• Alberto (9/5): Soggiorno nella Mantova dei mantovani - Appartamento pulito, di recente ristrutturazione, completo di tutto ciò che occorre per un soggiorno breve e con parcheggio gratuito. L'appartamento è in una tranquilla zona residenziale a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e 25 minuti a piedi da Piazza Mantegna. Vicino all'appartamento è possibile trovare bar e ristoranti, oltre a botteghe tipiche, e un'ottima gelateria, per acquistare prodotti di qualità per la cucina. Nulla
• Nicola (10/5): Ottimo! Super consigliato - Appartamento nuovo, completamente ristrutturato in posizione tranquilla e dotato di ogni comfort. Abbiamo trovato set da bagno e varie cose per la colazione ( marmellate, nutella, biscotti, fette biscottate). Super consigliato. Se dovessi tornare a Mantova soggiornerei nuovamente qui. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, ogni tanto si sentivano rumori provenienti dall'appartamento attiguo.
• Emil (10/5): JUST EXCELLENT! - Excellent convenient location, free problem-less public parking is available, apartment is designed very cleverly even for group like ours - 3 different bedrooms one of which with Master Bathroom plus a foldable sofa in the living room-kitchen - really suitable for 5 different individual beds only 2 of which are in the same room, bathrooms are modern, clean and spacious, all venue is electronically state-of0the art equipped - electronic code locks in both entrance doors, shady blinds on all windows + AIRCONDITIONERS IN EVERY ROOM - in summer this is crucial - the heat in Mantova during our stay was just unbearable - day and night, the evening-working pizza place and the Gelateria right besides your entrance are a true plus of the venue - the gelateria works from morning to late night, the ice cream they sell is exquisite and pretty cheap and the place is always over-crowded - obviously it is a special and famous place for Mantovanians, the community is calm, secure and quiet - really nothing to complain of! The host - Barbara - we never saw her in 2 days - but obviously she is very gifted and caring manager and the communication she sustains timely and constantly made it if she was there with us all the time. Forgot to mention - kitchen is excellently equipped with everything you may need, some quick snacks, coffee capsules, tea and a cold water in the fridge are welcoming you when you enter the place! Thank you so much Barbara! The only thing not mentioned in the presentation is that the place is in the high second floor - which is actually the third as the ground floor is where the shops and offices are - and there is no lift - not a big problem at all, except if you are disabled or have have disabled or hard walking/stairs-climbing people with you.
