- Anonymous (10/5): The staff are very friendly and accomodating, they went out of there way to help you. - The Backpackers is surrounded by nature, there’s lots of great food and bars within walking distance and if you’re lucky enough to see some cultural dancing like we did. The backpackers is close to islands where you can snorkel and see wildlife or catch the ferry to Java. The friendly staff went out of there way to ensure we had a great time.
- Thomas (10/5): Great place - Nice clean rooms with a really comfortable bed in a really peaceful location. The owner also does snorkeling trips to menjangen island which is really good. Nothing wrong with the hostel, but the whole town has many dogs so be sure to rent a scooter.
- Logan (10/5): Great location , great staff perfect for solo travelers or multiple - I stayed here during my solo travels on my way to the ferry to Java. The facilities were unreal! Beautiful pool and nice restaurants very close by. There is also a boat dock where you can arrange to go snorkelling from and I saw the most beautiful coral reef and sea life! 10/10 resort!! I have no complaints about this property
