• Denisa (8/5): Kvalita odpovídá ceně. Apartmány jsou na dobrém místě. Vše blízko. - Lokalita byla pro nás super. Vzhledem k tomu co jsme měli v plánu dělat. Vše krásně blízko. Není nic co by se nám nelíbilo.

• Grace83 (9/5): da tenere in considerazione - Camera spaziosissima e dotata di confort per poter consumare i pasti poichè vi è una cucina, soggiorno in comune. Check-in comodissimo senza necessità di chiavi. Comodissimo raggiungere il centro in 20min con molti tram a pochi passi, ottima zona con molti market. faceva un pò caldo all'interno della camera.
• Jirka VM (10/5): - Naprosto krásné, moderní a čisté ubytování. Ve společných prostorách kuchyňka. Ubytování bez personálu, vstup přes kódy Nikde jsem nenašel heslo na Wi-Fi. Ubytování je v suterénu, takže špatný signál (data). Nejsou okna.

Cafés und Bars in der Nähe in die Innenstadt geht man ca. 30 min Es gibt kein Fenster - Belüftung ist aber in Ordnung ist aber bisschen komisch wenn man in der Früh nicht aus dem Fenster schauen kann. Es war nicht ganz gut geputzt und noch Haare im Bad und ein totes Insekt im Zimmer

• Karolína (10/5): - Krásné a čisté ubytování, vše na kód, takže se nemusíte bát, že ztratíte klíče :)) Jediné, co se nám moc nelíbilo, bylo že v pokoji nebyla žádná okna, bylo zvláštní se ráno budit do tmy, ale chápu, že to se ovlivnit nedá.
• Julian (6/5): Preis, Lage und Style gegen Komfort - Lage, Sauberkeit, Preis, Stil der Inneneinrichtung Viel was auch in den anderen Bewertungen zu lesen ist: - kleine Duschhandtücher - kein Fenster - keine Temperaturregulierung, dadurch stickig und warm - keine Antworten auf Fragen via Booking - extrem harte Matratze - sehr hellhörig Insgesamt ist das Apartment eher ein Hostelzimmer mit Bad ohne Fenster direkt angrenzend zu der Gemeinschaftsküche. Wenn der erste aus dem Komplex morgens Kaffee macht sind alle wach.

• Stephen (3/5): A cave - Location was good for me It’s a basement with no windows, like staying in a dungeon. Room photos show a table and chairs and kitchen facilities but these are not private, they are shared between all the rooms.

• Nadzeya (5/5): Мы планировали наше в путешествие в Прагу в преддверии нового года примерно за полтора месяца до поездки и выбрали эти а - Плюсы: 1. Отличное расположение: 2 минуты пешком до трамвайной остановки и всего две станции до самого центра Праги. Весь путь занимал не больше 15 минут, а иногда даже и 10. 2. В апартаменты легко попасть - на входной двери и на двери в номер стоит электронный замок, что освобождает вас от ношения ключей с собой. 3. В апартаментах было чисто, пыль если где-то и была, то не в критичных местах. 4. Большая просторная душевая кабина с хорошим напором воды, самая ванная комната тоже была просторная. 5. Хороший ортопедический матрас - спать было очень комфортно. На этом…плюсы заканчиваются Минусы: 1. Самый главный недостаток - это отсутствие окон! Да, здесь просто нет окон. Как только мы вошли в номер мы чуть дар речи не потеряли от ужаса. Из-за этого в комнате было ужасно темно.Мы засыпали и просыпались в полной темноте! Хотя на часах было 8 или 9 утра. Из этого же следует, что в номере было очень душно, НО кондиционера здесь тоже не было, а меленький дохленький вентилятор не спасал положение. Наверно, мы должны были обратить внимание на отсутствие окно в описание, но мы считает, что хозяин должен в заголовке к описанию капсом указывать, что здесь НЕТ ОКОН. 2. Как мы указали выше - очень душно, нет кондиционера. Вентиляция не спасала, а по ночам из неё доносились какие-то звуки. Из-за этого номер был похож скорее на бункер, а не на нормальные апартаменты. 3. Холодильник на кухне - способен вместить в себя примерно НИЧЕГО. Он был очень маленький. Как мы поняли, каждому жильцу выделялась полка - они были пронумерованы, но нашего номера комнаты нам указано не было… куда класть продукты,что делать - непонятно. 4. Стиральной машины тоже не было, что сильно усложнило жизнь. Пришлось искать общественную прачечную. 5. Не было больштих нормальных полотенец - только средние и маленькие.

• Summer (9/5): Lovely stay with a big, clean room and very accessible to city centre. - The room was very spacious and complete with amenities! The bed was also really comfy and everything was very clean. While a bit far of a walk from city centre, it's very quick to get around by tram (30min), and there are lots of good food spots nearby. It's a very minor issue, but there are no lights/windows in the room. But it was barely any problem to us at all.

• Ondřej (10/5): - Vše od lokality a blízkosti k tramvaji perfektní, absence oken mi vubec nevadila naopak na dospávaní ideální a led osvětlení perfektně nahradí to denní, ventilace dostačující, vlastní koupelna byla čistá. Společné prostory také. Komunikace s ubytováním chtěl jsem prodloužit checkout na to mi bylo odpovezeno že je zo zpoplatněné jesli s tím souhlasím, souhlasil jsem ale odpověď jsem již nedostal.

• BF (7/5): - vše ok absolutně nedostačující větrání a přívod vzduchu do místnosti . pokud bych si pokoj pronajal jen za účelem přespání, bylo by vše v pořádku . avšak se slečnou byl účel jiný než jen přespat . nedalo se to udýchat, a se stoupající hladinou vydechovaného oxidu uhličitého to bylo čím dál tím horší. nechci tím říct , že jsme se tam dusili, ale rozhodně jsme si to nemohli užít .

• Lara (9/5): Comfortable and very good value for money - Excellent location, in a nice neighborhood and very close to multiple tram and bus stops. Very clean and with new facilities. Unfortunately the room is not soundproofed and through the air vents you can hear people in the next rooms talking.
• Ninisha (9/5): We had a very good time. - The location was great and close to a tram stop. The room was clean and big, and the bed was very comfortable. I did not realize that the rooms would be in the basement and have no windows. It was a little weird to not know the weather outside. But regardless the room was well ventilated.

• Adam (8/5): Nice, modern. - Shower, coffee machine, bed comfortable, the basement is very well insulated, it was 33 degrees one day and didn't notice a lack of air-conditioning. Pin code entrance on the main door was temperamental. Not very clear in the description that the kitchen is communal. This wasn't an issue per se, but would rather it be made clear.

• Dawid (7/5): Good - A very large room. In the communal kitchen coffee tea. The entire facility is nicely furnished. Large bathroom. Good internet access. Very good lighting. The room was without a window. The room was cold. Unfortunately there is only central control. I would have liked some individual heater.

• Katarina (7/5): Good - if one doesnt mind missing the day light it is a nice place, all you might need at a 1 or 2 day vacation. Clean and tidy, the materials of the place look posh. Easy late checkin. The place is under the ground so no windows all day. I never thought a day light could be so important until i stayed at this place. There is no cooker or oven in the shared kitchen.

Apparently there is an built-in AC system, but we didnt feel anything from that. The walls are very thin and you hear everything from the other rooms.
• Gillyb17 (10/5): Room with shower room. - Was a great room with a shower room attached. Very clean. Shared kitchen area. My husband was 6.4, and the towels were way too small for him. Know it was self-catering but never mentioned taken own towels.
• Shannon (8/5): Lovely apartment. - Very clean, and vibrant. Love how it was under basement. Location was perfect literally a minute away from the tram which only take 20 minutes to town. Room was too warm and humidity through the night and no ventilation. Was be nice to see fitted air conditions. Towels was too small. Lucky brought my own.

• Marko (7/5): Nice apartment, but some improvement is needed - It was very clean, the minimalistic design is phenomenal and the apartment had everything that was needed. The door is not sound proof, so that you can hear people talking/cleaning/repairing in the corridor. This might prevent you from sleeping. Furthermore, the shower has no curtain, which means that the floor beside the shower will eventually get wet. Since the floor is very "glassy", you may slip.

• Veronika (9/5): Superb - Clear check in instructions (could be sent a little earlier - in the morning), great location, clean and comfortable room. The apartments are located in the basement so there are no windows.
• Iryna (3/5): Basement with no fresh air. - To be fair, I must say that the place is clean and newly-repaired, the bed is comfortable. But for us this didn't compensate for the serious disadvantages of this place. 1. The apartments are in the basement. There are no windows and the ventilation is very poor. There is no fresh air. The humidity is high. We found it hard to sleep. 2. We booked a superlux, which was described as "a suite which comprises a living room and a separate bedroom." When we came, it turned out that there is only bedroom, and the living room is a common area, one for 5 rooms. When we contacted the host, he said it is the biggest room they have, and there is nothing else he can offer.
• Nicola (8/5): Great value for money - Liked the shared kitchen with tea/coffee facilities, microwave, and fridge. Beds were also comfy with two separate duvets so we didn't have to fight each other for the duvet for a change. A bit warm in the rooms (sometimes warmer than outside) and the towels were tiny.
