• 6e9b7200fb4e724463e489dc8da6bff1 (8/5): Good but for 150 euro a day I would expect a better bathroom. - It’s spacious, with a full kitchen, and very good location with parking included. Bathroom needs heavy renovation. Besides that there was a smell coming of the bathroom that wasn’t good. It could keep me awake at night. We had the door of the bathroom closed and the bedroom window open for the smell to go away. For 150 euros a day I wouldn’t stay again.
• 407d2f6c06ff706a06d0428909df0657 (10/5): Recommend - This is our 2nd stay in this apartment and once again we are very satisfied. The location is perfect, the apartment is very cozy and comfortable.
• Eleanna (10/5): Ομορφο και άνετο διαμέρισμα σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία - Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία μπροστά στη λίμνη. Πολλά εστιατόρια και καφετέριες κοντά και στα συν το πάρκινγκ πίσω από το κατάλυμα. Θα ξαναέμενα σίγουρα. -

• Βασιλογλου (9/5): - Πάρα πολύ καθαρό σπίτι με parking δικό του για να γυρίσουμε στην αγορά στο νησάκι δεν πήραμε αυτοκίνητο Σε πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία το κατάλυμα Το μόνο αρνητικό με ένα βαθμό και δύο κελσίου έξω τα τα κλιματιστικά δεν αποδίδουν καλά ήθελε κάτι άλλο για θέρμανση

• Θάνος Ορκόπουλος (10/5): - Το σπίτι είναι άνετο, καθαρό σε πολύ καλό σημείο δίπλα σε όλα στο κέντρο. Το πάρκινγκ που διαθέτει εξυπηρετεί πολυ. Οι διαχειριστές ευγενικοί, πάντα πρόθυμοι και άμεσοι. Εάν ξαναβρεθούμε Γιάννενα θα είναι η πρώτη επιλογή. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

• MARIA (10/5): - Η τοποθεσια ηταν μοναδικη. Το σπιτι γλυκυτατο και αρτια εξοπλισμενο . Μας επιτραπηκε να κσνουμε νωριτερα check in αλλα και να αφησουμε το αυτοκινητο στο parking και μετα το check οut.Πολυ καλη επιλογη, αν ξανα βρεθουμε στα Γιαννενα εκει θα παμε παλι, το συστηνω ανεπιφυλακτα.
• Natalia (10/5): - Perfect location, easy to find, with parking, very close to the center of Ioannina. All you might need is inside. Thanks a lot, definitely recommend! We visited in October and it was already quite cold at nights. Personally I would prefer gas heating rather than air conditioning. Apart from that all very good!

• Janka (10/5): - We liked the accommodation very much - interier design (combination of old and new), spacious rooms, location near the town center and beautiful view of the lake. Communication with the host was perfect as well.
• Roela (6/5): Fine - Location was good. Apartment was very spacious and nice. WiFi on the laptop was very bad so working was hard. The kitchen was very poorly equipped.

• Ron (10/5): Wow what a beautiful house! - Beautiful and spacious apartment with everything you could wish for. Lake views, private parking, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very central location. The beds and bathroom were excellent. The owners had left several sweets in the refrigerator and kitchen. Absolutely nothing. Deserves a big fat 10!
• Jo-anne (9/5): Superb - Comfortable apartment central to the activities of Ioannina Lake and restaurants. The outside area could be nice if it wasn't so hot while we were there. Everything worked as advertised and the owner was very responsive if there was a problem. Comfortable bed, good AC, bathroom fine. Some reviews have given the shower a negative but one of us is big and it was fine. Very busy holiday weekend and it was a little noisy on Sat night but I don't think you can be centrally located in Ioannina and avoid this.

The location is perfect, it is very close to the restaurants and the fortress, but at the same time the place quiet. In the morning you can drink your coffee with a view to the lake.

• Hasanain (10/5): Great stay - We had a lovely stay in this apartment by the lake. It had a full kitchen which was very well equipped with even a food processor, hand blender, coffee machine and a panini press. The host was very generous in stocking a variety of seasonings, they even provided olive oil which could be used for cooking and salads, we were very grateful for this as we could cook meals easily. In addition, we were given a thoughtful starter kit including mineral water, jam, honey, rusk and so much more.  The apartment is furnished well, much better than the pictures seen online. Everything was very comfortable. There are lots of cleaning materials, mirrors, hangars, toiletries, towels; basics that are often missing in other apartment stays. We also appreciated the little touches, like scented candles. Really the absolutely best thing bout the apartment (it seems almost funny to say), is the reserved parking spot right outside the apartment. It was a luxury because we visited Ioannina on a crowded holiday weekend when cars were lined up all along the streets. We parked and walked everywhere. Our host even allowed a late-checkout for our car :) so we could keep it parked an extra couple of hours while we explored the town. The location of the apartment is excellent, on the lake and close to many restaurants and everywhere else we needed to go. We would stay here again. Everything in the bathroom works okay but we noted that it is dated with a tiny bathtub and old cumbersome taps. A bathroom renovation is a difficult change to make, so one has to make do in an otherwise lovely apartment.
• Joanna (8/5): Very good - Very well located with a view to the lake, perfect to discover Ioannina on foot. Numerous restaurants and bars close by, private parking on the street behind (exit through the back of the apartment), shady yard in front to enjoy the lake view. The apartment is not new, but it offers all the necessary comfort and more. Very good communication with the host. On summer weekend nights there may be a little bit of noise from the street

• Faith (10/5): We had a wonderful stay in lakeside apartment. Would highly recommend. - It was clean. Lots of crockery and cutlery. Host was extremely generous with fruit, chocolates some alcoholic drinks for tasting and oil, salt,pepper and coffee. Would have liked a microwave. WiFi and geyser info needs to be clearer. Was incorrect.
