Noi eravamo in tre ma si sta benissimo anche in 5 visto i posti letto .vicinissimo al mare ai supermercati il ragazzo che ci ha accolto e stato molto carino alla nostra telefonata e arrivano .dandoci la possibilità di entrare prima dell orario stabilito .lo consiglio perché è già 4 volte che vado a durazzo guasto era l appartamento più bello in assoluto Niente .non lo consiglio se uno è disabile perché si trova al 6 piano con ascensore .

• Sheker (5/5): An sich schöne Wohnung aber nicht empfehlenswert. Lieber Geld sparen. - Die Unterkunft war schön eingerichtet und bietet einen ganz netten ausblicks aufs Meer. Die Untekrunft war dreckig und staubig hat man einmal den Nachtschrank verschoben , wimmelte es nur so von Dreck. Wir wohnten im 6 Stock und wir hatten eine Nachbarin bei der die Tür aufgebrochen war und deshalb der stinkende Geruch aus ihrer Wohnung sich im ganzen Flur ausbreite.Bis hin zu unserem Apartment. Urin durch und durch , sogar der Fahrstuhl war total dreckig und am stinken . Außerdem hat die Dusche nicht richtig abpumpen können und es blieb immer Wasser über. Das Fenster in einem Zimmer konnte man sogar nicht öffnen weshalb es unglaublich heiß und stickig wurde. Die Klimaanlange war für nen Witz und die Betten sind mit Bettwanzen befallen.

• Xenia (9/5): Cozy apartment in 5 minutes to the sea. - All photos are real The host is very polite and positive, pleasant to talk to. Clean and fresh bedding and towels. Good internet connection. Plates, different glasses and cups, tableware. Good new kettle and washing machine, air conditioner, fridge. Good blackout rollets and curtains Mosquito nets Excellent terrace to spend time in the evening watching the sea. Many bars, restaurants, fast food and supermarkets are nearby. The elevator was working It is difficult to park the car for free in the evening. The nearest parking place costs 10 € per day. The air conditioning is only in one bedroom. No even 1 towel for hands and no hook for it near the sink. No big knife. No lid for frying pan. The only casserole is very big but there is no smaller one. Both electric burners are big but the moka pot is very small, for 1 cup, and it is very hot to stand near the electric stove while preparing coffee.

• Nandi (8/5): Very good apartment, good landlord, with a bad neighbourhood - The apartment was perfect with a very good view from the balcony. The block building was awful, very dirty, the lift was scary, and the apartment in front of this was like in the horror movies. We don’t even want to imagine what is happening there.

• Renata (9/5): Superb - Very nice apartment for stay in Durres with short walk to the beach and sea view from balcony. Close to restaurants, cafes, and shops. The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable. All you need to relax. Host easy in communication and helpful. Could be 2 towels per person: one small and one big.

Host is friendly and responsive. Wi-Fi sometimes doesn't work. Water stays long after the shower. Kitchen could have more equipment.

The owner of apartment is amazing man, polite, friendly and have no problem to answer on my many questions each and every time about lot of things.
