- Bridget (10/5): Fabulous property, spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. - The property was very spacious with excellent decor and was very clean. There was everything you could want in the kitchen and the beds were comfortable. Parking outside the property was great as it was a short walk into the center with no worries about finding parking. I loved everything!

- Sheryl (9/5): Wonderful, relaxed and homely feel. - Good situation, clean and comfortable. Lovely neighbours and helpful host. Problem with boiler, advised by owner how to fix and property warm by the next day. Kitchen tap worn and temperamental.
- Webster (10/5): A real home from home. - Loved all the facilities kitchen had everything we needed for a couple of nights away. Chatswoth Cottage is a real home from home, very clean, comfortable beds and it's in an excellent location to walk into Harrogate. The welcome basket was a lovely thought. The only negative was no dish washer but that didn't spoil our stay.
- Matthew (8/5): Lovely house in a lovely spot. Exactly what we needed. Thanks - The accommodation was light, airy and comfortable. It was a perfect 10 minutes walk to the convention centre and the town centre. There is also a row of shops just round the corner with some excellent cafes.

Dust under the double bed

- Matthew (10/5): Excellent - Everything Nothing
- Laurence Alster (10/5): Terrific accommodation. - Spotlessly clean, very quiet, near town centre, convenient for local transport, well- furnished lounge and large, well- equipped kitchen. A grab rail in the shower might be a good idea.

- stephen (9/5): Lovely house and great location - Lovely house. We were visiting family who live close to this property so ideal for us. Also great location for the town - think it was about a 10-15 min stroll. Really clean house and quiet - we didn’t hear any neighbours. Managed to get a parking spot right outside the front door. nothing really. Great house and lovely hosts - received messages and instructions in good time
- Olwen (9/5): Lovely accommodation - Lovely decor and comfy accommodation. Really nice space and my children loved having a room each. Good welcome treats and there were some games and books. Easy walk into town and parking was fine. Clear communication. I didn't manage to get the bottom oven working but I didn't try too hard because the top one was fine, so that might have just been me. Although all the main things were very clean, there were some crumbs in the cutlery drawer and some dirt on cupboard doors.
- LESLIE (10/5): - The property was very clean and well furnished. The bedding and towels were of good quality. The house was well equipped with easy parking outside the property. There was a welcome basket of goodies and bottle of Proseco which we thought was a lovely touch. Photos on site were accurate. The small patio area with table and chairs were a bonus. Would recommend the property to friends and family and would happily stay again at the house. Not to be taken as a criticism ,but the hand rail on the first set of stairs could benefit from tightening up. It appears to be gradually working loose.
- Deborah (8/5): -
- Kirstie (10/5): Excellent - We loved everything about this property.
The beds were comfy (apart from stubbing my toe and chipping my nail though plasters were available in the first aid pack).
The kitchen was well equipped including a lovely welcome basket.
A lovely comfy lounge that was great to watch the world go by from also loved the board games even if I lost at scrabble.
The bathroom was nice though slightly struggled with there being four of us including a teenage girl 😬🤣
Great location especially the shops and cafes on Kings Road.
Sat nav wanted to take us down the wrong side on the one way but that’s our problem. Nothing at all.
- Meenakshi (10/5): -
- Anita (10/5): A beautiful house, very clean and close to Harrogate - It was clean and lovely quality facilities such as comfortable beds quality linen
Free Parking outside the property
Lots of added extras such as washing up liquid, shower gel there was even a beautiful hamper with prosecco and treats. We hope to book again next year Only one bathroom but we knew that as we booked so it isn’t really a negative
- Cheryl (9/5): Lovely home, great communication with hosts - Lovely home in a quiet area but close enough to walk into town. Parking outside front door and the bonus of a garden area.
- Andrew (10/5): All great, thanks -
- Jackie (9/5): Superb - Clean spacious property for the two of us to base ourselves for a four night stay in Harrogate.
Was lovely to have a welcome pack on arrival which included Presecco, chocolate, tea bags, coffee pods and biscuits.
It is conveniently located just a 10 minute walk into town in a quiet side road.
Good communication with the owners.
Would certainly book the property again. Nothing

- Lisa (10/5): Family bank holiday break - Good location with ample parking. Dishwasher would have been an advantage
- Dinah (10/5): Excellent stay would use again - Location and property
- Eversfield (10/5): Exceptional - As a group of 4 ladies the cottage more than met our expectations. All rooms were light and airy with one double, a single and a twin we each had our own beds which was great. The cottage is extremely clean and well equipped should you decide to eat in and there is a range of board games to keep you entertained. The location of the cottage is very convenient with a bus stop 3 minutes away and busses every 20 minutes or a 15 minute walk into town. The owners have left a comprehensive book detailing everything you need to know and do for a comfortable stay including how to use the washing machine and how to operate the Fire. Stick for the TV. We were also greeted with a welcome pack including a bottle of Prosecco which was a lovely touch.
Couldn't recommend Chatsworth Cottage highly enough.
- Kelly (10/5): Amazing and will definitely return, thank you - Everything about the cottage was lovely. So clean and cosy, bed we’re so comfortable Nothing
- Joanne (9/5): A lovely 3 bedroomed terrace, with plenty of space, which had a cosy cottage feel. - The location was perfect. It was just a 10/15 mins walk into Harrogate. Also there were a couple of restaurants, bars and a supermarket, literally round the corner. There was nothing not to like.

- Dawn (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we felt at Home and safe, and were very happy! - The property was spotless clean, very modern in decoration and very spacious, it had everything we needed for our weekend, it was like walking into a loving Home, the kitchen was the perfect size for us to sit and eat and chat, the Bedrooms were so inviting, the mattresses and duvets and pillows were so comfy, it was like being wrapped in marshmallows, and the bedding was white and crisp and cool and wonderful quality, as well as the white fluffy towels! We were so impressed with the property and the facilities it offered! We wished it was our weekend House to stay in, every time we visited Harrogate! There was also a 'Welcome Basket' of Prosecco and Chocolates plus other items for us, when we arrived! Would highly recommend this property! We loved everything about this property! One suggestion/recomnendation would be to have a downstairs Toilet, the property sleeps 5 people, although there was only 4 of us, a second Toilet would have been useful! But that isn't a criticism, the property is perfect!!!

- Keith (10/5): Lovely house with a great pizza restaurant nearby - Clean, comfortable and perfect for our short stay
- Jean (8/5): Great location and comfortable base - The location It was very cold and took the house quite a while to heat up. We could have done with a hair dryer
- Mi (10/5): Lovely house, great location, would stay again! - The location was great for attending an event at the convention centre and was easy to navigate to. The house was super clean, well kept, and warm. The hosts were very informative and messaged with clear, easy instructions for arrival and departure. The bed was a bit too soft for me but my partner loved it!

It would have been nice to have a few nespresso pods available.
- Ruth (8/5): Lovely well equipped cottage and great location - Bed were very squeaky
- Michael (7/5): Clean and well furnished. Kitchen is lovely. Great location and easy to walk into town. - The bed in the main bedroom should be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Otherwise everything else was perfect
- Christine (8/5): Well appointed house close to central Harrogate - The house is very well appointed and clean. The hosts have gone out of their way to ensure that everything was just right . We appreciated the information provided and the little extras to make our stay comfortable. The distance to the centre of Harrogate was a positive too. Parking wasn't available right outside the property but we were still able to park on the opposite side of the road where the vehicle was easily seen from the house.
- Saulė (10/5): Cosy and exceptionally clean cottage - The cottage is very nicely decorated and feels like home. We found a basket with goodies for our stay which was a very nice touch and we all appreciated the details. Having only one bathroom/toilet for 5 of us was a little bit uncomfortable but we managed and still enjoyed our stay thoroughly.
