• ΙΩΑΝΝΗΣ (9/5): Άνετο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της πόλης - Το δωμάτιο είναι σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο και είναι αρκετά άνετο. Επίσης το κρεβάτι είναι μεγάλο και με καλό στρώμα! Υπάρχει δυσκολία στην εύρεση χώρου στάθμευσης.
• CHRISTOS (5/5): - Είναι στο κέντρο και βολευεύει πολυ, αλλά δύσκολα βρίσκεις να παρκάρεις. Σε όλο το κέντρο πρέπει να πληρώσεις για πάρκινγκ! Υπήρχε πολλή φασαρία το μεσημέρι από μια ταβέρνα που βρίσκεται ακριβώς από κάτω, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να κοιμηθείς. Ευτυχώς, το βράδυ κλείνει. Η κουζίνα είναι πολύ μικρή και δεν έχει φούρνο, παρά μόνο ένα φουρνάκι VICKO το οποίο υπολειτουργεί· προσπαθήσαμε να βράσουμε νερό και ήταν αδύνατο. Αν και υπήρχαν πολλές συσκευές, δεν ήταν ποιοτικές. Επίσης, το δάπεδο του μπάνιου είναι υπερυψωμένο ενώ η λεκάνη πολύ χαμηλή, γεγονός που δυσχεραίνει την κατάσταση. Τα προϊόντα μπάνιου ήταν επίσης απογοητευτικά!

• VASILIOS (9/5): Value for money studio that is perfect for a short stay. - Compact but comfortable studio with lots of amenities and a very comfy bed. Very close to everything, being in the heart of the city center. The decorative vertical panel next to the bed leaves no room for a nightstand. Also, the wall paintings were a bit tacky. Other than that, everything was just fine.
• MARIA (10/5): - Καθαρό και άνετο δωμάτιο στο κέντρο της πόλης. Πολύ ευγενική οικοδέσποινα. Μας εξυπηρέτησε σε ό,τι της ζητήσαμε. Περιποιημένη βεράντα για να βγεις να πιεις τον καφέ σου. Καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής. Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω. Δεν υπάρχει κάτι αρνητικό. Δεν είχαμε γαλατάκι για τον καφέ μας αλλά δεν το θεωρώ σημαντικό.

• Ευανθία (9/5): Είχαμε μια πολύ όμορφη και ξεκούραστη διαμονή στο Central Studios! - Το Studio βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο του Βόλου, δίπλα σε μαγαζιά, σουπερ μαρκετ και στάση λεωφορείων. Παρόλο που το μπαλκόνι βλέπει σε κεντρικό δρόμο με αρκετή κίνηση, υπάρχει η απόλυτη ησυχία και ηρεμία στο χώρο του διαμερίσματος και δεν είναι καθόλου ενοχλητική η φασαρία του κέντρου. Έχεις άμεση πρόσβαση σε ότι χρειαστείς! Απο φαγητό μέχρι μάρκετ και φαρμακείο. Το στούντιο είναι πολύ άνετο με όμορφη αισθητική και προσεγμένο, καθώς και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο! Είχαμε μια πολύ όμορφη και ξεκούραστη διαμονή και σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά σε επόμενη επίσκεψή μας στο Βόλο! Συνίσταται ανεπιφύλακτα! Τίποτα αρνητικό!

• dimitris (8/5): - Κέντρο δίπλα σε όλα το κρεβάτι και συγκεκριμένα το στρώμα πάρα πολύ καλό ξεκουράστηκα τα μαξιλάρια το ίδιο καφέ και νερά στα amenities οκ και θέρμανση πολύ καλή Λίγο περίεργα στο στενό πριν μπεις Δεν μου άρεσε καθόλου που δεν είχαμε πόρτα εισόδου αλλά πόρτα δωματίου εσωτερική με κάτι πυρους για ασφάλεια και κλειδί το απλούστερο μιας πόρτας υπνοδωμάτιου ήταν σαν να μέναμε σε ένα σπίτι 3 ζευγάρια σε 3 διαφορετικά δωμάτια χωρισμένα με γυψοσανίδα Επίσης το μπάνιο πολύ μικρό και η επίπλωση ότι ποιο οικονομικό υπήρχε , χωρίς ποιότητα , ο καναπές παρά πολύ σκληρός και πολύ χαμηλός

• Γιωργος (10/5): Αψογο, κανενα αρνητικο - Εχω ταξιδεψει αρκετα και δεν εχω βρει αλλο καταλυμα να εχει κυριολεκτικα τα παντα. Ειχε μεχρι και νετφλιξ. Ευρυχωρο. Ανετο. Καθαρο. Στυλατο. Στο κεντρο του Βολου ακριβως.. Και η ιδιοκτητρια ηταν πολυ εξυπηρετικη, μας εστειλε μεχρι και μηνυμα αν θελαμε να παμε νωριτερα στο δωματιο επειδη το καθαρισαν νωριτερα. Το μονο αρνητικο δεν εχει να κανει με το δωματιο, αλλα με τον Βολο που για να παρκαρεις σχεδον παντου στο κεντρο πρεπει να πληρωσεις, εκτος του Σαββατοκυριακου. Εμεις βρηκαμε μια δωρεαν θεση λιγο πιο μπροστα απο τα ΖΑRA στην Cosmote που δεν ειχε διαγραμμιση κατω. Απο εκει ειναι πολυ κοντα το δωματιο.

• PANAGIOTA (10/5): - Η διακόσμηση είναι υπέροχη, έχει την άνεση που χρειάζεται ένα ζευγάρι. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή είσαι στο κέντρο των πάντων!
• Ιωάννα (5/5): - Ωραίο δωμάτιο , καλό μερος(κέντρο) Η άφιξη μας ήταν προγραμματισμένη για τις 16:00, στο δωμάτιο φτάσαμε περίπου 16:15-16:30 μόλις μπήκαμε συνειδητοποίησα ότι το δωμάτιο ήταν βρόμικο , άρχισα να κοιτάω πιο καλά όλα τα μέρη…όπως το μπάνιο ήταν γεμάτο τρίχες, το σεντόνι στο κρεβάτι ξέστρωτο, τα μαξιλάρια όπως να ναι…τα μπουρνούζια χρησιμοποιημένα…πήρα τηλ την ιδιοκτήτρια και της το είπα..μετά από περίπου 40’-50’ ήρθε η καθαρίστρια….το δωμάτιο ξεχάστηκε να καθαριστεί από τους προηγούμενους, με την ιδιοκτήτρια όλα καλά μου ζήτησε χίλιες φορές συγνώμη και μου είπε για επόμενη φορά ότι έχω μια δωρεάν μέρα να μείνω στο κατάλυμα της! Η καθαρίστρια έκανε σχεδόν δύο ωρες( προφανώς δεν ρίχνω βάρος στην καθαρίστρια γιατί ήθελε να κάνει καλά την δουλειά της) απλά το παράπονο μου ήταν ότι ταξιδεύαμε κοντά 10 ώρες και το μόνο που ήθελα μόλις φτάσουμε είναι ένα μπάνιο και να ξαπλώσω…και αντ αυτού καθόμασταν σε κάτι καρεκλίτσες ξύλινες για δύο ώρες στο μπαλκόνι μέσα στην ζέστη του Αυγούστου με δική μου ευθύνη κάθισα και περίμενα εκεί γιατί μου έδωσαν την επιλογή να αφήσω τα πράγματα μου που δεν ήθελα και να βγω έξω μέρα μεσημέρι μετά το ταξίδι που προανέφερα…

• Ana (3/5): House was ok, attitude was unpleasant - The place was a nice studio apartment. I wouldn’t say it’s luxurious or extra spacious for two, but it is a studio. The balcony doesn’t have a view other than the next building and exhaust fans, nut there were other equipments in the house that made up for that. Grossly overpriced for its size ($40 is closer to what it’s worth). The agent communicates with you, not the owner, and she (the agent) is the rudest, laziest, slowest agent I have ever dealt with. You wait half a day for one text response and multiple times I had to call but she was not always picking up. Our encounters were brief and curt, and very cold. Purely for that reason alone I would not stay here again. I despise agents who treat you like a walking wallet and then don’t even bother to respond to texts or send complete instructions.

It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. The range of free coffees, teas, fruit, snacks and treats was the best we've ever had anywhere we've stayed - even wine in the fridge. The owners communication was fantastic and the directions she gave us made the apartment very easy to find. We'll definitely book here again when we return to Volos
