• Justyna (5/5): Klimat nie do podrobienia - i dobrze - Dobra lokalizacja – w centrum, wszędzie blisko. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny – zapytał nawet, czy było OK. Punkt za odwagę. Duży pokój, kuchnia, łazienka i toaleta. Sprawnie działająca klimatyzacja. Obiekt wpisany w lokalny koloryt – ściany z duszą przeszłości, obrazki. Niespodzianka podłogowa w formie płytek z kwiatkiem – jak ukryty symbol wolnomularzy, ale bardziej uroczy. Cerata na stole. Prawie jak podróż w czasie. W kuchni zapas kawy, cappuccino, olej, mąka, kolekcja torebek cukru z całej Dalmacji. I folia aluminiowa extra strong, bo tylko taka pasuje do wnętrza. Lodówka, kuchenka z piekarnikiem, czajnik, były nawet papierowe ręczniki. Ten obiekt ma średnią ocen 9.3 i... Łazienkę z mikroklimatem – pod prysznicem rosło życie. Nie wiemy co, ale rosło. Grzejnik z epoki przedinternetowej w łazience – lepiej nie dotykać. Widok na klasyczny bałkański dziedziniec. Zagadkowe rury i instalacje – mogły być sztuką współczesną, mogły być awarią. W szufladach i umywalce można było spotkać… poprzednich gości. Dosłownie – włosy były nieproszonym bonusem. Podsumowanie: Miejsce idealne dla osób, które chcą czegoś więcej niż sen. Tutaj każda rzecz ma historię, pytania zostają bez odpowiedzi, a kawę pije się pod czujnym okiem świętości. Jeśli lubisz przygody w stylu „co ja paczę?”, ceraty i klimat bałkańskiego dekonstruktywizmu użytkowego, to jest to miejsce dla ciebie. Dla reszty – nocleg na jedną noc maks, z opcją „wspominać, nie wracać”.

• Marcin (10/5): - Great and very friendly host, fantastic location in the heart of Old Town. Walking distance to the best of Zadar, very happy with our stay. Recommended!
• umberto (10/5): Centro storico - Posizionato in pieno centro a pochi minuti di passeggiata dai luoghi d'interesse, ho avuto la fortuna di trovare un posto auto nel parcheggio in prossimità dell'inizio del ponte pedonale che consente una sosta lunga a differenza di quello posto alla fine del ponte prima delle mura della città vecchia. I tre letti sono molto comodi e di notte non ci sono rumori. Il propietario è gentilissimo parla un ottimo inglese ed abita nell'appartamento a fianco L'assenza della moka per il caffè

• Alper (10/5): - Perfectly located in the city center of Zadar with a very cute apartment which has two toilets. We were traveling in a group of three in total and this apartment turned out to be the perfect solution the host was super friendly and quick in his responses. 12/10 experience!

Super friendly host. - The location was perfect for exploring the Zadar Old Town and the host was super helpful waiting for us to arrive – as our coach from Split was late to Zadar. We stayed for one afternoon and night to catch a taxi to the airport at 3am and the host was really great in helping us organise it, with very good instructions. The amenities and fittings were a bit old, but ok. The air con unit was hard to control, but was efficient. The apartment is old, but has an authentic charm about, something of an East European throw back. The size is quite decent for a longer stay (we stayed one day on the way back from Split to Zadar airport). It's quite an old place, so a bit run down and not that clean. The bedlinen and towels could have been better. The most disappointing aspect was that we had to pay in cash, though the host was very reasonable and deducted the cashpoint withdrawal charge from our bill. Also, Zadar Old Town is in a no-car zone, but the nearest taxi pick up point is only 3 mins walk away.
