limpia. Buen supermercado cerca. Sin ascensor. Un poco alejado del centro pero con acceso a transporte cerca. La taza del inodoro estaba rota y creo que deberían cambiar la ducha completa, incluida la mampara, que estaba rota.

• rosa (3/5): Tienes lo que pagas y menos aún - La zona donde está ubicada es excelente. La habitación estaba limpia y tenía lo básico. La dirección exacta es difícil de encontrar, las indicaciones para llegar fueron inexistentes, era en un parto interior, estaba cerrada la puerta y me quedé esperando fuera intentando comunicarme a un teléfono que no existía y que estaba en un cartel. Finalmente salió el dependiente del hotel Mercurio que está al lado y me dijo que él haría el check in. Ni me ayudó con la maleta ni me dijo que no hacía falta que la subiera al hotel. La habitación es sumamente desangelada y con olor a humedad, ya que no se puede acceder a las alturas ventanas. Queda al lado de las vías, aunque el ruido no molesta. Es el tipo de habitación donde puedes suicidarte con una vibra de los 70 metiéndote heroína. Apto solo para poetas malditos.

Une odeur de tabac très présente dans la chambre et la salle de bain très tenace, ce qui est quelque chose d'habituel pour l'hôtel a priori. L'absence de rideau aux fenêtres avec une rue toujours éclairée derrière.

The receptionist was quite dismissive and rude, and the light in the room was horrible from outside- the room was illuminated the whole night with the blinds closed.

Non mi ha fatto impazzire, ma per essere Milano i prezzi erano buoni. Posizione nascosta in un atrio interno caotico poco ordinato. Stanza abbastanza spoglia minimale.

• Martyna (4/5): - Bliskość centrum, przystanków tramwajowych. W pokoju A4 nie było zasłon, a lampy na zewnątrz są skierowane centralnie w okna, przez co w nocy było jasno jak w dzień. Ciężko było spac. Wstawię zdjęcie pokoju w nocy. W lazience pod prysznicem chyba grzyb, którego też wstawiłam zdjecie w opinii. Poza tym, w lazience brak ogrzewania. W pokoju temperatura ok, ale do lazienki ciężko było wejść a co dopiero wziąć prysznic. Suszarka w pokoju niby jest, ale po włączeniu jest bardzo głośna I śmierdzi spalenizna, więc dla bezpieczeństwa nie korzystaliśmy. Tak samo z wi-fi - nazwą i hasło podane na wejściu, ale takie WiFi nie istnieje.

• Davide (5/5): - A parte la vicinanza ai binari, la posizione non era male per raggiungere a piedi il centro, se non si hanno problemi a camminare. Il materasso era troppo morbido, si sprofondava; le pareti troppo sottili, passi il rumore del treno, ma si sentivano anche gli occupanti delle altre stanze parlare e fare altro; bidet quasi inutilizzabile per la mancanza di spazio; all'arrivo ho trovato il bidone del bagno con ancora i rifiuti degli ospiti precedenti.

Es verdad que había algún desperfecto que deberían revisar pero, en líneas generales, muy bien. Recomendable. La tapa del váter se movía, es el mayor inconveniente que vi. Tampoco estaría mal sustituir el champú y gel de ducha, en sobre y en pastilla, por botecitos. Sería más cómodo para el uso.

• Ruth (3/5): Estancia bastante mala, los servicios que ofrecen no están garantizados - El alojamiento estaba limpio. Para el precio no estaba mal la zona, cerca del barrio de navigli Cuando llegamos la cortina de la ventana estaba rota, entraba toda la luz de las farolas y era imposible dormir. Tuvimos que improvisar e intentar arreglarlo por nuestra cuenta. No iba el aire acondicionado y hacía bastante frío y tampoco funcionaba el secador.

• Ryan (10/5): Short and sweet, did the job well - Contrary to many negative reviews, we had a very accommodating staff member help us check in very late (2am). The room was dark, quiet, comfy and air conditioned. Shower was nice too. For what you pay and the location, we were pleasantly surprised and happy The apartment had a slight cleaning supply smell - window open for a bit fixed this - at least you know it’s clean!
• anwachel (6/5): - Późne godziny zameldowania. Łóżka wygodne, pościel czysta, telewizor działał. Pokój dosyć przestronny. Dużo darmowych mydełek i szamponów. Klimatyzacja nie działała, w łazience deska klozetowa była przyczepiona tylko na jednym zawiasie, przez co ruszała się na boki podczas używania, poza tym drzwi do prysznica były złamane i w prysznicu było trochę grzyba. Drzwi na korytarz dosyć cienkie, przez co było słychać każde zamknięcie sąsiednich drzwi. Ponadto w obiekcie była powieszone informacja, że przy opuszczaniu obiektu każdorazowo trzeba oddawać klucze na recepcję, a na recepcji okazało się, że nie trzeba. Nie można było zapłacić kartą podatku miejskiego, tylko gotówką.

• Federico (4/5): - Vicina al centro. Stanza pulita. Aria condizionata. Di notte c’è molta luce proveniente dall’esterno. L’illuminazione esterna rimane accesa tutta la notte e le finestre non sono ben oscurate, quindi entra molta luce nella camera, rendendo difficile avere il buio necessario per dormire bene. Sarebbe utile aggiungere tende oscuranti più efficaci che coprano tutte le finestre.

• Felipebr (5/5): Fair - The bed was good, shower was good and big space in the room. The breakfast was poor but very cheap (2.5 EUR). Hotel premises were cold (winter time), the room are not sound proof AT ALL, missing courtine and other small things, like toilet seat broken.

• Anton (5/5): Excellent location and staff, very impressed - The location is within an easy walking distance from the city centre which was very convenient as didn't have to spend any money on transport. Staff were exceptional, and the room was cleaned daily which we didn't expect and was a pleasant surprise. The bed was comfortable and the room size and furnishing is very good. Overall very impressed with the accommodation and would come back. The only thing to improve is the heating - it is on timer so the radiator switches on and off, and when it is off it was really cold. It's understandable that energy saving is needed but being in the hotel one would expect to be comfortable all the time not just during the 'heating hours'.
