• charlotte (5/5): - Bien située, juste à côté d’une supérette. Il y avait de l’espace dans le logement. La literie n’est pas confortable. Le personnel est réactif aux messages mais ne propose pas forcément de solution. Nous avons pris ce logement avec machine à laver car nous sommes rester plusieurs jours, sauf qu’il y avait très peu de place pour étendre le linge. L’arrivée dans le logement est assez tard 16h se qui laisse penser que l’entretien est réaliser convenablement. A notre grande surprise ce n’est pas le cas, la poussière sur les luminaires, à l’entrée de l’appartement, sous le lit j’ai même retrouver des aliments moisis. Je pense qu’il faut revoir l’entretien ménager..

Numret som angavs för hjälp ”hade ingen abonnent” så det första intrycket va verkligen illa. Hade ju varit fint att få kod till porten i informationen…

The apartment itself was brilliant, clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Communication through the Booking.com app was smooth and extremely helpful throughout the entire stay. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and provided clear information whenever needed. Overall, our experience was amazing. The apartment truly felt like a home away from home, and we would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Japan.

• CHIEN-YUN (4/5): - 整體算大間 可以開三個行李箱 1. 房間非常多地方沒有打掃到位，有很多灰塵，尤其是沙發、角落及家具 2. 床上的枕頭跟沙發的枕頭嚴重發霉，肉眼可看見 3.我們有加一床日式床鋪，床鋪根本沒有清洗，上面還有血漬，甚至沒有折好的放在衣櫃裡，感覺像是前一個房客使用過 4.住了七天卻只有給一包衛生紙，反應後卻說環保？ 5.給的吹風機幾乎不能使用，風吹出來只有熱度根本沒有風，吹了30分鐘頭髮才乾，所以我又自己另外在買一隻回房間使用 6.剛入住時廁所有使用過的衛生紙捲筒，根本沒有打掃乾淨

• Elizos (10/5): - I was able to sleep there without earplugs, and that is a success!! I guess in the middle of April when i visited it is not super hot neither super cold, so good indoor temperature without need for AC. Anyways, since i am super light sleeper, i put the eye- mask on anyway since in the morning some light came in through the small space between the curtain and the ceiling. But this would be really negligable for most people. Comfortable pillows (not the hard-high japanese -style 😆) , comfortble bed, i could make a loundry and felt a bit like home. The place is cleary a bit far away from the center and main tourists attractions, but there are buses close by. For me no problem, i knew that when looking on the map. I stayed couple of nights and had more time for transport. The lock-box with key can sometimes be teasing. But for me the following worked: type in the pin finished by # (no need to keep the corner of the box , for me at least). Take the key out and open first the lower key-hole (lower "cylinder"), that should be enough pulling force on the wire to activate something in the box not to "lock itself" back, then open the upper key-hole, and close the lid of the box back. Once you figure it out, it will be easy.
• Lei Andrea (8/5): Quiet neighborhood, Clean and good for its price - The room was big, clean and very good for its price. Comes with hygiene kits and what I loved is the washing machine, since I loved to wash my clothes after my trip. However the microwave is a bit dirty comes with a food stains. The location is a bit far from the nearest station which is Fukushima. It is about 15 to 18 mins to get there or going to the station. Throwing out the garbage after my stay since I paid for the cleaning fee as well I just cannot understand why I need to do it if I paid the cleaning fee already.

Self check in and self check out. Good instructions before check in. Someone was buzzing intercom in the middle of the night. But not accommodations fault.

• Seth (10/5): Excellent well-equipped flat in a quiet neighborhood. - This was an exceptional little flat in a quiet residential area of Umeda. It was a well-needed stay on my trip that was more private and had more amenities than a typical hotel. There is a kitchenette and washer in the unit. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve had in Japan. The point of contact was very responsive before and during the stay, ensuring check-in went smoothly. Getting the key seems a little complicated at first but it’s actually a very secure process that also ensures you never lose your key (it’s attached to the box outside and you access it via code). I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to Osaka. It’s a bit of a walk from the train station with luggage (not the property’s fault) but I found it worth it for a 6-night stay.

• Peter (8/5): Large comfortable space - The accommodation was large so plenty of room. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. I slept very well. Plastic cups and plates. No where to dry your washing. No table and chairs to eat. Only one saucepan for cooking.

• LILIANE (10/5): Ótima acomodação. Adorei. - Ótimo custo benefício. A acomodação tem tudo o que você precisa e com tudo novo. Gostei da porta que dividi o a sala do quarto. O manual com as orientações de como funciona a acomodação são claras e de fácil entendimento. Há um 7- Eleven a poucos passos. A comunicação também é rápida. Fica a 15 minutos andando da Estação de Fukushima e uns 25 minutos da Estação de Osaka. Com certeza voltaria 🥰

• Henna (10/5): - Erinomainen asunto, mukava sänky ja kaikki tarvittavat mukavuudet. Pesuaineet löytyy 👍🏼 Alue rauhallinen ja lähellä muutamia hyviä ravintoloita. Ainoa pieni miinus useamman päivän yöpymisessä oli pidempi etäisyys juna-asemalta, mutta se juurikaan haitannut :)
