• Laura (10/5): - Es war ein absolut toller Aufenthalt! Super freundliche Gastgeber und das Apartment hatte alles was man braucht. Sehr sauber und gemütlich. Sehr schöner Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Super Lage. Sehr zu empfehlen! 😊
• Bogumiła (10/5): - Pobyt bardzo udany, wspaniałe miejsce, bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Właściciele apartamentu:Albert i Irena bardzo mili ludzie. Albert za dodatkową opłatą odebrał nas z lotniska i pokazał ciekawe miejsca w Zadarze, co warto zwiedzić, gdzie dobrze zjeść itd. Pomógł nam również zorganizować wycieczkę na Plitvickie Jeziora. W apartamencie niczego nam nie brakowało😃

• Florian (9/5): - Sehr nette Gastgeber. Schön gelegene Unterkunft in Sichtweite zum Meer. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was wir benötigt haben. Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen
• Marcin (10/5): - Blisko do morza, plaża żwirowa i kamienista, blisko do centrum i do mariny. Świetna lokalizacja, a jednak trochę schowana, w spokojnej okolicy. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzami, Albert pokazał całą okolicę, polecił restauracje, opowiedział o historii Zadaru i obwiózł nas po centrum. Same pokoje w super miejscu, z ogrodem pełnym owoców. Rzadko wracam w te same miejsca, ale właśnie miejscówka i gospodarze przekonują mnie do tego, by odwiedzić ich jeszcze raz ;)

• Dmytro (10/5): Bardzo polecam - Właściciele są bardzo miłymi ludźmi, czuliśmy się jak w rodzinie. Bardzo blisko pięknej plaży (uważam za najlepszą w Zadar). Mieszkanie jest bardzo czyste. Napewno tu jeszcze wrócimy. To miejsce nie ma i nie może mieć żadnych wad

• Katerina (10/5): The most incredible hosts & beach few metres away - If you're looking for a quieter place to stay yet 10 min from the center, this is where you should go. A very nice apartment equipped with everything you need, literally 2 min (by foot) from the beach. Grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, all within the reach. City center easily accessible by bus/Uber. Last but not least, the most incredible hosts, Irena and Albert, that's what made our stay even more special. Getting a little tour after being picked up from the airport, offering us a taste of their own domaci and just being always ready to help or advice. Very much appreciated. We'll be back when in Zadar 🙏 Nothing
• Robert (8/5): Very good - Very helpful hosts. Well equipped kitchen and good size rooms. Good value. Decoration, lighting a bit stark. Bed and pillows a little uncomfortable. Heating did not function during the cool weather.

• Мурашко (10/5): Wonderful - These are incredible hosts and a wonderful apartment. We had everything we needed and more (they helped us to get from the airport to the apartment and vice versa, gave us a discount for visiting the Cornatti Nature Reserve and made sure we successfully found our boat). Our room was equipped with wifi, TV, air conditioning, plenty of bath and kitchen towels. The apartment is also very close to the beach. Thank you very much Irene and Albert for the vacation, we will definitely return
• Raquel (9/5): Had a great time! - We loved our stay! Albert and Irena were wonderful hosts. Albert picked us up from the airport and drove us around the town to show us around and orient ourselves. The apartment is a 1 minute walk from a sand and stone beach and very nice to watch the sunset. The old town is a 5-10 minute bus ride away. Easy to get to the bus stop. I would definitely recommend if you don’t want to stay directly in the old town.

• Elena (10/5): Perfect stay near the beach - We had the best time staying at Apartments Simicev! Albert is a very welcoming host, helped us with everything and arranged transfer from and to airport. The place is a gorgeous villa just 3 mins walk from the sea. The rooms are very clean and beautiful, there is absolutely everything you may need during your stay. Last but not least, the bed is exceptionally comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and surely will come back!

• Paul (10/5): fab host, great location, great apartment - lovely quiet apartment in great location near to the beach, marinas, local shops, restaurants and lovely 30 min walk to old town. honestly though it's the host Albert which makes it really special. he took us for a tour around the city on arrival showing local spots, where to park etc, and we enjoyed a lovely homemade limoncello with him that evening too! could not be more helpful and friendly. thanks Albert!
• Sparks (10/5): Our host gave us a private tour of the whole town which included history of the area and favorite restaurants. - We liked the location 100yards from the water. It was well equipped. Two working AC/heater units. Appealing decor. Private parking inside the gate. There were three steps up to the front door with no hand railing. This was a little difficult for me. I’m 77 and have weak knees.
• Troy (10/5): Beautiful apartment - The apartment was extremely clean the beds were very comfortable with very thick mattress toppers. The garden is amazing and hosts were very helpful. Albert was very accommodating with picking us up from the airport and dropping us back. The apartment is extremely close to the beach. We could not fault it at all
• Beata (10/5): Exceptional - We went there with our 2 year old. The stay was amazing, the owners of the house are incredible people! The area is perfect! Easy walking distance to a sandy beach and to a playground. Also, the supermarket is very close. Very quite all day long. Comfortable beds, very clean bathroom, actually it felt like a hotel. They pay attention to every little details in the house. We liked so much their beautiful garden too.

• Tejas (10/5): Exceptional - Albert and Irena were the most wonderful hosts. They have a beautiful house and the beach is just 60m away. The studio apartment had all the amenities, we were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine, also a home made schnapps bottle and the best mandarins from their garden. Albert picked us up and dropped us back to the airport and gave us all the right information.
• Matyáš (10/5): One of the best accommodations so far - The accommodation was wonderful, the owners Albert and Irena are some of the nicest people I have met. Albert showed us the city, drove us and gave us everything we could think of. The room is spacious, the bathroom is beautiful, clean and modern. All amenities were present, everything was clean and good. We already know that we will definitely be back before the end of the year.

A fantastic apartment with the perfect hosts. the apartment is located in a great location, 1 minute walk to the nearest beach with more beaches nearby. there's also a supermarket, cafes, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. due to our flight arriving in after 11pm we decided to ask if we could be collected from the airport. this was no problem at all for Albert, and for a small fee we were picked up and brought straight to the apartment. the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and should it not have anything you require, Albert and irena will get it for you. In our case they supplied us with a coffee machine and cushions for laying on the beach. On our first day, Albert took us on a tour of the local area and zadar, showing us great restaurants, shops, bars and the sights. Albert and Irena are fantastic hosts and nothing is too much bother for them. Nothing

They gave us cakes, drove us where we needed. I can't say how helpful they were. I will never book any other accomodation except this in Zadar. They deserve all reccomendations!!!
• Stanislav (10/5): Our go to place for Zadar holidays. - Apartment is situated in a very nice neighborhood. Ideal for motorized guest, but even without car, there is a city bus station and well equiped supermarket in walking distance. The street is full of pine and palm trees and beautiful gardens. It starts and ends literally on the seashore. Nice pebble beach is 100 m away. The apartment is spacious, newly renovated and equipped with quality furniture. We rented apartment for only two but came with our 1 yr old son and we had planty of space. The owner couple were extremely kind and accommodating. Nothing really.

• Huc (8/5): Good value for the money - Owners are quite friendly - you get a feeling that they're really honest about helping their guests have a enjoyable experience in Zadar, while staying at their house, and it feels as though you're staying at some distant relatives place. Car parking at their backyard felt safe. We also brought our own bikes and location and nothing in the city was out reach for us, and you can also rent their own bikes if you don't like walking to the city center. It would be better if the TV was in the bedroom, instead over fridge in the apartment we got. Other than that it was fine.
• Aneta (10/5): Exceptional - It was a perfect place to stay in Zadar - we liked the apartment, the location and the owners who were extremely helpful. Not only did Albert pick us up from the airport, he also ordered and brought a birthday cake for my partner and helped us rent a car in Zadar. We stayed with the 2 year old son who loved the colorful garden around the house with lemons and oranges. We highly recommend Apartments Simicev for unforgettable holidays in Croatia - we would definitely like to come back! :)
