Alessandra (2/5): Purtroppo il soggiorno non ha soddisfatto le aspettative - La posizione non era male, a 5 minuti da Mondello e a 10 minuti da sferra cavallo, nella sono molti supermercati e ristoranti. Delusione totale: foto ingannevoli e pessima manutenzione La mia esperienza in questa casa vacanza a Palermo è stata purtroppo molto negativa. Le foto pubblicate sull’annuncio non rispecchiano minimamente la realtà dell’alloggio. Una volta arrivati, ci siamo trovati davanti a un appartamento in evidente stato di abbandono: crepe sui muri, porte rovinate, porta asciugamani rotti e una lavatrice non funzionante, nonostante fosse indicata tra i servizi disponibili. La manutenzione generale è pessima, con numerosi segni di usura che rendono l’ambiente tutt’altro che accogliente. Ci aspettavamo un soggiorno confortevole, invece ci siamo ritrovati in una sistemazione trascurata e mal tenuta. Non consiglierei questa casa vacanza a nessuno, a meno che non vengano effettuati seri lavori di ristrutturazione e venga aggiornata la descrizione con foto reali e oneste.
