Guest Reviews
- krakin (9/5): 1 semaine a Lanzarote - Petit villa bien agréable avec une piscine magnifique qui est chauffée. Des voisins un peu bruyant des 2 côtés et pas de machines à café malgré qu'il était annoncé dans la description du villa.
- Lindsay (10/5): Had a lovely time would stay again - Quiet location near some shops
- James (8/5): Relaxing - Location and the pool was amazing The only thing was that we had 2 very noisy neighbours for 2 different days/nights other than that it was perfect
- Christopher (5/5): Sadly, lots of potential but so many issues with the villa! Be Warned. - Honestly, we didn't love or like much about the villa. The bed in the master bedroom was lovely and soft, and the management agent / hosts were really helpful in sorting out the MANY issues we had, so its important to give credit when its due.
The villa had AC in all bedrooms, which is very nice when it's so hot!
For the time of year, 1700 Euro for 7 nights is a good price, as most where 2500-3500 for the same period, so I suppose the saying is you get what you pay for ! Truly, the management agents need to be and should be better of finding issues BEFORE someone comes to stay.
We could list 10+ issues.
Everything we reported, they fixed. But is it our job to spend our holiday to report issues?
Shouldn't you be checking the villa before EVERY guest stays?
A lot of these are minor, but they all add up to frustrate you.
- Master bedroom door, scrapes along the floor. Just need a plain to reduce its height by a inch or so. But when one person got up through the night, everyone would awake, due to a loud noise.
- Pool table is so old, and the cover is ripped in several places. Only 1 cue is good, other two are broken. Balls, run everywhere and not straight and the white ball is dented in several places and not round.
- Table tennis - rackets all broken in some way, we purchased from from local shop in the end. Since initially balls missing which they brought to us, but couldn't be bothered reporting another issue.
- Initially, the washing machine door wouldn't lock, so they replaced the machine on day 3 or 4.
- Shower enclosure - the plastic / glass moves out of the extrusion and door gets stuck when closing.
- Tap in the on-suite bath for master bed room, the pull up thing for shower comes off in your hand!
- Kitchen super old and could be modernised
- Sun cover above table, a screw fell out and it seemed unstable. Although they checked and said it was fine to use.
- Single beds very uncomfortable
- Towels supplier - Firstly they tell you not to wash them, and secondly they don't give you enough if you cannot wash them ! But also, these are so old, and thread bear. A blue towel actually had rips in.
- Internet was rubbish and faulty on arrival. Day 3 - they fixed it and replaced the router.
I think with the above list, I could quite easy add another 10+ issues but I won't this time.
We have come to Lanzarote and booked Villa's 7 years on the run, so we are not new to this.
- Audrey (9/5): Great villa for relaxing break with family - Excellent pool, good temperature.
All beds very comfortable.
Air con in bedrooms great.
Nice open space in house.
Outdoor pool table great but could do with a new cue, bit windy to use the table tennis table on this occasion but great addition. Loungers comfy.
Provided with beach towels, very handy.
Great privacy in garden.
Lovely restaurants nearby.
All in all a great villa.. Kitchen space could do with upgrade.
No welcome pack. Only 1 bottle of water. Disappointed by this as any other villa I have stayed had tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and bread with milk and butter in fridge.
Would have benefited from bigger drying area and more clothes pegs for washing.
