• LAFFONTAS (8/5): 3 jours n’ont pas été de trop pour découvrir les différentes facettes de la ville de Catane - La situation dans un quartier moins touristique mais très animé et la facilité de rayonner à pied dans Catane.
• Marek (8/5): Fajne miejsce ale nie dla każdego... - Lokalizacja OK, 1,2km wzdłuż ulicy do głównego placu w mieście, a dzięki placowi obok (100m) przy "Bramie Garibaldiego" zawsze było darmowe miejsce do postawienia samochodu. W kamienicach obok kawiarnio-cukiernia, piekarnia, restauracja, dobre miejsce na zjedzenie śniadania wśród miejscowych - bo to dzielnica gdzie mieszkają zwykli mieszkańcy, turystów tu niewielu, ale ma to swój urok i dla mnie akurat było to OK. Właściciel kontaktowy, pomocny. Żeby być zupełnie szczerym, są jednak rzeczy na które trzeba zwrócić uwagę rezerwując tu pokoje: 1. Aby dostać się do pokoju nr 2 który mieliśmy zarezerwowany, trzeba pokonać w sumie 64 schody po stromej, wąskiej i krętej klatce schodowej, a ostatnie schody (widoczne na zdjęciach przy drzwiach pokoju nr 2) to w sumie coś pomiędzy schodami a drabiną, z której od razu wchodzi się do pokoju przez niskie (około 180cm) drzwi. Więc jeżeli masz kłopoty z poruszaniem się weź to pod uwagę, bo 64 schody to tak jak wejście na 3-4 piętro. 2. Pokój nr 2 jest na poddaszu i nie ma on dostępu ani do tarasu na dachu, ani nie ma balkonu - one przynależą do pokoju nr 1, więc jak macie pokój nr 2 to z nich nie będziecie korzystać. 3. Za oknem pokoju nr 2 znajdują się instalacje wodne, w tym piec do podgrzewania wody i pompa do wody, która uruchamia się przy każdym użyciu wody. Pompa w trakcie dnia nie przeszkadza, ale w nocy, gdy sąsiedzi z pokoju nr 1 wrócą później od Was i zaczną się kąpać itd ta pompa staje się mocno słyszalna, mnie jej działanie przeszkadzało w śnie i budziło.

• Heike (8/5): Moderner Raum in typischem Jahrhundertwende-Haus - Wir hatten den oberen Raum, direkt unter dem Dach. Er ist sehr geräumig, neu hergerichtet und hat eine kleine Küche mit Bartisch, es ist schön, dort zu essen. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel, das Bad überraschend modern und gut ausgestattet. Das schmale Haus ist, wie die umliegenden Gebäude, etwa von 1900, man muss einige Treppen hinauf, zum Teil durch ein enges Treppenhaus. Sehr typisch für die Gegend. Die Lage an der Porta Garibaldi hat einen recht eigenwilligen Charme. Die Wohnung ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schlecht zu erreichen, denn das Bussystem ist schwierig und keine Metro in der Nähe. Aber man läuft nur ca. 15 min bis zur Kathedrale/Hauptplatz.

• Ewa (10/5): - Pobyt w Dimora Ferdinandea był bardzo udany. Właściciele bardzo mili, uprzejmi i pomocni. Mieszkanie czyste i w super lokalizacji, a widoki z tarasu niedoopisania. Gorąco polecam. Napewno skorzystamy jeszcze nie raz.

Öffentliche Parkplätze auch vorhanden. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und für alles erreichbar. Check in und out ohne Probleme! Und Catania ist einfach wunderschön! Wir kommen wieder 😊

• Anna (10/5): - Obiekt w pięknej maleńkiej kamienicy, przy głównej ulicy. Pokój ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami, oraz dużym salonem do wypoczynku. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny, przesłał wszelkie informacje odnośnie miasta. Nie mogliśmy lepiej trafić! Blisko do centrum, klimatyzacja, pralka, wygodne łóżko. Ten obiekt to prawdziwa perełka!

• Natacha (10/5): Séjour avec vue à Catane - Le logement est très beau et dispose d'un balcon + une terrasse sur le toit, avec une vue à 360 degrés (ville, Etna, mer) magnifique. Nous n'avons pas rencontré notre hôte mais il a été très présent par message pour nous guider et prendre de nos nouvelles. Le logement est à 10 minutes de matche du centre historique de Catane et un parking gratuit est disponible juste en bas de l'immeuble. Nous recommandons. Rien

• Sandra (6/5): - In zijn prijscategorie een mooi verblijf. Het lawaai van onze jonge buren. Twee nachten met zware impact. Uiteraard kan de host hier niet aan doen, maar als het meermaals gebeurd moet de host zeker meer optreden. Dit is niet goed voor de reputatie van het appartement. Voor mij werd er te laks opgetreden na de tweede dag. De belofte om een weekend gratis te mogen komen logeren is een belofte die niet veel steek houdt, voor 1 weekend vlieg je niet vanuit België naar Catania. Dit had anders in orde kunnen worden gebracht. De kost voor ophaalservice aan de vlieghaven is vrij duur. Op booking stond 'gratis fles wijn'. Er stond een fles water gratis. Voor mij hoeft dat gratis niet, maar als het er bij staat moet je de belofte nakomen.

• Nathania (9/5): Lovely place to stay in Catania with wonderful view and friendly host - The host is very friendly and helped us solve problems effectively. The place is very clean. We like the place with its wonderful scenery and walking distance to places. What we loved most about this place is the beautiful rooftop view, and we had a picnic there on our last evening, enjoying the mountain view. We used too much electricity and it cut off suddenly. Maybe the host can provide some guidance on what we can use at the same time in terms of the electricity supply. However, the host solved the problem quickly after I reported the issue to him. Hot water needed some waiting time.

• Goran (8/5): We enjoyed our stay thanks to Alessio which fulfilled all our requests - Apartment is big and clean with two terraces from which one offering panoramic view of the city and Etna. It was also close to city center, some 15 minutes walk to fish market. Owner Alessio was very helpful. Parking was struggle and also carrying luggage considering apartment is on top without elevator. We were also not aware that will need to share entrance room with apartment above.
