• Ray (10/5): Nice, small, well-provisioned place - Private and close to buses and markets. Well equipped kitchen. Access to an outdoor seating space with a view of the water. While it says it is on the ground floor, it is up about 25 steps from the street. It was a challenge to lift my bicycle up and down the steps. It isn’t near the old town, but has easy access to buses and it is about a 30 Minute walk.

• Tiina (9/5): Lovely place with lovely terrace and helpful host - This was a nice apartment with a beautiful terrace overlooking Dubrovnik. Everything met with our approval. The instructions how to get to the apartment were extremely clear and precise. The best part of our experience, however, was the kind help they offerd us to carry our heavy suitcase down the many stairs. The only problem for us were there stairs that lead to the apartment. Thanks to the video clip we were sent in beforehand, we knew to expect them. When leaving the apartment the host offered us help with our heavy suitcase and that really made our day, thank you.

• Jack (10/5): Great value and a friendly host. - Really enjoyed the layout of the space and the amenities provided were good value for money. The host was very friendly and the refreshments provided made for a lovely arrival. Only thing that was an issue was the shower head kept falling out of it's holder when showering.

• Cristina (7/5): Pasqua a Dubrovnik - Posizione, pulizia e reattività del proprietario, anche se via whatsapp. La durata della doccia: 5/7 minuti e poi diventa fredda. Io alloggiavo sola, ma chi è in due, cosa fa deve attendere che si riscaldi nuovamente? Per me non è accettabile. Inoltre l'attacco della doccia è cosi alto, che devi per forza usarla a mano e non posizionata. Io lo trovata giù e quindi non sono riuscita a posizionarla così in alto. Il bagno manca ijoltre di una base appoggio, tipo mensola e dei ganci per appendere asciugamani ed eventuali indumenti. Un punto a favore è la lavatrice, che pero per viaggi brevi di 1 o 2 giorni non è indispensabile...

• Joseph (7/5): Good Location, quiet area. - good location in a quiet area by the marina/port. easy access to old town (35 min walk), nice market area and plenty of restaurants. host was nice and available for any questions. there was only enough hot water for 3-4 minute shower for 1 person. we had to alternate morning/night showers to at least have a bit of hot water.

Apartment was well laid out and was perfect for our stay. Loved having the outdoor terrace to sit in. Excellent video and information provided to help you find the place.

• Barrow (10/5): Lovely apartment in good location and extremely helpful host with great communication and advice. - The outside space was great - lovely view and we could dry our washing too! We appreciated that basic provisions were provided so we did not need to buy everything. Nothing.

Zaraz obok są restauracje, sklepy, przystanki autobusowe na stare miasto. My poszłyśmy spacerkiem, bo chciałyśmy pooglądać miasto (jakieś 35-40 min).Pani właścicielka bardzo miła i pomocna. Świetne miejsce na city break 😊
• Lars (8/5): En mycket bra vistelse under lite för kort tid. - Bra läge på lägenheten, rent o snyggt och modern utrustning. Väldigt fin utsikt från uteplatsen. Vi köpte hem och gjorde egen frukost. Nära till centrum av stan. Vi hade problem att hitta till lägenheten, då vi kom dit ganska sent på kvällen. En mycket vänlig granne hjälpte oss, så det löste sig.

Dairede çok yoğun nem kokusu var özellikle banyo çok kötü kokuyor. Yorumları daha önce okusaydım kesinlikle bu daireyi kiralamazdım. Koku evi havalandırmakla kesinlikle geçmiyor. Banyoya kokudan giremiyorsunuz. Banyo ve mutfak eski. Konumu her ne kadar iyi olsa da ağır koku sebebi ile gecelik 143€ verilecek bir yer değil. Fiyat performans düşük. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

The bed was super comfy, and the sun terrace was an added bonus for morning breakfast and coffee!! Incredible views and close proximity to old town. She was very welcoming and provided all the information we needed for check in and local recommendations, including bus routes. The apartment was well equipped with everything for a lovely stay, including some fruit and beer in the fridge!

Bedding and pillows could be updated and made more comfortable. Unit, especially bathroom, could benefit from upgrades. Parking was offsite and 10e per day.

• Ioana-Alexandra (10/5): - Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer hervorragenden Lage, gleich am Hafen und nur Gehminuten zu den Hotspots. Wir sind sowohl immer in die Altstadt spaziert, als auch zum Strand, beides dauerte mit einem gemütlichen Tempo an die 25 Minuten. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Größe für zwei Personen. Salma war nicht nur eine super tolle Gastgeberin, welche uns detaillierte Anweisungen zum Boiler - wir hatten immer Warmwasser - sondern auch zu den wichtigsten Anbindungen, ein genaues Video wie wir unser Appartment finden und sogar wo wir einkaufen können bereitgestellt hat, sonder sie ist ein absolutes Juwel. So hilfreich, rücksichtsvoll und unglaublich aufmerksam, ein wirklich wunderbarer Mensch. Die Terrasse ist wundervoll, und das Appartment so angenehm kühl, sauber und mit hervorragender Einrichtung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen, und vor allem Salma. Danke Salma nochmals für Alles. Ich werde mit Sicherheit nochmals nach Dubrovnik kommen und auf jeden Fall versuchen wieder hier zu buchen.

• Janice (9/5): Cute property with excellent location! - This is a really cute and nicely appointed property. It was clean and the location was perfect! It is private and quiet yet just steps from the port. Our host gave excellent directions including a video which was very helpful. She also gave lots of very helpful information about the area.
• Jenny (10/5): Lovely apartment in an excellent location if you are relying on ferries and buses. - As we were using ferry and bus transport this apartment was in a perfect location for us- very close to the Port and the main bus station. It was also close to the local bus stop and just 1.75€ to catch the bus from there to the Old Town. The supermarket, shops, cafes and market are vey close and there are not too many stairs to reach the apartment which is rare in hilly Dubrovnik. The apartment was clean and comfortable and having a washing machine complete with washing powder was great. Our host Salma was easy to contact, gave us good advice and provided all of the kitchen basics we needed so that we could prepare our own breakfast and some evening meals to save on dining out. We enjoyed the view from the terrace and the peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the old town. We would highly recommend this apartment if you visit Dubrovnik.

Great terrace with sea view. To old town we recommand uber. In the near you have prova Restaurant which is fantastic they have Everything from breakfast to beefsteaks and you get 20% discount with booking this Apartment. Near prova there is fresh market everyday. Everything was fantastic 🤩 -
• Alessandro (8/5): Croazia inaspettata - Gentilissima e disponibile Salma che si occupa di ogni tua indecisione curiosità o dubbio,sempre pronta a darti una mano o un consiglio tempo di risposta due minuti eccezionale... bellissimo il beb a Gruz con vista mare stupenda sul porto ,in una zona tranquilla ma vicino a tutto compreso supermercato panificio bar con un ottimo espresso italiano,fermata autobus a 1 minuto che ti porta facilmente in old Town o a lapad zona mare...se tornassi a Dubrovnik rifarei la stessa azzeccata scelta ....🌅 Essendo un piano terra c'era un po' di umido e un po' di cattivo odore dal bagno...ma tutto sommato ne vale la pena per tutto il resto!

The bed was a dream and I liked the unfussy, practical layout which was comfy and 'just right' . The hosts were incredibly professional and kind, even helping with bags. And the terrace was the perfect finishing touch - I hope guests take care of this little treasure! Nothing.

• uma (10/5): Una piacevole scoperta - Vicino al porto un monolocale dotato da tutto il confort. Pulizia impeccabile. L'arredamento nuovo, moderno. Terrazza vista mare piacevole e rilassante. In cucina il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare della frutta fresca, caffè, succhi. Ci ha aiutato a trovare il parcheggio gratuito in una stradina dato che i parcheggi sono costosissimi. Molto cordiale, gentile e disponibile. È stato davvero un piacere soggiornare lì. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

• Louise (8/5): Goeie prijs/kwaliteit - Vriendelijke host, geeft goeie tips over de streek. Via de bus kan je makkelijk naar het oude centrum en de parkeerkaart van de host is een goeie plus. De accommodatie is redelijk kil en donker, goed om de zon buiten te houden maar iets minder gezellig.

• Laura (10/5): Agradable - El estudio está perfectamente acondicionado y forma parte de una casa mucho más grande donde compartes terraza con otros. La cocina es pequeña pero está bastante equipada para dos personas. La cama es muy cómoda y estaba todo muy limpio. El dueño fue muy agradable y vino a buscarnos ya que encontrar el estudio puede hacerse complicado si no conoces la zona. Además nos tenía preparada en el apartamento varias piezas de frutas y unas cerveza de cortesía. Tiene opción de parking por 10€ el día que recomiendo totalmente ya que no es fácil aparcar.

• Huw (10/5): Fantastic views of sunrise and sunset from the property. - For someone who wanted to do some walking the location was excellent. We needed to walk 2 KM to the beach or the Old town but it was well serviced with buses. However the terrace that we had breakfast and evening meal on overlooked the Harbour. As an early riser I could see part of the city light up from the highest point and slowly move down the hill at about 7:00 am and in the evening the sun would sink below the city. Some of the trips went from just below the property. The host was excellent. He was often around the property of you needed help and messaged regularly on WhatsApp to check everything was OK. The Airport shuttle bus stopped about 800 meters from the property. nothing

• Julia (10/5): Fantastisk lägenhet som har allt med oerhört hjälpsam värdinnna - Otroligt bra utrustad lägenhet där tillochmed en flaska vin väntade på oss i minikylen och nektariner att äta i yoghurten till frukosten. Allt fanns, kaffe, kryddor, fullt utrustat kök för att laga det man önskade. Utsikten till hamnen var oerhört mysig på morgon och kväll till frukost/glas vin och alldeles perfekt när vi skulle ta båten till Korcula och vidare på vår resa. Vi var så nöjda! Att det saknades gardiner på sovrumsfönstret och ytterdörren. Vi hängde upp våra handdukar som egengjord gardin. Ganska lyhört till grannlägenhet.
