The apartment was quite - I had a good and peaceful stay .the environment was quiet and there was nothing to worry about the appointment was quiet big , clean with a garden , and everything was available I love the coffee machine , and I also found a good space to park my car and I will surely stay here again
• Olatokunbo (10/5): Great value for my money and time - The apartment is in a quiet and calm location, despite it's closeness to various shops for homemade food items. It's a walking distance to both the train and bus stations which is convenient for my workers. We also used the apartment in the past, when we had some work in Bristol because it is about 7 minutes to the city centre. The entire apartment is big and very convenient. The host was very responsive and his attention to details was top notch. We look forward to staying here again when next we have another project in Bristol.
• Wolfgang (7/5): Decent apartment for multiple night’s stay. Very responsive owner/manager - Ownership gets 10/10 for response to any concerns. They are the fastest to respond of any place I’ve stayed ever which is business travel over 40 years. Facilities are decent with washing machine, decent kitchenette, fairly comfortable bed and close to many shops and stores. Parking was easy to find and free on the street. Needs some TLC. The garden door from the bedroom has lock issues. The window frame in the living room has window frame wood rot. These were communicated to the owner with incredibly quick and positive response. The bed mattress is too soft for my back and may need to be looked into. Some have commented about the location and I agree that the apartment is located in a somewhat run down area of Bristol. However I found that there were many students living in this area and also the area is very multicultural. I never felt threatened or in danger.

• Mblaszkowski (7/5): Nice apartment in a not-so-nice area. - The flat is clean and has everything that you might need. Just as the pictures the apartment was like we expected it to be. The communication with the owner was very fluent and they even replied after midnight when some alarm was making noise and we didn't know how to make it stop. They allowed us a late check-out and our stay in the apartment was good. The only thing we didn't like is the area where the flat is located. This is obviously not the fault of the owner, and I want to say again the apartment is nice and clean, but the area came across as rather unsafe and underdeveloped.

• Matthew (6/5): Pleasant - The TV The bed, mattress was horrific, cheapest, hard, could feel every spring, my back and sides were bruised after 2 nights sleeping on it. THE sofa, you can't call it THAT, it's a rock solid board bench, 1.5 inches cushion with a hard board underneath, my butt couldn't handle sitting on that ANYMORE after 2 nights. The kitchen wasn't very well equipped, but usable. The parking outside is non existent with double lines and parking EVERYWHERE, the street was disgusting. I left after 2 day's, booked somewhere else for the rest of the week. Sorry, but I can normally cope if it isn't quite up to my standard, but the 2 places you spend the most time in were impossible so I have to leave the TRUTH.

• Nm (7/5): Peaceful stay - It was a lovely flat and we had a very peaceful stay here. The host was really responsive so any issues we knew we could reach out. The location has lots of facilities and shops nearby, as well as being close to the city centre. The TV was unfortunately broken, the host was unaware and due to the dates we stayed (bank holiday) it was unable to be fixed/replaced. The apartment could do with a little bit of TLC, certain items were looking slightly old. However, we still really enjoyed the stay.

Rough area Parking was v difficult

• Banasa (8/5): Would recommend, very clean apartment. - Very clean, organized. Quiet place, with all extras provided. Parking only on street at the available place, however parking was free. Garden doors was unlocked, had to check them and lock them myself.
• Thingummijig (8/5): Does what it says and I'd stay again. - Lovely calm decor. Had everything I needed, from a huge range of teas, infusions and regular coffee, to a bed with choice of pillows, so that I had a great night's sleep. The location wasn't the prettiest, but considering I arrived on a Saturday night, the flat was blissfully quiet. Thanks too for the shampoo & conditioner. The location seemed a little off putting and some aspects of the flat were tired and a little damaged, (but it turned out to be quiet and everything in the flat was clean and worked).

• Charlotte (10/5): We had a lovely stay, the owners were nice and easy to talk to & allowed us to check in earlier & out later at n - The apartment was clean & easy to find The area is a little run down but once you’re inside the property you don’t notice as it’s lovely.
• Old (7/5): Nice place, shame about the area. - The flat was nicely decorated and well equipped, but there were no instructions on how to use the appliances. It had a bath with a shower over, both of which we used. The hot water temperature was a little difficult to control, though. We didn’t like the area and there was no off-road parking. It was all on-street parking in narrow roads and sometimes we had to park a long way from the property. You would need a small car to park nearer.

There is no allocated parking, streets around are extremely narrow, and it was a nightmare to find a spot. The neighbourhood is quite dangerous, so something to consider if you are travelling alone. Also I've received very strict instructions regarding cleaning/use of the heating which I didn't like.

I recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Bristol. - We had a short notice booking and they were able to accommodate our request, the apartment was easy to locate, the environment was quiet and nice. The apartment was sparkling clean and tidy, communication was very clear and warm and we absolutely enyoyed our stay. This is money well spent!!! Everything was perfect. Nothing to dislike. Pls maintain this standard.

The apartment is very clean and well furnished,it absolutely feels like home, walking distance to shops, staffs was also very responsive at all time I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Had no trouble with neighbours whatsoever so dont listen to the karen who reviewed a few days ago. Really amazing value for money, so happy that we chose to stay here. Would highly recommend this place comfiest bed ever. Big love xx
• Ndubuisi (10/5): Comfortable, Very Neat. - The apartment was easy to find, close to town and an ideal location to explore the city which was very good for me. It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. I got a last minute booking which was rare, Uber ride always available in less than a minute, I enjoyed my stay and would consider booking again when I'm in Bristol. Seat out in the garden for smoking.

An ok Apartment in a really run down and unsafe location - The property was a good size and had good facilities,the owner has made a good effort to make the place nice although needs to be more careful with the paint. The owner’s communication was excellent. I feel bad writing this as I feel sorry for the owner but I don’t want anybody else to go through it. The Neighbourhood and street is VERY run down and poor, it didn’t feel safe at all. The smell of cannabis hit us as soon as we got out of the car which was our first warning sign. The property above us was VERY!! noisy ,I don’t want to go into too much detail I’ll leave it to your imagination and just say there were men arriving and leaving after a 1hr throughout the evening, it was horrendous and all we could do is try and drown out as much noise as possible with the TV. Didn’t get to sleep till 2:30 am and then we were woken up at 5:30 am by men arguing in the street. Sorry but I really don’t recommend anyone staying here, if it hadn’t been too late in the evening to arrange somewhere else I would have left immediately. I don’t know how much she got earned but the fact we paid £90 makes me angry
