Staff molto gentile, già a partire dalle informazioni nei giorni precedenti l'arrivo, e accogliente; ambienti puliti, profumati e ben riscaldati; camera giusta nelle dimensioni e dal letto estremamente comodo; buona scelta di prodotti per la colazione. Consigliatissimo! Non ho rilevato difetti, le uniche osservazioni in ottica ulteriormente migliorativa riguardano l'inserimento di almeno una variante salata per la colazione e l'aggiunta di un portaspazzolino nel bagno.

• Crucarius (8/5): Uma boa alternativa ao hotel - Localização, apesar das escadas. Quarto muito bom, banheiro aquecido com uma boa ducha. Um rapaz e uma moça bastante prestativos (filhos dos donos?). O odor forte da cozinha... havia uma única fatia de um bolo numa boleira desde de que chegamos até sairmos, ficamos 2 diárias, poderiam ter colocado um bolo inteiro, por cortesia. O café da manhã era bem básico (mas faltou uma manteguinha e um pão salgado para o básico), numa espécie de selfservice.

Família hospitaleira, e tem ótimo atendimento. Limpeza impecável. Não tinha ficado claro na descrição da acomodação que a propriedade era compartilhada, com a cozinha comum. Outro ponto não mencionado previamente, sobre instruções de como chegar de carro e desembarcar com malas grandes em local mais próximo possível. E também não foi informado sobre a restrição de chegar de carro por conta das ruas apertadas e onde estacionar o veículo.

Crostatine confezionate, unico gusto e dí numero uguale agli ospiti presenti L’educazione della proprietaria visto che è entrata in camera con i bagagli semi aperti alle 10:10. Anche se il check out era alle 10, eravamo in chiesa per la santa messa e c è stato un ritardo di 10 minuti.

Misleading Advertisement & Accessibility Concerns The property's listing on Booking.com featured an image of a restaurant, not the guest house itself. This restaurant, owned by the same proprietor, serves as the key collection point. The guest house is situated at the top of two flights of stairs, making it highly inaccessible for seniors and individuals with health issues. This crucial detail was not disclosed in the advertisement, which would have influenced the decision to book a ground-level alternative. Room Discrepancies & Amenities • Room Type: A "Quadruple Room with Private Bathroom" was booked and paid for; however, the room provided contained only one double bed and one single bed, falling short of the paid occupancy. A refund for the difference is requested. • Tea/Coffee Maker: Contrary to the advertisement, the room lacked a tea/coffee maker. While some coffee pods were provided, the kitchen's dispenser charged €1 per extra pod. Only 4 pods were supplied for a three-night stay, despite an expectation of 6. • Dining Area: The advertised "dining area" within the room was effectively non-existent. Air Conditioning Issues The air conditioning system proved unreliable. On one occasion, it was turned off during the afternoon and only became operational at 12:15 PM. On the final night, the AC stopped working around midnight, causing significant discomfort due to heat. Despite repeated messages to management, it was only restored at approximately 3:20 AM, severely disrupting sleep before an early departure. The room also felt stuffy, suggesting inadequate ventilation during cleaning.

The overall impression was good except the issue with AC and the size of breakfast portions. The room had problems with ventilation, air conditioning in the room was not working, bad smell was getting out of AC when we try to turn it on, as it was not serviced for a long time. The breakfast was very limited to one dry croissant from supermarket and one coffee capsule per person per day.

We got exactly what we wanted: comfortable bed, spacious bathroom recently renovated, well organized kitchen, mosquito nets that I’m always looking for 😀 host is a nice and very helpful lady, btw down on a street she has a nice restaurant with some traditional local food. Our choice to stay over night was fully justified!
