• ghislaine (6/5): - appartement spacieux et lumineux, très bien situé, tram à 50 m. appartement presque vide, il n'y a que le strict minimum, c'est dommage. Manque un canapé, lampes de chevet, quelques petits meubles pour poser les affaires. manque aussi un micro ondes au minimum.

• Daniela (6/5): - Top Lage mit guter Anbindung an die Öffentlichen, unkomplizierte Übernahme des Apartments Ausstattung minimalistisch, so dass wir aus dem Koffer leben mussten. Die Klappcouch als Schlafmöglichkeit für die dritte Person war nicht ordentlich zusammengebaut, so dass die Nutzung eingeschränkt war. Es gab keinen Fernseher. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ebenfalls dürftig. Zum Glück hatte ich eigene Wischtücher dabei. Auf den Fensterbänken lag der Staub mehrerer Tage.

The WiFi not working at all, and no response when we contacted the host; the towel had hairs and it’s old and needs to be replaced .

• Sophia (7/5): - Die Reinigungskraft war sehr freundlich und hilfreich und die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Appartement insgesamt war geräumig und bietet ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen Die Wohnung ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, es ist nur das nötigste vor Ort, unter anderem gab es keinen Wasserkocher, wenig Kochutensilien und nur vier Gabeln für 5 Personen. Durch die mangelnde Einrichtung wirkt das Appartement insgesamt etwas leer und kalt.

• Alessio (8/5): - Ottima zona vicino alla metro. Appartamento carino e ottimale. Nell'appartamento che abbiamo scelto abbiamo trovato due camere matrimoniali e due bagni. Uno in camera e uno nel corridoio. I proprietari sono stati disponibili e molto presenti sulle indicazioni per la chiave dell appartamento. Temperatura ottima dell'appartamento che dopo una giornata intensa fuori alle temperature gelide (novembre 2025) è molto gradevole trovare le stanze al caldo. In bagno del corridoio c'era una strana puzza simile a odore di sigaretta. Tranquillamente risolvibile con qualche profumatore per ambienti. Le camere e l'appartamento sono molto minimal,ma nelle camere ci sono comodini per poggiare telefoni e ecc. Tutto sommato per due coppie di amici basta e avanza

• Martina (7/5): Consigliato - Posizione vicinissima alla metro con cui in 20 minuti sei in centro. Appartamento ristrutturato e nuovo. Appartamento estremamente minimal.

• Bettina (5/5): Großzügige Wohnung, schönes Bad, gute Lage, keine Ausstattung - Relativ zentral an der Straßenbahn gelegen, sauber, warm und großzügig geschnitten Die Ausstattung war nicht schlecht, sondern überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Wer zum Beispiel eine zweite Rolle Klopapier oder einen Schrank im Schlafzimmer haben möchte, ist hier falsch.
• Roswitha (4/5): - Gute Lage. 2 Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten und 2 Bädern war ideal für 2 Paare. Super Fensterisolierung. Wir wussten, dass die Ausstattung minimalistisch ist, waren aber doch erstaunt darüber, daß es keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeit / Haken für Kleider oder.ä. gab. 1 Tisch, 4 Stühle sorgten für ein großes "Raumgefühl" mit entsprechendem Widerhall. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche hing lose herum und war kaum zu benutzen. Keine Geschirrhandtücher (Teller im Schrank waren noch nass - von den Vorgängern?). Kein Besen o.ä.. Der Boden war sehr staubig.

• Valerio (2/5): Una piscina a mezz'ora a piedi dal centro di Vienna - L'arredamento, pur se sprovvisto di un divano o di mobilio utile per appoggiare i vestiti Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento numero 6, con due stanze matrimoniali e due bagni. All'apparenza sembrava tutto carino, ma: 1) La via indicata su booking non coincide con la via effettiva in cui si trovano gli appartamenti. Questo ha determinato una perdita notevole di tempo perché solo guardando la posizione indicata sulla mappa di booking è stato possibile individuarli. 2) Il codice della cassetta che ci è stato fornito il giorno dell'arrivo per prelevare la chiave dell'appartamento era sbagliato. Abbiamo dovuto contattare l'host per farci indicare il numero corretto. 3) L'host ci ha scritto il giorno dell'arrivo per dirci che i precedenti ospiti avevano smarrito la chiave dell'appartamento assegnatoci e che quindi sarebbe stato necessario riporre la chiave nella cassetta di sicurezza una volta entrati nell'appartamento perché quella era l'unica chiave che avevano. 4) La chiave dell'appartamento era la stessa del portone principale 5) Siamo stati svegliati bruscamente alle 9.00 da una signora che, parlando solo in austriaco, ci ha fatto capire che aveva bisogno delle chiavi dell'appartamento e non ci è stato detto a che ora ce le avrebbe restituite 6) Dulcis in fundo: gli scarichi delle docce dei due bagni sono completamente attappati. Si è allagato praticamente tutto l'appartamento al punto che l'acqua arrivava alle caviglie 7) Nell'appartamento non erano presenti né dello scottex per asciugare e ben che meno degli asciugamani per tamponare la situazione. Abbiamo dovuto raccogliere l'acqua con uno straccio da cucina e un'insalatiera 8) Nella doccia del bagno padronale non c'è acqua calda

• Emma (4/5): Good location, but it’s like the apartment of a teenage boy who gave up on moving after 20 minutes. - There were indeed beds and a roof over our head. The location is decent for transit. To say the furnishings are sparse would be a compliment. Expecting hand soap in the bathrooms? Shampoo and conditioner? A comfortable amount of toilet paper? You’ll be sorely disappointed. The two queen beds are actually two twin bed mattresses pushed together with a mattress pad over the top. The bedding is two separate but overlaid twin comforters. For paying near $300 a night, we were sorely disappointed with the amenities. Not expecting a Ritz-Carlton stay, but a $40-a-night motel would have felt about the same.
• Cosimo (4/5): Täuschung, Lärm, nie wieder - Die Lage Der Lärm, es waren noch weitere Besucher im Haus. Die waren so laut, das wir drei Nächte nicht schlafen konnten, Vermieter reagierte weder auf WhatsApp noch auf E-Mails von uns. Erst als wir am dritten Abend anriefen passierte was. Generell fanden wir den Kontakt mit dem Vermieter eher schwierig, auf Anfragen über Booking ob wir eher in die Wohnung können, bekamen wir nur eine Ablehnungen, keine Kommunikation, Ausweise per Whats App vorher geschickt, keine Antwort drauf erhalten. Aber am allerschlimmsten fanden wir das verschweigen des Schimmels an der Wand in der Toilette, unser Sohn ist schwerer Asthmatiker, sowas zu verschweigen grenzt schon an Vorsatz. Ihr hat man das Gefühl, schnelle Kohle verdienen zu wollen aber mit den Mietern so wenig wie möglich zu tun haben zu wollen.

Минимального набора специй на кухне, чайника. Хотя есть кофеварка но нет фильтров. Телевизора в гостиной, хотя вид из окна его частично заменяет)

• Luca (6/5): Peccato, poteva andare meglio... ma con un po' di cura in più può diventare una sistemazione top - Appartamento nuovo, spazioso e perfetto per due coppie essendoci due bagni di cui uno con accesso da una delle due camere. Letti comodi e buon comfort per la climatizzazione. Nonostante i termosifoni non fossero mai "bollenti" e fuori le temperature da -1 a +4 °C, la temperatura nell'appartamento era costantemente intorno ai 20/21 °C Posizione non troppo lontano dal centro servita comunque da mezzi pubblici che non abbiamo mai preso essendoci mossi a piedi Purtroppo e con sorpresa abbiamo trovato nelle camere polvere e capelli che non abbiamo potuto eliminare poichè la struttura era sprovvista di una scopa. L'abbiamo comprata il giorno dopo. In entrambi i bagni (senza finestra) l'aspiratore non funzionava. L'appartamento pur essendo bello e funzionale come detto sopra, dà una sensazione di incompletezza... manca un divano o delle poltrone per rilassarsi. Bizzarro il comportamento del modem wifi: permette il collegamento ad internet ad un solo dispositivo alla volta, gli altri risultano "agganciati" ma senza collegamento internet (utile, eh?) e dopo 10/15 min cade il collegamento anche al dispositivo collegato! Bisogna staccare il modem dalla rete elettrica per ripristinare il tutto. Ultimo appunto: il rubinetto del lavello della cucina non era bloccato al lavello stesso ed era a penzoloni sebbene funzionante correttamente. E senza attrezzo specifico è stato impossibile bloccarlo in posizione

• Fiamma (7/5): Poteva andare meglio... - L'appartamento è grande, abbastanza pulito e molto caldo; è comodo che i bagni fossero divisi tra la stanza con lavandino e doccia, e quella con il wc. La posizione è buona, non è proprio in centro ma molto vicino alle fermate dei mezzi e con 10 minuti si è in centro. Indicazioni precise e puntuali sul check-in nonostante non abbiamo incontrato nessuno del personale. Gli spazi sono divisi molto male, si ha un sacco di spazio inutile all'ingresso e nel guardaroba, mentre le stanze sono un po' sacrificate. I cuscini sono altissimi e molto scomodi, la schiena dopo 3 notti è da buttare... Ma soprattutto l'appartamento manca di tutti quei dettagli che rendono il soggiorno più comodo: è sprovvisto di mobili o mensole per appoggiare le cose sia nelle camere che in bagno; ci hanno detto che i saponi erano a nostra disposizione ma finiti quelli non ci avrebbero rifornito (ci sta, comprensibile), peccato che i flaconi che ci hanno dato erano mezzi vuoti, annacquati e scomodi da utilizzare. Ma la cosa peggiore è che, come indicato nella prenotazione, c'è la macchinetta del caffè, ma non c'è il caffè! In cucina non ci sono neanche le cose base per preparare un pasto, come olio e sale, che per tre giorni non ci siamo messi a comprare... Insomma, non è male ma manca veramente poco perché fosse un soggiorno molto più piacevole.

• adedapo (4/5): Great location, clean place but zero-quality host. - Great location. Very central in city. Great access to most forms of public transport, bikes, metro, trams and ubers. Close enough to airport as well. Host did not respond to questions or messages. They only sent instructions like a robot. All instructions needed to access apartment were provided including WiFi, but that was it. They didn't even reply to ANY questions on WhatsApp even though WhatsApp shows they saw the message. Simple questions like any good restaurants in the vicinity of the apartment for breakfast. The apartment didn't even have a kettle. There was a weird stain on the pull-out couch. No topper for the pull-out couch so the middle of it made a gap that hurt back to sleep on. The pillows provided were way too thick and high that it was very uncomfortable to sleep with. Windows had no real insulation and as apartment faces the main street, you hear EVERY noise, conversation and inhale all the second-hand smoke from outside at 4am.
• arianna (7/5): Viaggio di gruppo vienna - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo alloggio in due coppie durante il nostro viaggio in Austria. La posizione è molto buona e comoda per spostarsi. L’appartamento è grande e spazioso, adatto a ospitare più persone, anche se risulta piuttosto spoglio e mancano armadi dove sistemare comodamente i vestiti. Nonostante questo, considerando la cifra spesa, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato più che soddisfacente. Nel complesso un soggiorno positivo. Mancano mobili nelle camere ed è stato messo un rotolo di carta igienica a bagno per 3 notti
• Alblas (6/5): Misleiding. - Dichtbij openbaar vervoer. Inrichting van het appartement kwam niet overeen met de foto's. Inrichting keuken minimalistisch. Half rolletje toiletpapier. Oude handdoeken, sommige met chloorvlekken. Je moet door de slaapkamer van de ander om naar het toilet te gaan.

• agnese (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole - Appartamento ampio e ben riscaldato. La struttura è raggiungibile dalla fermata del tram Laurenzgasse (linee 1 e 62) oppure, in alternativa, con una passeggiata di circa 15 minuti dalla stazione centrale. L’edificio non è dotato di ascensore. Gli asciugamani da doccia risultavano piuttosto piccoli, nei bagni mancavano i cestini, e le tende non erano oscuranti, con conseguente limitata privacy. Inoltre, in prossimità di alcune finestre dell’ingresso e della cucina le tende erano completamente assenti, rendendo la persona che dorme sul divano letto facilmente visibile dai palazzi antistanti.

• Samuel (3/5): No reúne las expectativas para una estancia placentera - La ubicación. No podemos recomendar este apartamento porque: -la entrada es a las 15h y si llegas 10 minutos antes no hay opción de flexibilidad es a las 15h y punto. -la salida es a las 11h pero a las 10:40h ya estaba la limpiadora abriendo la puerta. -los desagües de las duchas están atascados. -la puerta de la entrada está descolgada y no cierra, tuvimos que dormir y salir de casa sin poder cerrarla con llave. -eramos 4 personas y no teníamos cubiertos para los 4. -hemos estado 4 días y al no dejar ningún recogedor ni escoba ni hemos podido limpiar un poco el suelo ni dejaron tampoco ninguna bolsa de basura extra. -pone que hay jabón y gel de baño pero no ha sido así. -en relación a la limpieza, deja mucho que desear porque no barren debajo de la cama y nos hemos encontrado comida, ropa, mucho polvo, clínex usados,... Y lo más más molesto es que se filtraba por la ventilación olor a tabaco que dejaba todas las estancias con ese desagradable olor.

• Raúl (8/5): Buenas calidad-precio - El apartamento estaba muy limpio, las duchas estaban muy bien y las camas eran muy cómodas. Está muy bien situado ya que tiene una parada de tranvía justo enfrente y en 10 minutos estás en el centro. Falta algún utensilio en las instalaciones. En mi caso falto alguna sartén para poder cocinar ya que solo había una olla, no tenía escoba ni mocho por si se rompía algo poder recogerlo ni una armario o banco para poder dejar la ropa de la maleta.

• Lullaby7 (2/5): Puzza di fumo e senza minimi comfort - Posizione ottima, ben collegato con diversi tram e alla stazione Puzza di fumo che non andava via neppure con le finestre aperte, intrise di puzza lenzuoli e asciugamani. Assenza totale di un minimo di armadio/mobile per vestiti e di ganci per asciugamani e grucce. Bicchieri e piatti contati (3 per 3 persone!!). Polvere e sporco incredibili e rimanenze di altri ospiti dietro il letto gigante che occupa da solo tutta la stanza.

Hugely recommend. - The flat (not the one photographed, they own several in the same building) was absolutely beautiful ! We had two very generously sized bedrooms, two stunning modern bathrooms and a big open plan living / dining area /kitchen . The beds were the comfiest I’ve ever stayed in away from home and the property was spotlessly clean. Easy to walk / take tram into centre and great value - we highly recommend! The owners were fantastic to deal with and so helpful.

• Monika (5/5): Für einen 3 Tage Aufenthalt ausreichend - Verkehrsgünstige Lage zur Innenstadt, in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Supermarkt, in dem man die nötigsten Sachen kaufen kann, wenn man mit dem Flugzeug anreist minimalistische Einrichtung, abgezählte Tassen, Gläser und Toilettenpapier, keine Reinigung, aber auch kein Reinigungsgerät

• Cristian (2/5): Muy Mala experiencia busquen otro - cerca de la plaza cataluña no tiene aire acondicionado tiene un sistema de ruido insufrible imposible dormir con ese aparato encendido. Elijes calor o ruido. El wifi es intermitente. viene una persona que solo te entrega las llaves no te explica nada de nada, nunca pude encender la cocina y frente a las preguntas su respuesta era reclamen a BOOKING. Muy mala experiencia
• Log11500 (9/5): - La posizione è il suo punto forte essendo ad un centinaio di metri dalla stazione metro attraverso la quale si arriva ovunque a Vienna. È evidente che l'appartamento è stato ristrutturato da poco. Non mancano le prese elettriche ampiamente diffuse in tutta la casa. Quello che viceversa mi sento di consigliare ai proprietari sono i seguenti punti: - far controllare periodicamente gli scarichi delle docce che tendono ad intasarsi di frequente (problema più volte segnalato nelle recensioni di booking.com) - mettere qualche lume sui comodini delle camere da letto - suggerisco di dotare le finestre delle stanze da letto di tende oscuranti (la casa è molto luminosa ma d'estate a Vienna l'alba avviene molto presto) - i proprietari dovrebbero dotare l'ingresso di una bacheca con numeri di pubblica utilità (esempio per situazioni d'emergenza medica, di taxi ed altri servizi). Personalmente mi è successo di essere stato avvisato da OBB che il mio treno per l'aeroporto era stato improvvisamente soppresso. Nel rischio di perdere il volo ho dovuto consultare internet per reperire i numeri delle compagnie di taxi i cui operatori non parla Nulla
• Lucie (3/5): Needs deep cleaning - It was very close walk from the main train station. The apartment was spacious and has a great potential, but what a shame the owner doesn’t seem to care about it. Close to market. It was VERY dusty under the beds! The shower was not draining properly flooding outside of the shower…my husband had to pick up the drain cover and it was full of hair. We received only 4 toilet paper rolls for 5people/4nights. So I had to buy a huge pack just to use 1. It would’ve been nice to get free shampoo, conditioner, coffee etc at least for 1st night. The freezer door is put on backwards, it doesn’t open, so forget to use it.

• Tina (7/5): Great location - If you are looking for a great location to see Vienna - this is a great spot. It lacks any sort of furnishings. Looking for a bed and shower - this place is it. Needing something for a longer stay - this may disappoint. That being said, the place was clean and easy communication with the owner. Very little furnishing

• Sara (9/5): Superb - All was good, easy to find, super clean, great location and one thing I appreciate that the temperature was great. It would be good if there was a hair dryer, a clothing iron, toothpaste and shampoo. I think these are essential for an apartment. Also additionally a first aid kit would be helpfull.

• Mojca (10/5): We had the best stay. You don’t need to be in the city centre, location is great - Nice, warm, clean, quiet Liked everything
• Romanyuk (9/5): We enjoyed our staying a lot, transport to the city centre is 1 min far from it, markets, pharmacy etc ~5 min. All instr - Location, transport and food store nearby, clean appartement Knife, washing machine missing. Really cold floor in the toilet (a carpet or slippers needed). The owners bring us clean towels and bedclothes without informing us.

• Evelina (1/5): ridiculous and disgusting - apartment is close to main train station Communication with host and mainly information how to get the keys. One hour before check in, I still did not have information how to take the keys for the flat. They wanted me to send our IDs through WhatsApp on the same day when we were supposed to enter the flat. We were already on the way, so asking for such information on the same day is quite inconvenient. Besides, all communication need to go through Booking.com, not sending documents vis other applications, etc. So, we exchanged a lot of messages until I got required information. It was a big pressure for me and a lot of uncertainties ... One more thing, the apartment was not clean, towels dirty, sticky spots on the table, dust all around. Sorry, but taking 30 euros for cleaning after one night stay and offering dirty flat, is too much. Definitely will not stay there anymore.....
