• Monia Federica (8/5): - Appartamento molto bello e confortevole Per le nostre esigenze ci avrebbe fatto comodo l' utilizzo di doppie chiavi, inoltre un pochino di disagio per le docce in quanto essendo in sei persone dopo solo due bisognava attendere del tempo per avere l' acqua calda.

• Franziska (2/5): - Warmes Wasser hat nicht funktioniert, Strom in der Küche ging nicht, es war staubig und schlecht ausgestattet. Der Schlüssel musste an einem anderen Ort abgeholt werden und wieder dort hin gebracht werden. Es war überhaupt nicht wie erwartet und ist nicht zu empfehlen!

• Hruby (8/5): - Skvělé ubytování, pěkně vybavené na okouzlující uloci. Všechno dostupné, v blízkosti vlak do Říma i pěkná plaz se skvělým plážovým klubem. Špatná komunikace s agenturou, která pronajímá byt. Celou dobu před odjezdem nekomunikovala. Pro klíče jsme museli na jedno místo a pak kilometr pěšky k ubytování. To se mi běžné nestává a nebo mi to příjemné.

• Roberth Davide (6/5): non è oro tutto ció che luccica - la casa era molto bella,con lavastoviglie,due bagni,balcone. saltava la corrente ogni 20 minuti,abbiamo provato a contattare la struttura per sapere dove fosse il contantore (visto che la casa non ha un quadro elettrico esposto),non hanno risposto,e ci siamo dovuti avventurare per il condominio alla ricerca dei contatori,non si poteva tenere il riscaldamento acceso in due stanze,nel bagno piccolo non arrivava l’acqua calda,sprovvista di tutto,come sale e olio,spugna e sapone per i piatti(ho lasciato quella che ho comprato io),sprovvista di sapone per lavastoviglie e pretendono di trovare i piatti puliti se non volete pagare un supplemento di 20€,non c’erano nemmeno dei tovaglioli o scottex,la porta di una delle due camere non si chiude,come la porta di ingresso,che andava chiusa a chiave per non farla aprire da sola,non c’erano le chiavi per chiudere le stanze,in una stanza non c’era il tecomando per la televisione,ci avevano avvisato di essere puntuali il giorno della restituzione delle chiavi per non pagare un supplemento,(situata a un qualche km di distanza),arrivati li troviamo chiuso e abbiamo aspettato circa 2 ore fino all’arrivo del personale.

• Leopoldo (8/5): Soggiorno per weekend - Appartamento molto luminoso nonostante fosse un primo piano e con una stanza doppia soggiorno cucina veramente bella e ampia. Possibilità di parcheggio libero nelle vicinanze Alcuni arredi benché abbastanza nuovi e moderni risultano già un po' rovinati e rigonfi (soprattutto quello in bagno), così come alcuni muri presentano macchie di umidità e zone che andrebbero imbiancate

• Ashley (8/5): - The apartment was spacious and clean, had a washing machine and two separate bathrooms and bedrooms. That the keys had to be picked up elsewhere which is a pain

• Scott (8/5): Once I got in, it was great. - Spacious and clean. The keys had to be picked up at a different address and they wanted me to return the keys to the same office. I rented it to be close to the airport for an early flight and dropping the keys off without a car was unacceptable. Finally, after much discussion, they said I could leave the keys under the door mat.
• Adrienn (3/5): IF YOU HAVE A CAR - NO GO. - - We have booked one night, but we left without staying. We were travelling with a car and luggage. The accommodation is such a dense neighbourhood, that it has NO PARKING in the evening. So we would have need to drag all our luggage from far and up to the apartment. So we did not take the apartment and left searching for a hotel instead.

• Adrienn (10/5): Tágas, jól felszerelt, tiszta, igényes- bármikor visszamennék. - A lakás 10 perc kényelmes sétatávra van a parttól, és minden csak pár lépésre van a háztól, pékség, kávézó, étterem, szupermarket. Az utca este nyugodt és nem a nyüzsgő sétálló utca közepén van a ház, ami nagyon szimpatikus volt.

• Przemek (9/5): Superb - spacious apartment with all amenities, very good location if you can afford 45 minutes to the nearest metro in Roma. We were really delighted trifles that don't matter. We were surprised by the amount of the city fee, but this also applies to all other apartments
• Jacqueline (4/5): Nice size apartment but poor facilities inside - Apartment was a good size with 2 reasonably sized bedrooms and a nice breakfast area 1. Only 2 sets of towel left for 3 people ( I did contavct the office and the third set was brought round however) 2. There was no hot water in the kitchen 3. The water supply for showers alternated between warm and cold 4. 2 showers. One barely trickled out. Thge second had a broken hose where more water came out of than the shower head. Had to try to wrap hand round hole to shower 5. There was a leaking shower door 6. Kitchenwas poorly equipped. Inadequate amount of cutlery and crockery. No kettle, Only 1 large cup ( the rest were expresso cups), no teaspoons, no corkscrew, only 2 bowls and 3 plates, only one wine glass. 7. No instructions on how to use the hob 8. Toilet roll dispenser broken and kept falling open despite being stuck with a piece of white tape 9. You get woken up at 6.30am each morning by the adjoining flats TV which you could clearly hear through the walls. 10. The showerecubicles had discoloured grout which could do with being cleaned properly

• Markéta (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice spacious well equiped clean appartment! Great location, near the train stop Stella Polare (trains to Rome), not far from the beach and circa 30 minutes by train to Rome. We really appreciated the air conditioning, washing machine and dischwasher. The staff is very helpfull and quick in communication. I must only recommend this appartment. There were only some details which I wouldn't say we disliked, nevertheless if not missing, the appartment would be above perfect. We were missing sharp knife and wine opener in the kitchen as well as more glassess and plates would be nice have. Nevertheless the kitchen equipment was sufficient for the short term stay.

• Ana (5/5): Pretty in pictures,not showing all the rooms. nice apartment but very bad mantained - Only the fact that is big and cute designed, and the staff was nice(even they were located 15 mins away from the apartment) I don’t even know where to start. -shower door broken, we couldn’t even open it -handtowels were missing -hansoap missing -we found dirt on the oven door -the dishwashing sponge was old and dirty, also found near the trash can -we were 5 but we found only 4 glasses -wifi didn’t work so well, also the tv in the livingroom is starting to fail -in the second bath the toilet cover was broken and the shutters were blocked -when going on the terrace, the smell of gas was very strong from the thermal plant, i think this is the main reason for the lack of hot water - the second bedroom is not even showed in the photos, i would like to upload what we found, also i bet they didnt’t changed the sheets at least there. I found cloths and stains. I had to put a shirt on my pillow to be sure i can touch it -the apartment doesn’t have a blanket on the beds or in the dressing, the beds were covered with a sheet and a thin cover for beds. I was pretty cold.
• Nenad (8/5): Very good - Large appartment very modern. Parking situation is not the best but we found some free space. I could recommend it for a stay in Lido di Ostia.

• Lucky (10/5): I highly recommend it and would easily stay there again be it for a short or longer stay. - The apartment was lovely, spacious, clean and extremely well priced. Frankly, it was more than I needed in that I simply wanted to spend my last night in Italy at a reasonable distance from the airport. It absolutely achieved this need for me. It’s located in a quiet residential neighborhood where while it may seem daunting at first seeing how many cars are parked on the street, not once did I have an usure finding a spot. I would easily stay there again and do so for longer stays as well. There was nothing wrong with the property.
• Eddie (6/5): Pleasant - the apartment was very nice! I did not like the location and the fact that the key needed to be picked up in another location. Luckily Tess was so kind to drop us to the apartment. so if you are driving there with a taxi, make sure you are aware of it.
• Warner (5/5): Passable - The apartment was trendy and spacious. The location was challenging to get to for a late arrival. Instructions were not given until late at night. Beds were hard.
