• Tanja (7/5): Gut gelegen wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist und schnell in der Stadt sein möchte mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr. - Die Unterkunft war sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar von der Autobahn und es gab Parkplätze. Auch die Verbindung in die Stadt war toll. Alberto war ein sehr netter Gastgeber der immer gleich geantwortet hat. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Wohnung war schön aber nicht gut ausgestattet. Es war schade , dass sie so leer gewirkt hat. Die Möbel sind schön aber es fehlt an Gemütlichkeit. Ein Vorhang bei den Fenstern und Nachttischlampen und ein paar Bilder an den Wänden würden das Apartment viel wohnlicher machen.

• Brewer (8/5): Spacious,, clean easy access. - Spacious, two bathrooms, easy to remember how to get there since it was near a bridge and river. Kids liked balcony which had somewhat of a view of the river. Easy to take 14 bus or walk to all major sights in 30 minutes. Quieter neighborhood with some restaurants, grocery store nearby. Probably easier to park and near major route. Easy to get keys, owner responsive. Each bedroom had a foldable couch bed, as well as one in the living room/kitchen. So my son could have privacy we opened the living room one and had to move the dining table flush with the kitchen making it unusable. Putting the sheets on the couch without opening the sofa works better or opening one of the other two. We were pretty comfortable with 4 teens and two adults (three slept on one bed in second bedroom. You could get a couple more people in. It was great that it was so easy to find so we didn't kill our phone batteries using GPS. It is a good 25 minute hike from Duomo, Uffizi, Michelangelo Plaza. To get there from station or from most parts of town the 14 bus is very frequent and no transfers needed. Pillows a bit like airplane pillows without covers. May have been an oversight I would definitely ask owner to confirm sheets and pillow cases are there with your reservation. The pillows were clean and probably washable, but was expecting pillow cases and sheets.We used thin washable comforters as sheet and blanket for sofa and t-shirt for the pillow case. We only stayed two nilghts so was not a big issue. It was recently renovated spacious and clean and the only apartment of four that did not have some n complicated way to find the keys. Overall easy access and owner responsive.

Situé sur un axe bruyant On apprécie les 2 toilettes et douchette wc Sdb Manque poubelle , accroche serviettes, porte pcq Douchette fuit Chambres: Manque lumière de table de nuit, de cintres Cuisine: Manque bouilloire et cafetière électrique casserole, planche à découper, couteau cuisine, torchons, balai Vérifier congélateur rempli de glace,vitres très sales, pas de rideaux Double de clefs nécessaire
• Erika (7/5): - L. Appartamento è molto luminoso e pulito. Il punto strategico. L unica peca, consiglio vivamente di poter avere a disposizione almeno scopa e moccio, per poter pulire le bricciole del giorno prima.. Poi una bella Macchinetta da caffè. ☺️
• Valdeir R Silva (10/5): Ótimo lugar com um ótimo custo benefício. - Nossa viagem teve duas característica principais, estávamos em 7 pessoas e fizemos ela com carro. Baseado nisso foi muito boa a hospedagem, fácil acesso, próximo do centro. Este apartamento está próximo ao limite da ZTL(Zona com limitação de tráfego), estacionamento próximo a € 15,00 a diária, lugar muito tranquilo, próximo a supermercado e fácil a 30 minutos andando dos principais pontos na região central. Todo o contato foi on-line, não tivemos contato físico com os proprietários. Tivemos um pequeno problema com o wifi do local, que acabou sendo resolvido até o final dia. Sentimos falta de alguns acessórios de limpeza, vassoura e pá de lixo, mas nada que tenha nos atrapalhado muito.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Beautiful apartment that overlooks the river. Very comfortable and great for our family. - Really clean, comfortable, safe. Loved the kitchen and refrigerator. Near the river. The owner was so kind and responded quickly to our questions and even let us check in early. It is a little far from the Duomo and other attractions, but even so it was within walking distance (30-45 minutes). The Piazza Michaelangelo was about 25 minutes away.

• Laura (7/5): Good, but can be improved. - Very new apartment, comfortable beds, good bedding, accessibility to transportation, nice views, clean building. Host receptive and super responsive. Apartment lacks simple amenities like bigger cooking pots, dish soap and towels, large coffee machine, towel hooks, garbage cans at bathrooms, mirrors at rooms, a bit more TLC to make guests feel more welcome.
• Lenka (7/5): Good - The appartment is big and spacious with lots of light. The beds were good. We found the place easily, the same like a parking spot for our car (which was the reason why we did not want to stay in the city center). I would say that this place has a big potential, but for us it was a bit of dissapointment, because a lot of thing which can make your stay easier or more comfortable were missing. These thing are so easy to buy and can make so much difference in the end. Like a toothbrush cup, shelf in the bathroom for storing things (so you have to carry your cosmetics with you every single time...), bedside lamps in the bedrooms were missing...there was just one small pot in the kitchen in the appartment which could accomodate 8 people... Also the street running around the house is very noisy, so it was not easy to sleep well. In the end it was not so big deal, but the place is not very welcoming...

• Sparsh (3/5): There were no hangers or hot water and the place stunk a little, but otherwise pretty cozy. - The cozzyness of this place was alright. And the fact that there were two bathrooms quite exceeded my expectations. And also the fact that the beds were somewhat cozy. There weren’t any hangers for clothes or coats.there weren’t even coat racks. The place kind of stunk as well I woke up to a gasoline type smell. There was also NO Hot water in the showers or the sinks.
