В ванной не было работающей вентиляции, не выдали зубные щетки, в комнате присутствовала всего одна розетка максимально далеко от кроватей (в нее любезно воткнули удлинитель с двумя гнездами, одно из которых было занято холодильником). В нынешнее время двум путешественниками с кучей электроники такое расположение дел - максимальный дискомфорт). Кондиционер жутко скрипел при работе, из опасений поломки решили им не пользоваться. Ну и как вишенка на торте - гудящие трубы водоснабжения после каждого смыва туалета

- Lee (9/5): - This is an iconic hotel that is well located in Almaty, we stayed on a high floor and got excellent views of the mountains. Breakfast was good. Bathrooms were good and toiletries provided. Bottles of water in room. Check-in process good. Bath robes provided. Paid by card. Some decor a bit tired but good value.

- Fatima (8/5): Было очень хорошо, расположение, чистота, завтрак - на 9/10. - Расположение хорошее, мне очень понравилось близость парка, приличных ресторанов и Кок-Тобе, все остальные достопримечательности также близко. Завтрак был очень хороший на 9/10. Персонал вежливый. Комната была очень чистая и с хорошим видом. Все работало, ванные принадлежности были в нужном количестве. Спасибо! В номер по утрам доходил запах с кухни, это было в последний день проживания. Также очень мало зонтов, учитывая климат города было бы неплохо запастись для клиентов. Также нет туристических проездных, как обычно принято в отелях. Общий туалет в зоне завтрака - для меня очень плохо :) но все эти мелочи не сильно повлияли на впечатления.

- Oleg (7/5): - Историческое здание, одно из первых высотных зданий в сейчмоопасной зоне, все близко. «Эконом» за $110 был реально маленьким и душным, плохие матрасы, за такие деньги лучше остановиться в другом месте.

- Салтанат (7/5): - Расположение. Все рядом , в шаговой доступности Шум вытяжки с улицы очень слышен. На второй день что-то случилось с вытяжкой кухни на улице и дым заполнил номер , пришлось переселяться в другой номер посреди ночи с чемоданами. Из-за этого не выспались , от запаха поднялось давление, утром встали разбитые. Никаких извинений от администрации не получили

- Александра (10/5): - Расположение Хороший матрас Очень грубый персонал на ресепшене Просто максимально хамское отношение Заселили в номер какой то в углу, спасибо больше никогда в ваш отель пока не научитесь обслуживать В номере запах затхлости и пыли Ковролин не чистили никогда примерно Меня поселили в двухкомнатный номер, хотя он мне был совершенно не нужен, мне нужна была одна комната, мне нашли самый маленький и тесный номер Мебель в отвратительном состоянии Диван выглядел так как будто на нем кто то жил на протяжении последних 10 лет, и не мылся, какие то пятна запах, это был одно из самых ужасных впечатлений от Алматы за последние годы Спасибо, никому не рекомендую Грязные подоконники Я заехала после 20-00, и хотела посмотреть вид из окна - испачкалась в пыли которая толстым слоем лежала на подоконнике

Все атрибуты хорошей гостиницы, вплоть до мелочей, типа ложечки для обуви. Красивое и респектабельное здание, по-богатому)) Часть номеров без ремонта, но чисто и комфортно. Дороговато, если без скидки)

- Alexandra (10/5): Love the hotel! I will definetly stay there again! - Iconic building, great views, amazing breakfast. The interior a bit outdated but still comfortable. I wish they updated the interior with respect to history of the building, then I think the hotel will get its prime era back.
