• Stephen (9/5): Great stay - Amazing view from balconies and the pool area. Beds very comfortable and clean. Good communication with friendly hosts. They were very quick to fix the electrics problem and they allowed us a late checkout for our evening flight. Although we enjoyed the quiet pace in Pefki. It was restricted that there were not many restaurants or shops open due to the early season not really starting at the beginning of April. However, the hosts did warn us about this and having a hire car did help, as we could explore the island.
• Konstantinos (8/5): Kleine, saubere, nette Anlage. Empfehlenswert für Individualisten die keinen Trubel brauchen! - Übernachtung ohne Frühstück aber mit ausgestattete Küche. Kleine, saubere, nette Anlage mit 7-8 Apartments und kleinen Pool. Man braucht ein Mietauto um beweglich zu sein.

• Martin (10/5): - Rhodos im November: In Plefki haben alle Restaurants und Shops geschlossen. Das hat den Charme von Corona-Lockdown. Dafür ist es ruhig und man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in aller Ruhe genießen. Die Temperaturen waren sehr angenehm. Man konnte abends meist noch mit Shorts und T-Shirt draußen sitzen. Das Appartement ließ keine Wünsche offen. In einem Supermarkt in 10 Autominuten entfernt konnte man sich mit allen Lebensmitteln eindecken. Die Küchenausstattung umfasste alles nötige für die Zubereitung einfacher Mahlzeiten (Kühlschrank, Herd, 1 Pfanne und ein Topf, ausreichendes Kochbesteck). Da November, waren wir in der Anlage fast alleine. Zum Strand sind es ca. 300 m, die aber teilweise über einen unbefestigten Weg nach unten führen. Auch hier hat man den Strand meist für sich alleine. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Kommunikation konnte auch per E-Mail geführt werden und wurde prompt beantwortet.

Каналізація - це їх найбільша проблема. До центрального пляжу, центру закладів харчування, магазинів далековато йти пішки, ми рухались на авто.

• Cyrus (9/5): - We had a really relaxing and quiet stay there. There is a beach a few minutes walk away, some good resturants nearby. The apartments are a few minutes drive to the centre of Pefki which is a good balance for a chilled out time. The pool is a bit exposed to the local roal and people walking by but that's the same in most places especially in Pefki centre, but here you often get the pool to yourself and a great view!

• Monstermonster (10/5): Great location, perfect apartment! - Great welcome and helpful owners. Close to bus stop for Lindos and Rhodes town. Short walk to the town and Kavos beach. Two great restaurants close by and a supermarket. Modern, clean and comfortable apartment with air con. Lovely pool area. Quiet part of the resort. Nothing really!!! You get some noise from the nearby resort at night (music/entertainment) but you can't hear anything at all in the apartment and it's not so loud as to be a problem.

• Elmars (9/5): Superb - We liked the privacy and location as we had our own space with a table outside, with a view on a bay and mountains, and garden. We enjoyed morning swims in a nearby beach (4 min walk). There were all necesary utensils In the kitchen to make our meals. Conditioners worked perfectly. The pool was nice and refreshing. Our son was happy to watch a family of cats living in the backyard. There is a little space to put our own belongings - just one big drawer and hangings.

• Rosanna (10/5): Exceptional - The apartments were recently refurbished and absolutely beautiful. Clean, comfortable and had everything you need for an excellent stay. The pool area was also very clean and well maintained with plenty of sun beds. Our hosts were super friendly and always on hand for anything we needed.
• Hellen (10/5): Loved our stay here - brilliant place to stay - The apartment had been recently renovated and was really comfortable and had everything we needed. There were USB chargers in the bedrooms, the air con worked well and has a timer which is useful for nighttime. The kids really loved the pool and wanted to stay there all the time. There is a small beach just down the hill which was also great for swimming and playing. It's close to the main strip so it's easy to get around and there's ample parking in the driveway. The owners are lovely and so friendly and welcoming. We had a brilliant time here. Only thing I can think to add would be a teapot.

• Kathryn (8/5): Lovely setting - The outdoor area was perfect. We had a sitting area and a dining area in addition to the pool area. The bedrooms were pleasantly decorated and furnished. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the drains but it was rectified quickly. Some small maintenance jobs needed. There were restaurants nearby but it was quite a walk to the centre.
• Lorraine (7/5): Good - The pool was always free and we enjoyed it after hours and the staff were ok with kids using it once they kept the noise down We seem to have a lot of cockroaches in our apartment not sure if it was because we were on the bottom floor but we were careful with the windows and doors , they seemed to be getting in from somewhere

• Amy (7/5): Lovely little apartment, basic but has everything you need! - We stayed at Crossrhodes for a week and had a really pleasant stay. The rooms are basic but have everything you need, great value for money! The beds were comfy and we enjoyed the pool area. The hosts were super nice and helpful which was a bonus. There are lots of cats surrounding the apartment, they are very sweet and only want food but if you’re scared of cats perhaps not the place for you. A lovely quiet area away from the hustle & bustle of the main Pefkos streets! There was a mix up with our room where we had to move rooms on the third day of our holiday. It was a bit of an inconvenience considering we had unpacked all of our stuff and were preparing to go out when we were told we needed to move as a family needed our previous room. After we moved we realised both rooms had the same amount of beds and when the people arrived for this room it was just a couple (the same as us), so the disruption felt a little unnecessary. The hosts were very apologetic and good about cleaning the new room for us, but the beds weren’t made so they had to return to do this. It’s completely understandable these mixups happen but it just felt quite easily preventable.

• Peter (9/5): A Great location at a GREAT price - The property was clean and Jonathan was always available should you need him. The pool was wonderful and as a whole due to there not being too many apartments available it was lovely and quiet. The owners are about to update the apartments but for us they easily met our requirements. Location wise there are some lovely beaches in walking distance and restaurants and bars. I know all the apartments are soon to be updated and I would suggest maybe fitting safes into the wardrobes as a possible idea. Although we had no issues with security etc whilst staying there I personally like to know our passports ,travel documents, currency are stored securely.

We really liked the owner Johnny he was so friendly and nothing too much trouble. We would of liked a change of towels during our stay.
• Danny (6/5): Delivered a basic need for the holiday but I would not book this property again. - Considering it was an out of season booking I wasn't expecting much and it didn't disappoint. There could be some property maintenance and gardening and the overall look could be improved. Lack of attention to detail, the look of "diy" maintenance and the overall tiredness of the room. The appliances were very basic and tired, with the cooker a stand alone dirty eyesore in the kitchen. For those that feel the need this property did not have a TV.

Far away from the Mainstream in pefkos, but close enough to the nice beaches and Shops etc. Wonderful Pool area. Well located at the Island to make Trips to different places If you have a Car, less then one hour to each direction to Explore the Rest of the Island. Jona is a really smart ( and crazy, seven hours of running in the Heat of Rhodes) Guy and try to fulfill every Wish you have. In total an almost perfect place for couples and families to stay at this beautiful Island!!

• Russell (9/5): Peaceful and Relaxing - We had a really peaceful and relaxing stay at CrossRhodes Villas. Our apartment was nice and private with a lovely outside seating area. There is a really nice pool area with stunning views over the bay. Helen was always quick to respond to any of my questions before our holiday and she checked in on us to make sure that everything was ok once we had arrived. We hope to return as soon as we can. The only problem that we had, and this was in no way the fault of CrossRhodes villas, was that one person by the pool moved their sunbed in between mine and my wife's despite there being no one else around the pool that day. On another day this person also decided to remove our table when we went for lunch despite other tables being available and unused...strange behaviour!

• Sabrina (9/5): Amazing and comfortable stay - Quiet and beautiful place! The beach nearby was one of the prettiest in the area, you could swim in the bool even at night. A perfect place to stay if you rent a car aswell. The dining table and chairs outside were a bit dirty, when i left my clothes to dry there they got dirty but they had a cloth drying stand aswell so thats my bad:) There should be more lighting in the room, it was quite dark in the room at the evening
