• Dana (9/5): Great apartment. Spacious. Central. And quiet. - Very quiet but in a GREAT spot in the Cannaregio district. From the water taxi stop at Guglio, about a 10 minute walk through alleyways and a couple bridges. Easy. Real close by is Vino Vero, Frito Inn, El Timon, Casa Bonita. And with some good walks the places with the throngs of tourists are very accessible. The place is an apartment. Perfect for. families I’d say or a two couples. Nearby is the Conrad market as well as other specialty shops. The kitchen has pretty much everything for your morning breakfasts. Or a corkscrew to open your wine in the evening. There was also a washing machine which was tiny but with patience certainly got the job done. If there were issue or questions the agency was on top of everything using WhatsApp and the person was very helpful. A few small things: the pressure of getting there if not some kind of fine (after 7 pm). A 4 euro tourist tax which is okay but it’s 2024 so just pay Booking it’s easier. The apartment also needed some instructions re the stove operation which was tricky. and a broom.
