• Martínez Prada (4/5): Decepcionante. Una pena - Mobiliario moderno Se encontraba en un estado bastante deplorable,sucio en rincones,la ducha se atascaba,vasos en mal estado. Ropa de cama arrugada. Tuvimos un pequeño problema q rápidamente el personal lo solucionó, pero...no me daba mucha confianza el estado en que nos entregaron la ropa d3 cama q nos faltaba

• Alejandro Javier (2/5): No lo recomiendo para nada, 450€ por dos días y las condiciones eran pésimas. - Los cuartos para dormir no estaban mal El alojamiento estaba súper sucio. Nos encontramos un plato de comida en el microondas, un chicle en el lavabo del baño, una chocolatina a medio comer encima del frigorífico, un zumo a medias en la nevera, el desagüe de la ducha no tragaba bien y paredes y puertas manchadas. La dueña se ofreció a mandar a alguien para limpiar pero decidimos que no y pasar el máximo tiempo fuera del alojamiento.

• Carolina (5/5): Necesita mejorar - La ubicación cerca del metro. Básico y un poco descuidado. Le falta mobiliario y menaje para 5 personas. Alguna ventana necesita reparación.
• Camila (6/5): - Es un apartamento que tiene 2 habitaciones de matrimonio, lo que supone más confort si son 2 parejas como era nuestro caso Estaba sucio, la pica se embozaba, la ducha también, habían manchas en las sillas, en el sofá etc

• Daniel (2/5): Sitio nada recomendable,no volvería,antes duermo en el coche. - Nada en especial Para empezar,la ubicación nada placentera,sin tiendas ni restaurantes cerca,mal aparcamiento,el baño sin papel higiénico (tuve que buscar una tienda y comprar papel)una de las habitaciones sin luz,pedimos una cuna para el bebé y nos facilito una(rota imposible de usar),en definitiva,precio excesivo para zona e instalaciones del apartamento,sin contar los tramos de escaleras sin ascensor .

• Koraichi (4/5): - Rien, c'est trop cher la nuit 85 euros pour ça. La propreté c était sale, la climatisation est réglé au niveau le plus bas, le débit d air impossible d augmenter alors qu il fait très chaud, je me suis levé la nuit pour boire cafard dans la cuisine,literie pas très confortable.

(9/5): Pleasant little oasis in a rough looking part of town - excellent also for longer stays - This is a modern and smartly decorated apartment in a neighbourhood of Madrid that looks a bit old and crowded with relatively narrow streets. It is not really downtown Madrid, but it also not the suburbs. Before we arrived, we were a bit worried about where we were going to end up. Inside looks much better than outside. - It was possible to park for free not too far away (2 streets down, 6 minute walk) from the apartment, although it took a while to find a spot (we arrived on a Wednesday evening). Reportedly it is easier to park in the day time, because people take their cars to work. - There are evening stores and restaurants at short walking distance of the apartment. The street itself is quiet, though, with little traffic during the night. We ended up walking to the KFC, which was a bit further away, 15 minutes walking. - The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds. There is one on the backside and one on the street side. - The living room at the street side has a nice high table with bar stools. And there is also a 2-part couch and large Smart TV with cable. All very modern. - There were enough AC outlets to connect our phone chargers and such. - Wifi was easy to set up, we could scan the QR code to get the password quickly. - The bathroom was clean, combines a toilet and a shower. The shower was a bit tricky to control, but it does the job. - There is small to medium sized kitchen with appliances like micro wave and a stove, but no water cooker for tea. There is a coffee machine with pads ready to use, a nice touch. There are also plates, bowls and cutlery. We had a good night's sleep during our one night stay. This apartment is also excellent for longer stays, however. It is a nice little oasis in a busy city. The neighbourhood looks better in the daytime, btw. There is a school and little park nearby. - One side of the long couch in the living room was loose, I hope they have fixed that now. We could still use the couch, OK, btw. - No places nearby to charge an EV in the street (however there is an urban petrol station at a nearby corner). (I had prepared for this, by charging enough during the trip)
• Plamena (10/5): Perfect! - The property is very big. It has two bedrooms, one kitchen, private bathroom and a big living room. Very clean!! The host is always on line. I was with my boyfriend but if you want to be more people - you can be up to 6. The subway station is in 10mins walk and the bus to the airport is 7 mins away. I like it and I recommend it!!! I give it 6 out of 5 stars!
• Artur (2/5): Checking in after 5:00 p.m., that's a lot. I've never seen anything like this before. We had to walk around town - We did not like the cleanliness of the apartment, it was dirty and mold on the wall, soundproofing is not there, you can hear everything - as people talk on the street, repair the car in the garage under the apartment. The price is only good
