• Carmen (8/5): Breve ma intensa - Appartamento molto accogliente e pulito ben ubicato perché in centro e a pochi metri dalla stazione. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio assolutamente.
• Cristina (7/5): Bell'appartamento centrale - Pulizia, centralità dell'appartamento, grandezza, comfort generale Le tende oscuranti non coprono totalmente l'ingresso della luce, neanche nelle ore notturne. Il letto e i cuscini sono davvero davvero troppo scomodi. è un peccato dato il livello dell'appartamento.

• Antonio (6/5): Nel complesso bene - Sono due appartamenti, li conoscevo già entrambi, molto carini e in un ottima posizione centralissima. Cambierei tutti i cuscini, metterei lenzuola più grandi perché escono dal materasso e te le ritrovi aggrovigliate addosso. Nel Marconi 2 lavandino del bagno completamente otturato, l'acqua ristagna per diversi minuti.

• SABRINA (2/5): Vecchio appartamento e poco curato - Appartamento spazioso e centralissimo e un letto comodo. Purtroppo le cose buone sono finite per quella che è stata la mia esperienza L'elenco delle cose che non vanno sono tante, troppe direi. Appartamento con arredi abbastanza datati. Il problema principale è stato il freddo, pur chiamando l'host ci è stato risposto che il riscaldamento è condominiale e di solito c'è caldo, alla richiesta di poter utilizzare gli split e dove fossero i telecomandi ci hanno detto che tanto non funzionano. Abbiamo ovviato tenendo accesi i fornelli e il phon in bagno. Avevo fatto richiesta di avere il divano letto preparato per la notte e non lo abbiamo trovato sistemato. Qualche bustina di thè e del caffè sfuso per la moka arrugginita sono tutta l'accoglienza offerta. 5.8€ al giorno a persona di tassa di soggiorno sono una truffa per recuperare qualcosa dal prezzo basso In casa c'è un rilevatore di fumi che in 3 giorni è scattato 2 volte l'allarme senza motivo, per fortuna mai la notte.

• ADELAIDA (7/5): - La ubicación es excelente, a pocos minutos del centro y cerca de la estación de trenes si quieres visitar las ciudades cercanas. Las fotos no son fieles al aspecto actual del piso. La cama está muy baja , casi a ras de suelo . El baño necesita algo de mantenimiento: la alcachofa de la ducha estaba rota y salía más agua por la parte rota que por donde debería; la mampara tenía bastante moho. Los utensilios de cocina necesitan ser cambiados porque son viejos y nosotras tuvimos la mala suerte de encontrar hasta una sartén mal limpiada.

• Jamie (4/5): Perfect Location, apartment meh. - The location was great. Only a short walk to the city centre. The property itself needs some money put into it. The pictures don’t really match the decor it is now. The pillows on the bed were like pancakes (had to use the cushions from the sofa for some comfort, and could do with a new mattress. It definitely needs some love put into it.

• Ricardo G.S. (7/5): - La ubicación. Está cerca del centro histórico y de la estación (unos 15 minutos andando). Está situado al lado de un mercado que tienen mucha vida de tardeo y noche. El apartamento tiene tamaño adecuado. Hay mucho ruido tanto del tráfico de día como por la noche por el ambiente de los bares cercanos. Las almohadas son muy incómodas y solo nos dejaron un juego de toallas para 5 días. Con la humedad las toallas los últimos días no estaban en muy buenas condiciones. La tele es muy pequeña (pantalla de ordenador pequeño) y el sofá de descanso muy incómodo y no mira hacia la televisión. Falta tostadora. Poca vajilla

• OROS (4/5): Porażka. Brudno i niekomfortowo. Do tego słaba izolacja i ciągły hałas w mieszkaniu - Dobre wyposażenie. Lokalizacja. Właściciel dał dużo wskazówek Brudno, łatwo można było zauważyć kurz (nawet w klimatyzacji). Dość tanie meble, poduszki zasłony itd. Patelnie wszystkie brudne. Ręczniki były jeszcze mokre mieliśmy uczucie że ich ktoś używał. Chałas jest niesamowity - z restauracji naprzeciwko, wydaję się że śpisz na ulicy. Mieszka się na 1 piętrze więc słychać wszystko. To że jasno i przestronnie to niby na plus ale co z tego jak w ogóle nie chcesz otwierać zasłony bo wszystko widać. Na kuchni w ogóle niema dobrych zasłon więc usiąść i zjeść kolacje prywatnie nie da się

• Michael (10/5): Home away from home in an amazing apartment in Bologna. - Really nice sized apartment, modern fittings, feels like it was recently renovated. Bathroom and shower are nice (forgot to take photos). Kitchen is also nice for cooking and many condiments, including coffee, were available. There is a dishwasher and also a washing machine for clothes. The place really exceed my expectations and I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m visiting Bologna. It’s on a very busy road, so if you want to open the windows it’s really loud. You can also feel a bit exposed with the curtains open. Other than that, nothing to complain about.
• Tim (6/5): Pleasant - Comfortable bed, basic necessities and location The air conditioning in the room wasn't very effective, even set at a minimum of 17° it was still like 25° in the beginning of the night.
• Colm (2/5): Very poor - The location is good and they allowed early check in. The pillows are bad. The air con is difficult to work and is very aged. The noise at night is unbearable from the bars next . Two nights of hardly any sleep due to the noise, not good when travelling with a baby. It was very noisy until at least 3am.
• Dayantha (9/5): Enjoyed our stay in Bologna - A very good cafe downstairs for your breakfast if you fancy... a central location and the parking for our car was also within a 5 mins walk and Garage Marconi (35 Euros for 2 nights). The apartment was fine.

• Karen (8/5): Lived up to most of our expectations - The unit was great. Instructions on how to find the unit were clear. The location for centrality to all amenities was superb. The rate per night was affordable. The bed pillows were uncomfortable (lumpy). It would have been great if the room was more sound proof. We found the night traffic disturbing as well as from the bar across the street.

• Amber (1/5): Absolutely awful - Avoid! - I was really disappointed with my stay here. The apartment felt dirty, there were receipts and wrappers left from previous people staying in drawers. We couldn’t get the tv working so I tried to ring the property owners 4 times and had no response or a call back. On both evenings there were drilling noises at 6am! We had not been made aware of any works going on in the building priory to this but it went on for hours so we couldn’t get back to sleep. I tried to email the property seen as calls weren’t being answered and still haven’t heard anything back. We ended up checking out a day early as it was unbearable. I would completely avoid this place as they clearly don’t care about being contactable to their customers and helping when needed. Pictures were nothing like what the apartment is actually like. 0/10

Good for transport around the city and lovely streets close by to explore. Amenities: better towels, pillows, bedding, proper sofa bed, curtains that block out the street lights, toiletries, kitchen amenities, cleanliness - all were lacking for the price of the accommodation. Very disappointing.

• Gracie26 (8/5): Great location and value - Lovely apartment with great location to all the bars and restaurants. In a busy part of Bologna which we loved. Apartment was clean and comfy and if you wanted to work there you could. Tables and desks for working and great wifi. The curtains need to be replaced in the bedroom as some are see through and there are no curtains in the kitchen and you have to walk from bedroom to toilet via kitchen so needs curtains.

• Julie (9/5): Great location and value. Facilities were excellent and communication easy. - The location was very central. Decor and facilities. Everything you need for 1 night or many more. The local bars and restaurants are fabulous and so close in laneways behind apartment but were still noisy at 1am. Wasn't a problem but bring earplugs if needed. We stayed on a Saturday night too so may not be every night. Also, if sleeping on the sofa bed, curtains in the kitchen are net and let the light through - so bring eyemask.
• Miriam (8/5): In the middle of the city! - Property is in the middle of the city. Bars and pubs are just around the corner and we were able to explore everything easily. Bus stops are also near the apartment. Parking is 10 min away on foot (do not drive to the apartment as it costs money to drive through the city Center!) The apartment has an ok size for 3 people. Coffee and important appliances were provided. We didn’t find the bedding and towels for the third person. Host didn’t react to messages. In the end we found extra bedding and towels in the pouf of the couch but a tip or some kind of notice would have been good!! Also: note that there is a tinted window between bathroom and bedroom… you have to like each other if you know what I mean ;)

• Marilyn (3/5): Not worth it. - It was light and airy. Perhaps recently renovated. The apartment is both uncomfortable and dysfunctional. The bed dips in the middle and the pillows are lumpy. No way seen to turn on neon reading light. The shower floor is dangerously slippery. We had to use a hand towel to stand on. There is nowhere to hang the hand towel and nowhere for the bath towels to hang and dry. No toilet roll holder. The dial on the kitchen sink doesn’t work, so no holding in the water or emptying the strainer. We had to wash up under running water. There is an inadequacy of implements such as an egg slide, serving spoon, pasta server. The cutting board was warped and splitting on one side and mouldy on the other. No instructions for the stove, but we eventually worked it out. The sofa is not comfortable and the kitchen table has only hard, backless benches to sit on. The double glazing is effective at keeping out the noise, but due to the traffic during the day and a noisy bar nearby at night, the windows have to stay closed and the air conditioner on all the time. Certainly not worth the relatively high price asked.

• Pauline (5/5): Passable - The geographical location, the price, the size of the apartment, the washing machine in the bathroom Extremely noisy at night. The apartment is above bars and we hear people talk very loud until early morning, as well as garbage and delivery trucks all night too. We barely could sleep. We couldn't find the glasses in the kitchen. The owners were not responsive. We were supposed to get a cheap/discount on a taxi to the airport. They didn't answer our request and multiple reminders for days, and few hours before the departure time, they said it was too late to order a taxi.

• Ioana (4/5): Disappointing - You can hear very loud all the traffic outside and if you come in rainy, cold days in spring there's no heating!!! So be prepared to get frozen.
• Thomas (6/5): Bad communication - Location and Appartement were great. They told us the A/C was broken due to the northern Italy rainfalls in advance, and offered us a discount. But they never paid it. Looks to me like they just wanted us to not cancel the booking. Also wifi broke down for a whole day. Communication via booking messages and Whatsapp were ignored, only phone calls did the job regarding broken wifi. All in all a bad communication during the stay.

• Sergei (4/5): Disappointing - Location It was rather cool, humid and damp inside during our stay. Towels not drying at all, even when hanged on laundry rack in living room. Water not draining in shower nor in the bathroom sink. Washing machine likely broken as it was making a lot of noise and clanking when spinning. There are 2 AC wall units, but there was no remotes. There is no way to control inside temperature from within apartment either. Called owner in the morning, got a promise to find remotes, but it did not happen; instead room temp was raised for a day, but then they switched off heat very early in the morning.
• Rose (7/5): lots on inconvenience in the drain of the bathroom. - drain of the bathroom drains so slow. water overflows in the bathroom when we took showers. TV in the living room does not work. we have no TV to watch. garbage can in the bathroom/cover is broken!

• Ben (8/5): A lovely apartment in the heart of Bologna, perfect 1-2 night stay for a couple. - The property is situated in a great location, near plenty of shops, supermarkets and attractions. Spacious accommodation for a couple and perfect for an overnight stay. The pillows could be replaced, and the mattress is starting to sag a little bit in the centre, but for a 1 night stay it was fine.
• Stanislava (1/5): Bad - Location, although apartment overlooking a very busy street with bars and traffic. I could feel the leftover smell of cigarettes' already when entering the apartment. Curtains did not match the size of windows, therefore you feel exposed to the big boulevard overlooking the apartment. Extremely noisy as there are bars just under the bedroom. There are no curtains at all at the kitchen window. Kitchen basically equipped with some old, not so clean appliances. Lack of proper coffee machine is not a problem, as there is a nice coffee shop just under the apartment. Bedroom not comfortable at all. The bed is like a hammock, there are only 2 very low pillows available, same for the blanket. Air-conditioners do not work as there are no remote controls available in the apartment. So, I was cold and there was no other option to heat a bit the apartment. Although I tried to contact the property as indicated in the message from the owner, I did not receive any contact back. Bathroom and toilet did the job, draining in the shower corner not good, no hangers for towels at all, soap dispenser broken. I do not recommend this property. It needs an important fix and update, especially for the price it asks. Photos do not match reality.
