• María (7/5): Bien, pero caro para lo que es - Barrio tranquilo, céntrico y piso moderno Encontramos cucarachas el primer día, lo cual nos condicionó el resto de la estancia

• Susanna (5/5): Negativo 😩 - La casa è difficile da trovare, il lucchetto per le chiavi non si apriva, il proprietario non mi rispondeva ai messaggi, la casa non era pulita e gli asciugamani avevano cattivo odore! Il prezzo era decisamente troppo alto per quello che offre!

• Martina (8/5): - La ubicación es excelente. Se podría invertir un poco más en la limpieza del estudio, sobre todo en las sábanas.
• Tatiana (5/5): - La posizione della struttura è abbastanza comoda per girare a piedi il centro di Siviglia. La zona, pur non sembrando sicura, è tranquilla e non ho avuto l’impressione in generale di essere in pericolo. La pulizia non è delle migliori e la host non risponde in caso di problematiche: il mio cuscino aveva una macchina sulla federa e, nonostante l’avessi subito comunicato alla host, questa ultima non ha provveduto. È un alloggio passabile ma non c’è da aspettarsi troppo. Un vero peccato in quanto con uno sforzo minimo potrebbe essere reso molto più accogliente.

• Giovanna (5/5): Check in da migliorare - La posizione. E la casa è accogliente. Apporterei delle modifiche sul tipo di comunicazione e messaggistica da parte dei proprietari. Nella email di descrizione su come entrare in casa una volta arrivati, non abbiamo più ricevuto le foto della cassetta contenente le chiavi. Quindi abbiamo provato a capire quale fosse la nostra (sono riposte in genere sui davanzali attaccate alle finistre) e abbiamo perso più di 20 minuti a mettere il codice ad una cassetta che non era la nostra. Ho provato a contattare 3 volte i proprietari, tramite il numero che booking ci aveva lasciato, senza alcuna risposta. Avendo inoltre soggiornato nel periodo di febbraio, con giorni di pioggia, la cassetta, posta all'esterno dell'abitazione, si è riempita di acqua.
• Otero (6/5): Un poco caro para lo que es. Si estaba limpio, si el sofá era cómodo y el colchón también era cómodo - Las fotos del apartamento son tal cual,. Ventana de la habitación da a un patio de luces, la ventana del salón a pesar de ser pequeña si daba a la calle, ventana con barrotes y estore fijo por lo que no podías subirlo. La TV solo funcionaba a través de internet,

• Emilio (4/5): No lo recomiendo - Privacidad y localización No había papel de baño, no respondió a mi dudas ni se comunicó conmigo, estaba muy deficiente la limpieza lo que te dejan en el departamento parece que es lo que dejan los anteriores huéspedes Utensilios sucios, en el refrigerador había un huevo viejo, no te indican que los taxis no te dejan al pie del departamento tienes que caminar por las calles para llegar y los mismo para salir La regadera está en mal estado la abres y sale agua por la manguera No tiene señalizada la clave de wifi uno tiene que estar buscando

• Arianna (1/5): COCKROACHES ON THE SOFA - The location Immediately after checking in we found the first big cockroach on the sofa, stained besheets and two electrcity sockets detached from the wall showing the wires. Despite immediately reaching out to the owner she did not respond to our messages, as such we had to reach out to booking.com who also did not receive any response from her. In the meantime, we quickly discovered that the whole flat and building was infested by cockroaches as we found more in the bathroom and staircase. As she was completely ignoring emails, messages and calls we had to move out and find another accommodation last minute. We did not receive a refund and lost hundreds of euros. If this was not enough, the apartment offered the bare minimum, no wifi, and locked and unusable furniture. If you don't want to turn your holiday into a nightmare and lose your money DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.
• Susanne (8/5): We still liked the apartment, very clean and close to many sight seeing places! - I didn’t receive the code or apartment number in time, a stranger called the phone number I had as the roaming I had on my phone would not work in Spain! A stranger used her phone and spoke Spanish to someone who gave the number of the apartment, when we got there the cleaner who was running late let us leave out bags and told us the key code to the box for when we returned. Not getting an answer to my request for an early check in, no number sent prior to me of the building. We chose this as it had a washing machine, no dryer, an outside line difficult access and no pegs! A few electrical sockets hanging as if not wired in correctly. No coffee mugs anywhere.
