• Lee (10/5): Home from Home everything and more - , clean tidy all you need to bring is your clothes nothing more everything catered for. bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance.

• Rebecca (9/5): A cosy home from home perfect for a short stay in Montrose. - The flat was perfect for being at the town hall, very close and beautiful inside. The smell was lovely and I even googled where to get the reed diffusers. The kitchen had everything I needed and the host had left some milk etc. The bed was comfortable and makeup table was great too. The host had sample packs in the bathroom which was great as I had forgotten my toothbrush/paste but I was able to use the travel ones provided It was very very minor but the shower pressure was a little weak so it took me a while to wash my hair. And I couldn’t get the coffee machine to work properly. But both minimal issues.

It was a well deserved break for us Susan has a Great House and very welcoming. Bunty next door is adorable she is 5yrs and thinks she is a puppy it was like a little welcoming party, then on the other side of us was a beautiful cat she was a bit more reserved thanks to everyone who made our stay extra special. • Renate (10/5): A great place to stay, would definately book again. - The flat was spacious and well kept. It was clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. I would recommend to others and book in the future. Parking was a little distance away due to other on street parking spaces being full. I am not too keen on plug in air fresheners and might have turned it off if I could have found it..

A huge thank you to Susan for bringing us a spare when we lost the key. So good of you. The street was quite busy with people coming to and from the football stadium.

• Reilly Lavery (10/5): Cozy wee flat, Montroes - Montroes is a lovely place to visit. The flat we resided in was very nice, and the lady, Susan, she was amazingly attentive. Susan has a beautiful wee flat and was a pleasure to stay in. Their was NOTHING not to like, the flat is very clean, all amenities you would need are their and easy to locate, extremely comfortable, hopefully I will be back next year, I reckon that wee flat is going to be constantly booked, just brilliant!

The location is perfect and the neighbours are lovely. The beach is gorgeous, my wife saw dolphins in the wild for the first time. This really is a home from home, we will be back Nothing not to like

The location is great, 10-15min walk to shops and 20ish minute walk to the beautiful beach nearby. The biscuits and milk were much appreciated upon check-in. Everything was great

• Donna (9/5): Central stay and responsive owner - Good comms from host, quiet location, very clean and spacious, extras of a cuppa, milk and biscuits, lovely wee garden to share. Equipped with everything you need. I had booked quite a while ago on the basis that the property had a sofa bed and a friend was joining me. When I arrived and then checked with host there was no sofa bed. It had broken and was replaced by ordinary sofas. Unfortunately I was never advised of this. Had to sleep on couch. Heard noise from upstairs but its not the owners fault.

• Andrea (9/5): Lovely little flat for a short break, close to football ground, would stay there again. - Very quiet street, easy parking outside. 10 mins walk to High St. Very clean, nice decor. Two sofa beds in lounge. Owner very helpful with info. Good heating during very cold weather. Prefer a king size bed as we’re both tall, but that’s a personal preference. Other than that, all great.
