• Rafi (5/5): Naja - Die Lage war gut ( schreibe es hier , aber wir haben kurzfristig ein anderes Apartment bekommen - Redhouse, nicht das da ) , Bus direkt vor der Tür. Schon sehr lange nichts renoviert, modernisiert ( schreibe es hier, aber wir haben kurzfristig ein anderes Apartment bekommen - musste in das Redhouse), alles sehr alt. Also vielleicht als so Arbeiter Unterkunft ok, aber nicht für Familie mit Kind.
• Roman (1/5): - Gar nichts!! Dieses Apartment war eine richtig dreckige, stinkende Absteige. Die Fotos auf Booking.com entsprechen überhaupt nicht der Realität. Wir standen nur etwa 10 Minuten dort und haben überlegt, ob wir bleiben sollen – aber der Ekel war so groß, dass wir uns entschieden haben, lieber 200 km nach Hause zu fahren. Dieser Anbieter kassiert Geld für einen völlig verdreckten und klebrigen Zustand. Gerne stelle ich jedem die echten Bilder zur Verfügung: roman.chloumek@seznam.cz Traurig ist auch, dass Booking.com eigentlich für einen gewissen Standard stehen sollte – zumindest was Sauberkeit angeht. Absolut rausgeschmissenes Geld!¹j
• Anna (1/5): - Nichts Die Einrichtung war kaputt und abgewohnt, aber das schlimmste war Schimmel. Ecken der Räume waren schimmelig, die Fensterdichtungen und um die Fenster war Schimmel. Noch dazu war das Apartment ungeputzt. Wir haben versucht über booking.com eine Entschädigung zu erhalten, der Vermieter des Apartments zeigte sich aber uneinsichtig trotz Fotos.

• Mayer (3/5): Nah zur Donau und Innenstadt, aber sehr "heruntergekommen" und überteuert. - Kontakt mit Vermieter war kurzfristig und gut möglich. Die Lage der Unterkunft war fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstr., von daher war zum Lüften das Öffnen der Fenster nicht sinnvoll möglich. Sie wirkte schmuddelig und heruntergekommen. Zu dritt wäre es kaum möglich gewesen.

• Sue (1/5): Frustrating and costly experience with a property manager who doesn’t care. - Nothing Believe every bad review about this property. (I honestly can’t confirm anything about the inside of the apartment, because we didn’t actually manage to get in) Like many before us, we couldn’t find the key box. It is cleverly hidden and the images sent by the property manager don’t work. When we finally got the key and let ourselves into the parking garage we couldn’t figure out how to open the gate to get the car in. Eventually we got it open, but then we couldn’t close it. After a relatively brief search we found a door that we thought led from the parking garage to the apartment building. When we went through the door, however, it was pitch dark because the lights weren’t working. Using the flashlights on our phones, we eventually found the elevators, which didn’t work. We lugged our cases up three floors, found the apartment….. and the key didn’t fit in the lock. We had wasted an hour trying to get into the flat. I was texting the property manager the entire time, but his responses did not come back before we’d solved each of the problems ourselves. When I sent the final message saying the key didn’t fit, it took an hour and a half to get a response, by which point we’d found another hotel and moved on. When he did respond, he seemed surprised that we weren’t still sitting in the dark, filthy stairwell waiting to hear from him. He claims none of it is his fault, and he can’t ’watch messages every minute’. Not even when he knows he has guests actively checking in and struggling at every step. We lost almost 2 hours of our limited time in Regensburg because of this debacle, and ended up having to pay for another hotel room.

• Ruxandra (7/5): - Die Wohnung ist sauber, es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt, ruhige Lage, vielen Dank.
• Fuchs (7/5): Für Alleinreisende einige Tage okay - Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken, alles Notwendige vorhanden, öffentlicher Parkraum in Laufweite. Manches etwas unpraktisch, zB Handtuchstange zu weit von der Dusche entfernt, ebenso Entfernung Toilettenpapierhalter von Toilette. Kein Platz um gespültes Geschirr vor dem Abtrocknen kurz abtropfen zu lassen. Schrank durch Staubsauger und zusätzliche Bettwaren belegt.

• AJ (4/5): - Dies hier als luxury Appartement zu bezeichnen ist ein Witz. Es roch extrem nach Rauch, obwohl es als nicht-Raucherzimmer deklariert wurde. Mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen war wegen dem Straßenlärm fast unmöglich.
• Simone (1/5): Sehr enttäuschende Unterkunft - Die Lage ist wirklich super, 15 Minuten zu Fuss zur Innenstadt. Die Unterkunft war leider mehr als enttäuschend. Die Bilder stimmen überhaupt nicht mit der Realität überein. Einem anderen Gast eines Appartements und uns wurde derselbe Tiefgaragenstellplatz für zusätzliche Kosten vermietet. Dies hat zu Ärger untereinander geführt und erheblichen zeitlichen Aufwand verursacht. Die Wohnung ist komplett heruntergekommen. Von Bad über Küchenzeile und den restlichen Möbeln. Der Geruch in der Wohnung ist überhaupt nicht frisch und geputzt.

• Simon (5/5): - Es handelt sich um eine kleine Wohnung im 7. Stock eines Wohnhauses, mit einem kleinen Balkon. Das Zimmer und vor allem das Badezimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Als wir ankamen, war die Eingangstüre verbarrikadiert und man musste durch den Keller ins Haus. Der Schlüssel bzw. das Schloss waren sehr schwergängig. Letztendlich war hat alles soweit gepasst, für eine Nacht. Länger hätten wir dort aber nicht bleiben wollen. Badezimmer

• Brigitta (4/5): Won't be returning - Bus stop is very close to the apartment, easy to travel to and from the town centre It was good to have a fridge, few cleaning products were in there to use The room/apartment wasn't clean enough for my liking, the apartment is by an extremely busy road 24/7, the noise at night is unbearable, the kitchen is very basic, you can only cook simple dishes, kettle needs a good descaling Front door picture attached from next door

But the house owner is the worst thing. - Its position Firstly they have sent an email to as on 21nd of march that the entrance hr is at 17:00, we were surprised because we have arranged our everything accordimg to the booking entrance time. Then we have sent an email to the apartment owner that last day we need a late check out. He didnt reply. Today they came the door and asked us to leave, we have asked them that we have entered late and them changed our ticket because of you, just give us an hr sothat we can collect our staff. The house owner was so rude and dont care about the customer, he ordered us to leave immediately, unless other wise he said I will cal Police! Police for what? We even propose them a payment for 1 hr late check out. They make us wait 2 hr infront of the door when we came? Why cant give us am hr sothat we csn collect our staff and leave the room. The house owner was so rude, disrespectful and treated us like animal. We have never expected an hotel on booking to be like this. Unfortunately. I dont wsnt anyone to experience what we have experienced.

• Carlosg333 (7/5): Good for a cheap accommodation near the center. Small apartment in not a very nice building - Good location near the city center Smaller apartment than expected. Not the nicest building
• Irena (7/5): It was alright, don't expect much and you will be fine. - The apartment is really close to the stone bridge (and the city center). There is a NORMA market really close. Bus station is right in front of the building. You have every kitchen appliance you need. The noise is constant from both traffic and annoying (low bass) music from another apartment. I felt like there is some music being produced 24h. Most importantly, it was a pain to find the key box -- images sent on Booking alongside the instructions couldn't be opened, and I spent 1 hour searching for it, until a random neighbor who knew where the box was helped me out.
• Rosario (6/5): Not worth the money. - The key pad was not 50 meters from entrance. We would never have found it- a young guy who lives in the building told us”he knew where it is and this happens all the time”. He asked me for the phone number of the property owner so he can tell the owner. The unit is located on a very busy street. There is no AC and it is very noisy. Also, the elevator only goes to 2 floor, we had to bring our luggage up the last floor.

• Daniel (5/5): I recommend for a short trip only - Near the city center, accessible area. The appartment has everything you need for a short trip and totally ok for one person alone. Easy instructions to get the key. Noisy, because the window in the room is to the street side and there is cars traffic all the time. Very bright in the room in the morning, there is blinds in the window but they’re not enough and in the morning gets very bright inside even with the blinds closed. I asked the owner if a late check-out could be possible (13 instead of 11) and it was denied.
• Roman (8/5): Regensburg at your fingertips - The city center is just around the corner, as well as grocery stores and a parking space nearby. The third bed was not suitable for an 11-year-old child. Since the room does not have air conditioning, and the location is next to a busy road, the noise can be annoying when the window is open. Due to the complication in receiving the key, the owner could have conducted the conversation more politely.
• Kan (2/5): nightmare - The weather is hot, not providing electric fan . But can not open the door because outside too noisy . Not telling the correct place to get the key, let me find very long time .
