Marc (8/5): Kurzurlaub trotz schlechten Wetter sehr erholsam für uns als Familie - Waren im Kurzurlaub. Hat alles wunderbar gepasst. Restaurant sehr gut. Zimmer sauber. Betten gut. Wasserwelt super auch für die Kids inkl Sauna und Fitness. Aussenpool dürfte 1,2 Grad wärmer sein und Wasser war etwas trüb und schmutzig.
mapaly (7/5): Potenzial nach oben ☺️ - Die Zimmer, also Wohnungen sind super. leider hatte wir pech mit den Eisheiligen. Die Zimmer waren dementsprechend Kalt. Das wir eine Küche hatten, haben wir bei der Buchung leider nicht realisiert. Kaffe und Wasser auf dem Zimmer wären noch Nett gewesen. Der Pool war zuerst sehr frisch, dann zu warm. Den Kinderteil war nich wirklich eingeschaltet, nur 1 Wasser Rutsche, die grosse ist nur 1 Tag gelaufen, danach nicht mehr. Das Frühstück war ok, aber jetzt auch nicht grandios. Der Spiel Bereich ist sehr spärlich und Billiard und Tisch Fussball kostet extra. Mann könnte echt was besseres aus dem Hotel machen.

Romy (8/5): Un soggiorno piacevole in una struttura completa e ben posizionata - Struttura completa di tutto quello che potrebbe necessitare una famiglia in vacanza sulla neve. Un buon ristorante con cibo variegato e locale, menù per bambini, area giochi, piscine (apprezzatissima quella con il gommone e molto bella quella esterna con vista sulla foresta), sala hobby. La posizione è anche molto comoda per raggiungere l’impianto di risalita di Oetz, sia con la navetta gratis che in macchina (2min). L’accoglienza e la simpatia degli osti lasciava a volte a desiderare. Un po più di entusiasmo e qualche sorriso in più potrebbero fare la differenza, soprattutto alla reception e al ristorante. Inoltre l‘area jacuzzi non è stata funzionante per tutta la durata del soggiorno (1 settimana), e gli orologi in zona piscina erano palesemente senza pile e dunque fuori orario, non facilitando la gestione del tempo in acqua. Inoltre non abbiamo gradito la rumorosità della nostra stanza a ridosso dello stradone principale. Raccomando di chiedere una stanza con affaccio sulla bellissima foresta dietro la struttura. Infine i giochi messi a disposizione dei bambini, tranne nella sala giochi, erano tutti a pagamento. Un peccato non renderlo un servizio gratis a disposizione degli ospiti più piccoli (come in molti altri hotel familiari). Un ultimo commento sulla palestra, non riscaldata e dunque gelida, e i cui attrezzi per il ping pong erano inutilizzabili (racchette rotte). Pochi accorgimenti e attenzione ai dettagli potrebbero veramente fare la differenza.

Vogt (4/5): - Das Hotelzimmer war geräumig und Garageplatz. Das unser Zimmer nicht 1x geputzt wurde von Fr-Mo! Sogaar der Apfall war weit überfüllt, hatte einen Apfallsack verlangt! Sehr schade das es beim Frühstück nicht mehr auswahl für Kinder hatte und besonders leider kein Wasser mit Kohlensäure, dies mussten wir bezahlen!

Dagmar (9/5): - Ubytování jsme využili pro pobyt na lyžích se synem. Vše naprosto v pořádku, místo na parkování, vč. možnosti využít garáž, k dispozici i lyžárna. Hotel prakticky hned u nástupní lanovky do areálu Hoechoetz a 30 minut cesty od areálu Soelden. Snídaně v pohodě, rovněž plavání i různé druhy saun OK.

Michael (7/5): Leuke ligging en veel faciliteiten zowel in als buiten de accommodaties (wandel en fiets routes) - Het zwembad, de sauna en de locatie tov de skipiste. De incomplete inboedel zoals de uitzet mbt glazen, borden, bestek en glazen. Ook het doolhof intern om bij je kamer te komen. Waarschijnlijk een hotel/appartement wat uitgebreid is. Wel is alles netjes schoon. Alleen een extra zetje vuilnis zakken en vaatwasblokjes zijn wat mij betreft geen overbodige luxe. Nu moet je deze meteen gaan halen bij de supermarkt. In het hele appartement waren geen sloten voorzien op de badkamer en wc. Wat natuurlijk niet echt fijn is als je een pubermeisje mee hebt en twee puberjongens.

Martin (7/5): Nice family run hotel but ready for some investment. - The property was charming and characterful, the parking and leisure facilities were good and the food in the restaurant was excellent. The bathrooms were dated, it was quite expensive for what it was and the hotel was a bit further out of town than we thought it would be.

Anna-Katharina (9/5): Perfektes Familienhotel - Die Lage des Hotels ist super! Man ist nicht weit vom Zentrum und schnell an der Gondel. Viele Ausflugsziele nur in 5 min. Entfernung! Das Schwimmbad ist wundervoll für jung und alt. Für jeden ist etwas dabei. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten sehr bequem! Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut! Die Ausstattung im Bad war etwas mager. Der Föhn ist für lange Haare unbrauchbar. Duschhauben, Wattestäbchen etc. waren nicht vorhanden.
Dirk (10/5): Skiurlaub als Familie - Mega freundlich, leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen zu normalen Preisen. Und der Aussenpool war trotz klirrender Kälte immer länger offen als offiziell geschrieben steht. Ein kleines Thema ohne Abzüge, Spiegeleier kosten extra. Uns egal.
