PRISCILA (1/5): passei a maior vergonha da minha vida! - A principio fui muito bem recebida, no quarto em que ficamos não tinha ventilador, eles disponibilizaram um ventilador com a voltagem diferente e um transformador, acabamos esquecendo do transformador e queimamos o ventilador no segundo dia, comprei um ventilador novo igual e avisamos eles, oq ocorreu e que compramos um novo. Em agradecimento os mesmos nos deram ´´ uma diária a mais``. Fechei 3 dias, minha ultima diaria venceria no domingos as 11:00am, como o Antonio e a Geni nos deram essa DIARIA extra, nos programamos para sair na segunda de manhã. No Domingo a noite quando retornamos para a pousada, fomos surpreendidos pelo Antonio em tom totalmente agressivo e desrespeitoso, gritando no meio da pousada para todos os hospedes e familiares dele escutar, que estavamos agindo de má fé, como se ele mesmo não tivesse feito o convite. A esposa dele olhou as reservas, confirmou que poderiamos ficar. Ficamos sem entender oq estava acontecendo. Foi um momento muito constrangedor, jamais ficaria em um local onde venceu meu checkout na maior cara de pau, e mesmo se esse fosse o caso, ele não foi profissional, eles quis nos ridicularizar, ele poderia ter conversado no particular, não nos ofender daquela maneira em publico. Totalmente destemperado.

Geni são de um acolhimento sem igual, o quarto super organizado e limpo, tudo muito muito bom, adoramos a estadia, pena ter sido só um final de semana por conta da competição que tive na praia. Com certeza voltaremos para as próximas e planejando uma mais longa para aproveitar com calma! n/a
