- Οσία (10/5): - Κάναμε κράτηση δύο σπίτια καθώς ήμασταν 7 άτομα. Τα σπίτια εξαιρετικά, πεντακάθαρα και πλήρως εξοπλισμένα. Διαθέτουν ακόμα και σίδερο με σιδερώστρα και πιστολάκι μαλλιών. Στα θετικά να προσθέσω ότι είναι πλήρως προσβάσιμα για άτομα με αμαξίδιο, καθώς και για γονείς με καρότσι καθώς είναι αρκετά ευρύχωρα σπίτια και υπάρχει και παιδική ασφάλεια στον φούρνο της κουζίνας. Να ευχαριστήσω την ιδιοκτήτρια καθώς μετά από συνεννόηση μας άφησε να μπούμε στο δωμάτιο νωρίτερα από την ώρα του check in αλλά και να φύγουμε αργότερα από την ώρα του check out. Σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσω όταν βρεθώ στην Καλαμάτα.

- stavros (10/5): - Ευρύχωρο και καθαρό! Σε καλό κομβικό σημείο για τις βόλτες στην πόλη. Κυρίως πιο κοντά στο Κάστρο και στην Παλιά Πόλη. Λίγα τετράγωνα από την Κεντρική Πλατεία.

- ANGELIKI-EIRINI (10/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία της Καλαμάτας. Πολύ σημαντικό το γεγονός ότι είχε ιδιωτική θέση πάρκινγκ. Άνετο δωμάτιο, πεντακάθαρο και εξοπλισμένο με οτιδήποτε μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς κατά τη διαμονή του. Θα το επισκεπτόμασταν σίγουρα ξανά. Όλα ήταν όπως έπρεπε.

- Ροδουλα (8/5): Μείναμε αρκετά ικανοποιημένοι - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κοντά στο κέντρο άνετο πάρκινγκ καλή εξυπηρέτηση σε ότι χρειαστηκαμε!!! Το μόνο αρνητικό επειδή μείναμε έξι βραδιά ήταν ότι δεν μπήκαν ούτε μια φορά να καθαρίσουν λίγο το δωμάτιο έπρεπε να σκουπίζουμε εμείς τουλάχιστον είχε τα πάντα μέσα το σπίτι!!!!

- MArtina (8/5): Genial für einen Stadturlaub in Kalamata. - Das Appartement war groß, sehr klar und schön möbliert. In der Küche und im Bad fehlte es an nichts. Bett war sehr bequem und Dusche perfekt. Genial : ein garantierter Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus. Fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Da wir die Erdgeschosswohnung hatten, ließen wir die Rolladen zu, da die Fenster direkt auf den Gehweg hin gehen. Da wir aber tagsüber immer unterwegs waren , hat uns das nicht gestört.

- TZIAKAS (9/5): όμορφος προσεγμένος χώρος με έυκολη πρόσβαση και άνεση τόσο στο δωμάτιο όσο και στην σαλοκουζίνα. - καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο με παροχή θέση στάθμευσης που διευκολύνει αφάνταστα τον επισκέπτη με αυτοκίνητο. το διαμέρισμά πόλυ καλά ανακαινισμένο με υλικά καλής ποιότητας, οι σίτες στα εξωτερικά κουφώματα διαυκολύνουν την διαμονή χωρίς χρήση κλιματισμού. Οι ηλεκτρικές συσκευές όλες καινούργιες και σε πολύ κακή κατάσταση. η σκάλα πρόσβασης στον επάνω όροφο χρειάζεται ενίσχυση με κατακόρυφα κάγκελα σε ορισμένα σημεία για την ασφάλεια των επισκεπτών

- Stamatis (2/5): Disappointing and overpriced - Central location, recently renovated, modern design. Impractical room design. In the beginning, the room seemed spotless, but over time, we reconsidered our opinion. We found dirty coffee mugs inside the cupboard and the hand soap dispenser secreted smudges and dirt. It also lasted only for one day, which forced us to use the dish soap from the kitchen to wash our hands for the remainder of our stay. In general, the amenities of the apartment were minimal to non-existent (we found only one bottle of water, a few napkins, two packets of instant coffee and a bag of Greek coffee). Furthermore, the apartment door has a special locking mechanism in order to lock the door from the inside, which is not mentioned in any kind of instructions, leaving us alone to figure out how it works exactly. On top of that, the apartment is supposed to feature a view and a balcony. The balcony does exist, but the view does not. When someone reads that an apartment has a view, they expect a sea or mountain view, or at least the city lights at night. In this case, the so-called "view" is just a narrow road outside the building with a lot of traffic and noise, as well as other relatively tall buildings and something that looks like a construction site of sorts. In addition, the "Parking" feature of the accommodation is misleading, as it turns out that the only parking available is on the street, which is always an option in the city anyway (at least in this city). Moreover, the room did not seem as soundproof as stated, as we could clearly hear the neighbors at times. Finally, regarding accessibility in the bathroom, there is a handle next to the toilet. However, there is nothing in the shower (apart from the aforementioned handle, which is next to the shower and is useful only for a seated person), which basically consists of the faucet/shower head and a floor mat. There was no other handle (e.g. in a higher position than the other one) inside the shower for anyone to hold on to if they needed.
