• alison (5/5): Convenient location, £95 cleaning bill something does not add up - Convenient base Unable to use cooker, grease on cupboards, plates not clean in cupboard, ants coming out of dishwasher after use, leaking somewhere under sink, living room not equipped well with furniture, mattresses in room 3/4 very uncomfortable (you could feel all the springs), towels very dry.

TV in master bedroom wouldn't turn on (back to battery compartment missing) Slightly surprised that mattress & pillow protectors not used. Wallpaper peeling off in main bathroom, just needs a little TLC.
