The owner was very cooperative both online and offline also the location is situated near the kalpetta town centre. There is good parking space available as well , we brought an XUV700 btw. And the service provided by the owner and the receptionist were very good. Parking was also available.Overall Facilities provided by the ARAKKAL GUESTHOUSE was very good.

The availability of services and amenities was another highlight of my stay. Being located in the city center meant that everything I needed was just a stone’s throw away.

Mr. Salam has been extremely helpful in guiding them on sight seeing and also arranged a car with driver for their sight seeing. Rooms were spacious, neat and comfortable. Extremely happy about the place. And the property is located in the centre which was an additional bonus.

He's very helpful in organising trips, drivers and phone recharges for you and recommends great restaurants. I also got an upgrade for my room, which was superb! - Zainub (10/5): It was perfect! It was worth the money. Would definitely recommend! - It’s a budding guest house, but it is brand new and the cleanliness is 10/10. The owner is very sweet. Made us feel at home. Helped us navigate through the town as well. The rooms are neat and beds are super comfortable. A/C works perfectly as well. Would 10/10 recommend this stay if you’re in Wayanad, in and around Kalpetta! Not much to dislike, it’s still new, so a lot of facilities like the lift and everything is still in works, but in matter of no time that should be ready as well.
