- Anne-Kathrin (8/5): - Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet, hell und der Schnitt ansprechend, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die direkte Lage an der lauten nicht hübschen Rixbecker Straße war zwar nicht sehr attraktiv, die Nähe zum Bahnhof, zur Innenstadt und zum Grünen Winkel waren es aber umso mehr. Das Badezimmer war modern und saniert. Die Fenster waren nicht gut isoliert, die Seite zur Straße war daher ziemlich laut. Die engen Treppen auf drei Etagen waren ein bisschen herausfordernd. Es mangelte an einigen praktischen Dingen, wie Spülmittel, zu wenig Toilettenpapier. Obwohl die Wohnung im Großen und Ganzen sehr sauber war, gab es einige wenige unhygienische Dinge: ein überquellender Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon oder ein bereits benutzter Schwamm in der Küche. Auch riecht man noch, dass früher in der Wohnung geraucht wurde.
