• Stefano (8/5): - Buona posizione vicino al centro. Buona dotazione di utensili da cucina. Non c'era carta igienica a sufficienza. I letti erano da fare. Nella descrizione era scritto che l'appartamento era di 70 m.q. In realtà era molto più piccolo.

• Michele (6/5): - Appartamento grande, ottima televisione in camera da letto. Difficilissimo parcheggiare. Secondo piano senza ascensore: dunque difficile da portare le valigie. Interruttori della luce in posizioni scomode. Bagno piccolo senza bidè o posti per appendere gli asciugamani.

• Borges (4/5): - Posizione eccellente. Parcheggio gratuito vicino. Biancheria da letto e bagno pulite, anche perché è lavata in una lavanderia. Letti comodi. Casa da poco ristrutturata. Casa molto sporca. Bastava almeno levare le tracce del ospite precedente, veramente un schiffo. Letto da fare da soli. Anche se la biancheria era molto pulita perché era fatta da una lavanderia, il coprimaterasso era macchiato. Trapunta puzzava di umano. Sciacquone difettoso. L'appartamento aveva un odore di umano. Peccato perché la posizione favolosa, è anche un appartamento bellino ristrutturato da poco in una palazzina tipica di borgo. Per questo si capisce anche il puzzo di fogna. Ma non dentro casa. Lavastoviglia sporca di mangiare. Tanti utensili da cucina, sporchi e inutili. Mi dispiace perché sono sempre a massa Marittima, la conosco bene e anche le sue case. Capisco il vecchio ma non il sudicio. Finestre rotte. Tanti tappeti per terra, sporchi
• Lorenzo (9/5): Superb - Everything was very good: clean, fresh bed linen and towels, center-located (2 minutes on foot to main square), good heating, new furniture, kitchen with all you need to cook, easy communication with host. -
• Wojciech (8/5): Very good - They have done it good. It is just old place. Quiet. The owner is passport fixed. Apart from that ok. All owner should fix basement because it is stench of mould.
• Lindy (4/5): Disappointing - Close to amenities. It was very confusing initially. The key was not at the address provided in the email, nor was the key code. The exact apartment was not given until requested. Staff did their best to help but did not speak English, and we did not speak Italian. So, communication issues. Also, the following day, we were accused of having 2 extra adults in the apartment and extra payment requested!
