• Nadine (10/5): We loved it so much we have booked to go back for our final nights in Indonesia! - Clean, spacious and very modern rooms. Pool is a good size for what we waned! Breakfast was also delicious (some item offered are smaller in portion size). Staff are very attentive and always a smile on their face. Very close to great restaurants, shops & a 20 minute walk to the beach The trees keep the loungers shaded for a lot of the day so not overly ideal for sunbathing.

• Marzia (10/5): Ho avuto un buon soggiorno è una struttura tranquilla nonostante sia vicino a strade trafficate. - La struttura è tenuta bene ed è molto pulita, e la posizione è comoda per andare in aeroporto. Anno anche il servizio lavanderia che consiglio se ne avete bisogno!! La colazione lo provata una sola volta perché ho scelto di non includerla. Il ristorante a cui si appoggiano è ottimo.
• Salah Eddine (6/5): - Jolie chambre, simple et propre. Emplacement sympathique Il y avait des travaux de démolition dans l’hôtel qui démarrent chaque jour à 9h. Énormément de bruit ce qui fait impossible de dormir a partir de cette heure. Les travaux continuaient tout au long de la journée ce qui était très désagréable. Les deux entrées de l’hôtel étaient occupées par les travaux et il fallait passer a travers les matériaux, la poussière et les travaux de démolition ce qui paraissait très dangereux. Aucun mot ni excuse de la part du personnel

• Tracey (9/5): Gem in seminyak - Great location just off a main road, the bed is large and comfortable the pool is great to cool off in. There is construction during the day so expect some noise. We took the room and breakfast option that we highly recommend. Special mention to Novi and Irene for looking after us during our month long stay. We would happily stay again. The temporary construction noise. Bathrooms could do with an upgrade but adequate.

There was a bit of noise in the mornings because of the construction taking place. Owner and staff were extremely friendly. CONSTRUCTION.
• Nikki (2/5): Awful. I will not be back and would definitely not recommend for anyone to stay there. - The location was central. The location was in the middle of a building g site. There was building noise (extreme) sometimes until 10pm. We had been told there was building but had not been warned of the extremity of it and the hazardous conditions we had to climb over to get off the property. There was a dog who lived on the property and it barked a ridiculous amount. There was no reception, just a desk under the stairs and often nobody on duty and only a WhatsApp number to call. When I asked for teabags I was told there were none and I had to wait until they could buy some the next day. A stocked mini bar was advertised but it was empty.

• Chris (6/5): Great location. Good price. - Great location and good price. Quick response to air conditioning breakdown. The construction occurring during the day which was noisy. Room Air conditioning that broke, so no sleep for one night due to the heat.

• Femke (7/5): - Het heerlijke bed Ik moest de waterkoker op mokken en glazen zetten wilde de kabel bij heg stopcontact komen. Is wat gevaarlijk met kokend water.
• Cecilia (8/5): Fijn verblijf. - Mooie kamers, een van de betere waar ik heb verbleven in deze prijsklasse. Bed lag heel lekker en de kamer is ruim genoeg, met een kaptafel en een grote spiegel. Accommodatie is hygiënisch en het zwembad is ook fijn en schoon. Het verblijf ligt in een zijstraatje, op maar een paar minuten lopen van eetplekken en winkels. Tijdens mijn verblijf werd er naast het gebouw verbouwd. Ik ben hier 3 nachten geweest en ik ben elke ochtend gewekt door het geluid. Dit ging ook vaak door tot een uur of 5 in de middag. Ik heb absoluut niks aan te merken op het verblijf zelf, maar als je graag tot rust wil komen zonder storend geluid uit de omgeving is het goed om dit te weten. Neem dan in ieder geval oordoppen mee. Ik heb alsnog een hele fijne tijd gehad en zou dit verblijf aanraden.

• Aurelien (9/5): 2nd stay and not the last - I came to Sleepwell Seminyak 1 year ago and decided to book again. Only 8 rooms. Very clean. Very good service. Reactive and super friendly staff (hotel + restaurant for breakfast). Very good wifi. Next to everything you need. It would be nice to have a curtain for the small back window for morning light. The A/C is not strong enough for the size of the room. Some noises because of surrounding works but the hotel sent a warning beforehand.

• Selim (10/5): Excellent location, great room, amazing hospitality - I had a wonderful stay at Sleepwell Seminyak. The hotel is peaceful yet close to everything — shops, restaurants, and the beach are all within walking distance. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi and good air-conditioning. The pool area is lovely and quiet, and breakfast was fresh and tasty. A special thank-you to Ninik, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay — she truly made me feel at home. Excellent value for money — I’d happily stay here again!

Breakfasts were superb and staff friendly. Nothing but if I was to be picky, more sun beds and soap would have been nice. Also some larger bottles of water.

The onsite restaurant was excellent, food was great value and very nicely served. A little inconvenient because building was going on. But nothing to worry too much about. Going to be great when it is finished.

• Graziella C (9/5): Ottimo alloggio economico - Camera spaziosa e pulita, letto comodo, colazione davvero ottima. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo! Distante circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e circa 40 minuti in auto dall'aeroporto. Purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno erano in corso lavori di ristrutturazione che hanno creato un po' di caos e rumore. L'acqua calda della doccia è "finita" dopo una decina di minuti.

(à prendre dans un café à côté). Eau chaude avec de la pression. Attention, l'entrée peut surprendre d autant qu il y a des travaux en ce moment avec forcément la présence de matériaux mais c est ok.

• Hamid (7/5): - Clean and spacious rooms There isn’t a proper road leading to the property, you have to go through an alley that’s in between houses. The other gate was undergoing maintenance when I was there. Also, there was next door construction that was super loud and started early in the morning (check if it’s still ongoing before you book).

• Marta (10/5): - The room was perfect, laundry service very cheap 20k idr / kg and done in a day, free water, coffee and tea all day. Swimming pool very nice as well. Overall accommodation wise perfect. I would not recommend including breakfast, although it is a selection from a menu, you only get tea or coffee and a main dish. For the prize you are better off eating that breakfast without including it in your booking and it will cost you cheaper!

Atención!! Trabajos de construcción al lado. No me avisaron desde el hotel hasta el día antes por la tarde, si lo hubiera sabido habría cancelado porque quería descansar por la tarde cuando llegué y no pude. Además, al hacer el check-in me mintieron, dijeron que empezaban a las 9 de la mañana y empezaron a las 8. Es muy desagradable esta falta de honestidad.

• JenniferCarenine (3/5): Site under construction. Not a place to relax! - Great location and good breakfast. They call this place "Sleepwell" but that's definitely something you cannot do it! The place is under construction that starts from 7:30 am and goes until 8:30 pm. There's no one at the reception, so you have to check in with the housekeeper, the Wi-Fi does not work.

• Letizia (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato qua soltanto per una notte, ma saremo rimaste volentieri altri giorni. Posizione comodissima vicino ai negozi e alla via principale, ma comunque mantenendo il silenzio essendo una via interna. La ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima. Comodo il servizio colazione al sacco per chi, come noi, deve partire presto. Non vi è un ristorante interno, ma un ristorante convenzionato a due passi, con un 10% di sconto per i clienti della struttura. Abbiamo mangiato davvero molto bene (complimenti per la bistecca e per la pasta). La camera ben pulita e fornita di tutto, deterrente da attaccare alla presa per le zanzare compreso.

• Ang (7/5): Disappointing stay - I have been staying at Sleepwell when visiting Seminyak since 2018. There were renovations going on that we were unaware of when booking and the original communal sitting area was unusable. The staff were very friendly but hardly there. The place is no longer value for money. Very underwhelmed and will not be staying again. The price, I am now paying double to what I did with the same room but no nice communal space and very little interaction with staff.
• Giuseppe (8/5): Buon compromesso in centro a Seminyak - Esterno molto bello e curato, la piscina é proprio come in foto. Camere molto grandi e pulite, si può avere la pulizia giornaliera della camera mettendo sulla maniglia il segnale di richiesta (cosa che a Bali non fanno molte strutture). Posizione eccellente, adiacente ad una delle vie principali di Seminyak. Staff cortese e presente. Nella zona piscina sono presenti solo due lettini (non abbiamo mai usato la piscina, ma due lettini non bastano per neanche un quarto degli ospiti). Il bagno é molto piccolo ed essenziale. Il neo principale ( che sarà momentaneo) é che stanno facendo dei grossi lavori di costruzione all’interno della struttura, quindi c’é un viavai continuo di operai che lavorano dal primo mattino fino a tarda notte.

For breakfast (when included) you have a special menu to choose from, so you can try many different dishes. - The staff is very sweet and helpful. - The hotel is well located and beautiful. The rooms are spacious, well ventilated and bright. - They have a cute dog. - The bed is a bit too hard for my taste but overall still a great sleep. - The bathroom is nice. One small detail, I wish they would add a curtain in the shower as right now it has only one panel and it doesn't keep the water from splashing everywhere

• Jasmin (10/5): Lovely peaceful stay with great breakfast - The room was very clean fresh and the bed was so comfy we had a very good nights sleep. Breakfast next door was incredible, one of the best ‘included’ breakfasts we have ever had. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location to all shops and places to eat. Very quiet as set back off the main road. Highly recommend! Only two sun loungers but not really a big bother to us at all

• Soccali (10/5): - Posto carino, posizione tranquilla cosa non da sottovalutare perchè Seminyak è bella trafficata. le camere sono ampie, ottima pulizia, per la colazione si va ad un bar a pochi metri (ottimo anche questo, sia per la colazione sia per pranzo/cena). Non è vicinissimo al mare, 15 minuti a piedi (ma questo ovviamente lo sapevo già) però negozi, ristoranti, gelaterie, supermarket ecc sono a portata di mano. Lo consiglio direi nulla

Spacious rooms. Good TV selection (for later on in the evening). Nice pool. Nice staff. Nice breakfast. It's in a very quiet area by a quick walk to one of the main streets.

The location is perfect—super central but still quiet and peaceful, which was such a nice surprise. The staff and caretakers were all so kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Overall, it was a really lovely stay, and we’d definitely come back! Provide room slippers for guests and sometimes water heater doesn’t work

• Noelia (6/5): Estancia normal - El hotel está bien situado en lo que a ubicación respecta. El servicio de habitación y limpieza ha sido bueno. El restaurante de los desayunos está al lado del hotel y tiene opciones buenas y variadas de comida (de beber solo ofrece té y café balines). La ubicación del hotel es buena pero al caer la noche el acceso por los callejones no es agradable. En la recepción normalmente no hay nadie y tienes que llamar para que vengan. Eso si, no hacen esperar mucho y rápido llegan. Había obras al lado de la habitación por lo que descansar a primera hora de la mañana se complicaba.

They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, even delivering the rental bike directly to my room. Not only that, but they also brought a delicious meal right to my doorstep, which made my experience even more enjoyable. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made my visit memorable.

The room was great value for money but there were some stains and rips in the bed sheets. There was also mould in the roof in the bathroom.
