- Virginie (7/5): Hôtel proche du port - Hôtel très bien situé, propre et moderne. il n'y pas de fer à repasser dans la chambre, comme indiqué sur booking mais uniquement à la location ( un fer pour tout l'hôtel) et aucun rangement, aucun endroit pour poser ses valises. Vous campez dans la chambre!!! C'est bien dommage!!
- Keiko (7/5): 立地最高、清潔で綺麗なカジュアルホテル - とにかく立地最高。港ターミナルに一番近く、近くにお土産店、飲食店多数あり。 ホテルは新しく清潔。 朝食も手作り感あって美味しい。 広い部屋に泊まりたかったので2人でしたがファミリールームという50ヘーベイくらいの部屋を予約。 角部屋で窓多く快適でしたが、リゾートで来ているので荷物が多いのに荷物を置く場所がない。スーツケースを広げっぱなしにして置くような形。 シャワールームも二つあったのは良かったがカゴや椅子もなく脱衣した洋服や洗濯物の置き場がない。 長期滞在には不便。2泊で丁度良かった。 二階建てのベットになっていたが天井低くて2度も頭をぶつけてしまった。2階に上がるハシゴ?にもぶつかり違う部屋にすれば良かったと後悔。

- KOBORI (9/5): 最高でした！ - 立地最高！ ベッド広くて、洗面、トイレ、シャワー2箇所あるのはすごく良かった。 首里石鹸のハンドソープ、洗顔があったのが嬉しかった。 もっとゆっくり滞在したかったです。 常備のアメニティがすくなかった。 タブレットが置いてあるデスクの辺りが暗いのでスタンドかライトが欲しかった。

- 笹川 (3/5): ぶつからないよう改善した方が良い - 離島ターミナルのすぐ前でロケーションは良かったです。スタッフもみんな感じが良かった。お部屋は清潔感があり汚い所がなかったです。 ロフト型のツインに2人で泊まりました。上にベッドが2つあるため下の天上が低く、155センチの私でも頭がぶつかります。低い天上の出口の所に6センチ位の木の枠が下を向いています。そこにおでこの上の所を思い切りぶつけて後ろに尻もちを付きました。しばらく痛く、あと1センチ下のおでこだったら切れていたか青痣になったかもしれません。翌日ロフトでないダブルの部屋に代えてもらいました。また、ロフトの方の部屋は夜モーターが回るようなブーンとした音がうるさく眠れない時間がありました。

Initially there was a bit of a strong scent coming from the sauna, although this was fixed after asking staff by ventilating the room. The instructions on how to use the different controls in the room could have been clearer.

- Annika (7/5): Direkt in der Stadt und am Fährenterminal. Ist in Ordnung - Sehr zentrale Lage, dass Zimmer war soweit sehr groß und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend, jedoch wird kein Englisch gesprochen. Das Frühstück konnte man nur selbst auswählen.. es gab nur belegte Brote sonst nichts. Meiner Meinung nach hat sich das Frühstück nicht gelohnt für ein 4 Sterne Hotel zu teuer und keine Auswahl. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer konnte man nicht einstellen, diese war sehr stark und laut. Waschmaschine haben wir genutzt, die Wäsche haben wir 3x trocknen lassen und sie war immer noch feucht, verschwendetes Geld… Die Dusche im Zimmer war sehr verkalkt. Das Zimmer wurde 1x geputzt , jedoch wurde die Bettdecke und die Kissen nur aufgeschüttelt und normal hingelegt … hat nichts mit 4 Sterne zu tun. Ich finde das Hotel zu teuer und die 4 Sterne sind nicht gerechtfertigt. Der Flur etc. Wirkt renovierungsbedürfigt in den Stockwerken.
- Hajime (8/5): - 離島ターミナルの目の前でロケーションが最高。西表島とかへ遊びに行くツアーに参加するには、朝早くターミナル集合が必要だが、ここなら朝ごはんを食べても間に合う。 オールインクルーシブなプランが人気だというレビューもあったが、勿体無い。繁華街へも近く、外で呑み食いもできるので、コスパ的には微妙かも。

- HIRAKI (8/5): ゆっくり部屋で過ごすのに向いている。快適。 - 離島ターミナルと空港直行バスが目の前で便利。 オールインクルーシブなので、外に食事に行かずに済む。ノンアルドリンクの種類が豊富で自家製ドリンクが美味しかった。食事メニューは少なめなので色々食べられる。 豚肉が肉とスジが硬いのに、ナイフが肉用ではなく、切りにくく困った。

- Saltypetal (10/5): Perfect stay- Convenient, Comfortable, and Tasty Breakfast! - The room was very spacious, and it was great having two bathrooms- especially after coming back from activities. The location was fantastic, right in front of the ferry terminal, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast had an interesting concept, but tasty with lots of variety. We will definitely stay at THIRD again! There was no parking at the hotel, so we had to use the one at the ferry terminal. It was quite expensive to leave the car for a long time. Watch out for your head not hitting the bunkbed on top!

Letztere wäre wohl eher für Hokkaido geeignet. Als Seitenschläfer hängt der Kopf dann unbequem schräg runter und man schwitzt unter der Decke trotz ansonsten angenehm kühler Raumteperatur durch die Klimaanlage.

- Ellie (1/5): Soulless glorfified hostel. - If you’re after a glorified hostel charging fake luxury prices, congratulations — you’ve found it. We paid £800 for 3 nights. Upon arrival, the hotel added an outrageous £400 fee for an “additional guest” — a charge never mentioned or made clear at booking. We had booked a double bedroom. The staff decided to charge us the maximum full same-day rate possible, as if we were making a new booking to stay on the same day. This felt like a calculated scam, and sadly, it seems from reviews we weren’t the only ones who have experienced this unwelcoming behaviour. The hotel is absolutely not worth the amount of money they charge. Service is non-existent. Not one staff member, including the manager, spoke English. The manager seemed genuinely irritated by guests — strange for someone in hospitality. The housekeeping was very poor. If you leave so much as a t-shirt on your bed, they won’t touch it. Towels and bins were changed, but that’s it. No wardrobe. Just a few hangers stuck on the wall. The blinds let in light all night — bring an eye mask if you value sleep. Breakfast was a joke. It’s ordered through an app, claimed to be “made to order,” but it’s clearly all cooked earlier and served cold. Same menu every day, undercooked eggs, nothing fresh. The rooftop was just as bad — bar closed, no cushions, no atmosphere. It’s like they don’t want you to enjoy yourself. Only saving grace? It’s beside the ferry terminal, so at least you can escape quickly. This place is an overpriced, hostile, uncomfortable trap.

- Godzilla (7/5): Good - very close to harbour certain breakfast menus can only be ordered with an app. But this did not work. Although I can understand, that it is not allowed to take breakfast items to the room, the personell enforced it, even though they knew I was sick and could hardly eat. you have to be careful not to hit your head, as there are upper beds as well.

- Angela (7/5): Pictures looks nicer than real life. - The beds were comfortable No seating available in the rooms except for a desk chair, which was uncomfortable and stained. Not enough towels, they were vey thin.
- William (4/5): Less than expected on a number of levels; I would not stay again. - The room, although large, was poorly designed and did not make good use of the the space. For example, there was no space beside the main beds, meaning one had to crawl over the bed to get to the pilliows. The very small space above the bed (because of the loft/beds above) meant that if you tried to get up during the night, you could bang your head on the low ceiling (if you forgot to crawl out). On checking into this hotel I was charged an extra AU $107.63, on the grounds that we had 3 people to occupy the two large rooms booked, rather than 2. But the booking confirmation clearly stated that it was for more people than the 3 of us. Had I known that we would be charged another 25% more than the booking I would have cancelled it and booked elsewhere. This extra charge means that we were charged over $500 dollars for one night's accommodation in a town where similar rooms are $80 each. To add insult to injury, when we did get into the room, there was only one towel, so the hotel was very eager to charge extra, not so eager to provide any extra amenities.

- Alexander (7/5): Good - New/ modern feel, great location next to the port. Good breakfast. Big comfy rooms. Great high tech shower. Bluetooth speaker for chilled beats. One or two staff speak any English for the western guests. As 90% of guests are Japanese this is understandable.
- Tobias (7/5): Nice location but some flaws - - location was really good, close to the bus terminal - room was big - laundry washing for free - no safe to lock away important things - cleaning staff entered the room, even when we have chosen no cleaning today on the tablet and especially sensitized the hotel staff at the check in counter, that we don't want someone to enter and clean the room. Only happened once but this is a no go. - washing sink at the toilet was to small to use even for asian woman hands. - elevator always stops at the second floor when going up.

- Chao (10/5): nice！ - The hotel is next to the Ishigaki port. Near the Main Street. The traffic is very convenience. All the waitresses are nice and kawaii. Communicate in English is ok.
